Getting out of hand with the pricing and some of the 5 dollar items can be found at the dollar tree but hey even the dollar tree getting out of pocket. I did find some cute character socks and I haven't been able to find any elsewhere so there's that. Also not a fan of the self checkout

Customer service is pretty good but they've moved to silly self checkout to help combat low salary walkout situations where employees quit they can still operate. The majority of the goods are alibaba and aliexpress products. Think temu but an actual store.

Didn't have graduation cards for male or female only 2 cards for someone 's granddaughter I was looking for a graduation card or money 💰 card for a male. My grandson friend is a male the clerk was nice 👍 but no cigar. The store is great just have to get there in time or shop elsewhere. No problem I will pop in before the year is out. I have a granddaughter she loves ❤️ this place East or West.

Smaller Five Below. Was looking for a phone case and the selection seemed tailored to young teenagers. I have always bought them there but going to have to look elsewhere. The staff was really great though.

Greeted immediately, found everything that we needed and stuff that wasnt needed. They had awesome selection,clean store,friendly and helpful staff,and a wonderful display for artists! Would highly recommend this location. Found this hey Arnold hat!!

I love 5 below but my visit here wasn't pleasant older cashier had no problem allow everyone else use self checkout independently but when itried to checkout no I will ring u up . Last visit here I will visit another location smh

The place is clean and nice people there. I don't like the self check out though. They were hard to understand. There are people there to help but still confusing. The people were nice though. Some items are not worth $5.00 but other things are. If you in need for something quick and easy it is a good spot to go.

No offense Five Below but I try not to go to your store. Because I always come out with an entire buggy/shopping cart full and on my budget i cant afford to do that. I go there mostly during the holidays. I can stock up on so much stuff like candy decorations toys all kinds of things for great prices. I wish I could afford to go more

It’s been like forever since I wanted to visit this store. It was a nice trip . I was able to find a few cute things . It’s definitely true when they say you get what you pay for. However we was able to purchase a play doh play set for toys for tots. So it was a win win. Thank you

Fun filled items all around the store and stock seems to change often. Also find gifts for family, friends, to donate to Cleveland Clinic Childrens , they do much more for siblings and family. I am certain the children will so love that!! Please make a donation. 🌷🌷🌷

You wanna see the update five below? Go soon. They're open during renovations. They're adding self checkout and some interior decorations. It makes more sense and the staff seems excited. Looks like it catered more toward generation z.

Great customer service & selection! I was shopping tonight and had a large order. The young man and woman behind the counter asked me multiple times if I needed any help carrying out my packages in the snowy weather! Very satisfied with the service I recieved! A+++

It's a real shame. The checkout registers are self service. All of these retail businesses are trying to eliminate American jobs. Today's clueless younger generation doesn't realize that this is hurting the overall economy. I am NEVER shopping at Five Below again❗😡😡😡😡

Ugh! Five Below why did you have to switch up your checkout process! I sooo dislike it. I'm not getting paid to check myself out & will never shop a Five Below like this ever again. Besides my daughter & I there were 2 other people shopping that day. As bI walked up front I encountered many empty check out areas. I asked employee in the front of the store if there was a register for her to check me out she said 'NO, you do it yourself'. What? She was standing up front doing NOTHING! NOTHING at all I say the whole 40 plus minutes while we were there! They get paid to stand around and I have to check myself out? The Process is not easy when tags don't scan or clearance items don't ring up correctly. 1st time in this Five Below & last time shopping at a Five Below with self checkouts! Give me an option to have a cashier do it.. OH BTW, did I mention I'M DISABLED and was using my walker that day? What abt someone wheelchair bound? Or someone else with a Physical Handicap?? Think about this FIVE BELOW next time you make all your registers self checkout!

I had no idea they had such a big selection. I found multiple things that I could use but will have to update later on how long they last and perform. My wife and son found thongs as well.
