Not a bad place just had a bad experience. We’ve been giving food to our children in grocery stores for years. As we walk through they get berries and cheese, always. And we always pay for everything when we are done. This time a Aldi worker in a very negative way told us to stop and that it was stealing until we pay for it. That she could ask us to leave. The message was not delivered with professionalism or courteousness. I’ve never heard this was a policy and upon further research it’s not usually enforced. It’s just unfortunate she had to say it to us in that way. To that worker I’ll say please be aware how you’re talking to good and honest paying customers who like your store. Or they’ll stop coming back.

Used instacart and they really put 1 item in each bag, then charged me for all 6 bags. I only ordered 8 items. I wouldn't care if those bags didn't cost more than access to 2 of their carts.

I have been an Aldi shopper my whole life. I remember when they only had preservative stuff, no meat, veggies, or fruit. I love Aldi, and I still do. I am writing this review because they are giving into the “shrinkflation”. I did all of my college food shopping here and wow I notice the price change in just the past two years. I can understand this more from a big chain store that has many brands, but Aldi is not that. Most of their product is sourced locally or made by their own manufacturers, so it doesn’t not excuse the price hike. You are the ones making the product, so you exclusively dictate the price (Clancy). I’m just upset because Aldi was always a place I could rely on to get quality food at a good price. But now they are on par with how normal grocery stores priced like 2 years ago.. the staff is always amazing at this location, that is never an issue!

Friendly staff, clean store, fairly well organized. Parking lot and it's spaces poorly planned. Angled spaces would allow for a more fluid Parking lot experience but overall good.

Aldi's in Macedonia is a comfortable and convenient store to shop. Great variety of selections to choose from in each of the store's different departments. Big plus was when I was there; everything was well stock. You might have to look for someone for assistance or just ask a customer. Thanks

I always shop at ALDI. They have quality products and the prices are excellent!! While grocery prices are going up at many grocers ALDI is holding a reasonable line. I like that they have a variety of good items not readily found at many other grocers; and many organic foods. This is especially true during the holidays.

Macedonia aldi is very clean.it has a large selection all year round.they have produce most Audi don't have. I love it here. Wouldn't go anyway else.

Andre was a busy cashier, getting barked at on a radio, but still greeting every customer with eye contact, personality, care, and the biggest smile. Just delightful. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you Andre.EDIT: I was helped in a friendly way again, but I still feel compelled to remove a star. I’m a bit of a germaphobe. Aldi stores in general make sure to have wipes and sanitizer at the door when you come in. I use those and they make me feel perhaps misguidedly secure, but more than if I hadn’t. But then, at checkout, my cart was taken and switched with another one. My groceries were set where some child had probably sat, where unknown people touched, where I hadn’t had a chance to wipe off. Now my cashier was quick to think, and doused a paper towel with some hand sanitizer for me to wipe off the cart- I think this was Andre again, and this was clever and thoughtful on his part, and I am thankful he took the extra effort when he recognized my discomfort. But I still wish I had just been able to push my cart up next to the register like I have at literally every other Aldi I shop at. I understand his desire for speed. But my desire for cleanliness is one I already sacrifice when I walk into any store, and I was disappointed when the effort I took was made null.

This Aldi feels like it is smaller than others but well stocked. It is kept very clean and organized. They finally installed self checkout machines, which makes it even more convenient. Before the self checkout there were almost always 2 lines that had a few people in them, now you can get in and out in no time.

Produce is "ify" ,sometimes good,sometimes bad,don't plan on keeping it long,goes bad fast,meat dept. I never buy from,just don't like how the packaging is blown up,and meat is always bright red,oddly red.Prices have gone up quite a bit.What I don't like is that one finds at times things one really likes,but then it's never there again to buy. LOVE the soft packaged dog food,LOVE the price especially.

I have been shopping at this Macedonia Aldi's for years. I have been using the curbside pickup service since before covid. I have watched the service that this store offers decline steadily. They never have enough staff to pick your order and now have begun pushing your order to the next day. So now it takes two days to get my groceries in the house which really screws up my schedule. Time to check out Walmart.

AVOID.Shopped here four times and it gets worse every time. I shopped at numerous aldi stores And I've never experienced such disorganization, poor management and bad customer service. First time I did a curbside pick up to this location. I paid for it got my pick up time and never received my product. After about 8 hours Of my pick up time changing I went to the store and spoke to a manager. They said " try to put it through again tomorrow " after I already paid for it?... No assistance or help at all. The next time I go to pick up a different curbside order a week later again being told my order is ready so I head to the store. I wait over 20 mins in my curbside spot and no one comes out and my app actually notifies me that there's no shoppers and I have to go inside to pick up my order after i was told its ready. I go in Ask for a manager again. Get excuses about devices not working etc. The manager is sitting in the office hanging out with employees doing nothing just like last time I was there. But can't help me get my product or help employees? The cashier says to me that every employee is trained in curbside but i can never get orders i pay for?!! There were also countless other cars coming in and asking for orders too. So over a three week span I received no product repeatedly. Had to deal with awful management. And paying for curbside pickup and having to go track down my order instore. This isn't an instacart issue its an awful location issue. As someone with small children who pays extra money to have assistance with groceries this places fails completely.

Probably one of the filthiest grocery stores I’ve ever been in. There was packaged produce all over the floor. Some aisles were almost completely blocked with boxes. The other Aldi’s are very clean so this was a surprise. I didn’t stay very long but the appearance was rather disappointing. I hope management does a better job maintaining that store.

Be very hesitant about using the instacart and the online shopper. Had the order fulfilled by worker Holly and almost 1/4 of the order was missing when we went home. All the chips, cereal, ketchup, pickles and several other items were missing almost like they completely forgot 2 or 3 bags. If you use the grocery pickup check the items there or go to the stow location never had an issue there. Note though was able to get a refund for the missing items but that was just alot and now need to go back out again in-between work since missing alot of food for the week.

This is my Number 1 Go-To Location for Grocery. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they are always in stock with what I need. The is a big parking lot and the store is a great size. Most importantly I love that I get to save money too!

I love going in this store. Very seldom they don’t have what I want. I spend on the average of $120.00 to $180.00 when I go in there. I like it because you don’t have to wait that long in line like there competor that has 2 registers open. I will not buy my groceries there. Just my prescriptions.If I can’t find something in the store the assistant takes me right to it. That is what I call good service I love Aldis and I will go there 1-2 times a week as always because I love there products and there top of the line service. I will say one thing the employees are never standing around doing nothing they are always busy running the store smoothly as possible. And Andre is a ray of sunshine when you come threw the door. He has my up most respect. And he gives his respect to every customer.

The food was delicious and our waitress was very cordial and thorough. I think her name is Shanna or at least her name started with the letter S. We had to wait about 20 minutes, but it went quickly and the restaurant was not crowded or exceptionally loud.

I stopped at this store when I was in the area and what a delight. What a nice store. Very clean and well organized. Prices are great for the products they carry. Just understand that they do carry a limited selection of products which is how they keep their prices down. And the cashier was absolutely kind, caring and helpful. Wish it was closer to me so I could go there all the time.
