This review isn't necessarily directed at the milford Loveland store but corporate. A few months ago I purchased one of many large bags of Victor dog food that we store in air tight containers to maintain freshness some how during the transfer my wife didn't notice there was a dead mouse in the bag naturally the bag went in the trash with the bar code and the receipt our fault I guess. I went to the store to try and get a purchase record and the staff said they couldn't help me. OK so I had to eat the 80 bucks for the bag my dogs of course wouldn't eat it nor did I want them too. Here we are a few months later and I get an email from tractor supply ...quote, our records indicate you have made multiple purchases of Victor dry dog food and we are informing you that the food has been recalled for sominella contamination. Think I'll be purchasing my pet supplies elsewhere. But the staff at the store are pretty great to deal with I don't think this issue was their fault.

This place is bigger then normal. Went to look at a couple things found alot more then i expected. I got a good pair of work gloves for cheap. They jus built the place in a couple days an it looks nice an clean. I will be posting a pic soon i didnt get one the first visit but this place is nice an its right by oreilys so you can get parts an stuff close if they dont have it you dont need it

Don’t go in the evenings when Niomi is working. She is a total snot and you will return your entire order like I did and take your business elsewhere!!!! It’s ashame to have someone so rude working as a manager at such a convient store! I hope she finds a job where she’s happier and not so rude to customers! I’ll be driving to Eastgate tractor supply for now on

We stopped to look at the plants this store had for sale. What a shame thousands of dollars of nursery stock burned up from lack of proper watering. The management would have been money ahead just hiring a person to water 3 or 4 hours a day. 50 dollars for a knock out rose is ridiculous enough but a burned up wilted oneis a sin. These places shouldn't bring in these materials if they don't have the staff to water , dead head and prune

Frank was a great guy to deal with. There was a small problem in an order that was placed and he did everything he could to correct the problem in a positive, enthusiastic manner instead of just saying "oh well" Great example of someone who cares about what they are doing and willingness to help a customer.

I went to the location in Goshen it was pretty big parking lots nice and big was looking at the trailers with hitches great place to buy bird feed and cat food

My GF went to get stall mats for a our chicken coop floor, price outside has said 36.99 for a mat, but in the store it said 37.99, which is fine I understand prices change, and you have to keep on top of them, but when the cashier tried to have the manager rectify the price she said it had gone up to 38.99. That’s where I draw the line, called the store and the manager lied and said the 38.99 was stapled to the pallet and had been there a while. I said I’d return them and get the mats elsewhere. Buy local guys don’t go to big box stores. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I’ll be returning 2 mats later today and buying 2 more at a small business feed store.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Tractor Supply stores, but this particular location is staffed with associates that are basically ideal for the job. They made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the store and showed a good working knowledge of all the tools and equipment I went there in search of. It was a very positive experience.

I've heard good things about this location but I can't say I experienced that myself. I am in need of freon. I checked on various sites yesterday and found that TSC had an incredible deal with it being on sale at $2.99. I stopped by the store this morning and wasn't able to find the product I desired. Here's where the problem comes in. The person that "helped" me wasn't helpful at all. They made me feel that I was full of it since all they had was $5.99 freon. I explained how I found the price and even showed how my phone browser showed it yet the response I got was that their computers showed $5.99.I didn't want to continue on with this person who seemed to be annoyed by me and other customers so I just left. After contacting TSC customer service and explaining the situation they were able to match the $2.99 price. (Somehow the price was displaying as $2.99 but upon adding it to the cart the price would change to the actual $5.99)I can understand that the pricing that I saw was ultimately incorrect but it's not my fault for seeing it and acting on it. I shouldn't be treated like an idiot or a hassle because of it.

New store, huge selection of everything, seemed bigger or better layed out than their older stores. Something was different but for the better. Customer service was good and helpful but it was their grand opening also. Makes a difference sometimes. I have always been a fan of these stores because they give me easy access to things I need. Dont have to find a specialty shop for my trailer, mower or farm items including feed. Hope to have them for a long time to come.

I love Tractor Supply for all my poultry needs and more. My only complaint is it's ridiculously expensive and even their sale or clearance prices aren't much better. The employees at my local Tractor Supply are amazing! The cashier Patty is always so kind and so helpful, the Manager is always working her butt off unlike many managers I've seen at other establishments and always offers help when needed and the other gentleman with long beard is also always so kind and helpful. They are why I go back, seriously! Best customer service by far!!! Thank you Tractor Supply!

Bonnie & Michelle are fantastic. Picked up a Bad Boy ZT Elite at a great price and Michelle spent a good bit of time over 2 trips walking through the features and benefits while Bonnie made sure I had everything else covered like the trailer for bringing it home and items needed after break in. Excellent down home customer service skills and with being knew to the area, that was critical for me. I'm going to be a long term customer now.

This location has gone drastically down hill. All employees and managers are always rude and never helpful. They never have my rabbit, horse or dog food in stock so we have to order it online and ship it to the store or just do a regular online order and they have given us the wrong food the past 3 times. When I told Bonnie about this she told me that it was a mistake on my part and that they don't make that mistake ever. Such an awful store now.

Just a great place to shop. Very friendly and helpful. Refilling your propane tanks instead of exchanging your tanks will save you $8-$10 each time. That's a big deal.

Peterson Nesbit of Tractor Supply is very gracious and generous spirited! Today is not the first time he has helped our family! True to Tractor Supply tradition, Peterson came and helped us with an issue in our yard when we were unable to attend to it after surgery . I went to my Milford Loveland store and spoke with a very kind wonderful woman at the register she pointed me in the directions of dog supplies which is what I was looking for and she was just absolutely wonderful everybody that I’ve dealt with there has been very kind nice people.

Love tractor supply but wish they had more things for the home. My daughter loves horses AMD they have plenty of horse toys but not much else. No blankets or pillows , lamps, pictures, etc. Just wish they offered more things for the home but love the store.
