This place is ALWAYS A MESS!! TODAY had to call dollar General Corporation. The clerk cheated me out of the full refund! I went back in and she said. I cant over ride it so thats why you did not get it all ! Be careful if you shop here! I won't be back !

This store stays cluttered and a mess. And when I say a mess every isle is destroyed! The toy isle is a flat out an embarrassment. 50 percent of the store is laying around on shelves nothing where it belongs. Get some manager that will actually do there job. Why dose the other dollar general in Louisville not have issues like this? Easy management. They just had a remodel not long ago! This store looks like absolute Garbage. Have some self decency and clean up

The workers are nice, but the store is always dirty. The one on West Main St. I dont like going to this store, the shelves half empty, stuff thrown on the floor. I've been going to the new one on 44 cause its always clean and stocked and when I go in there they always have what I'm looking for.

My special needs child loves to go here and its the only store we go to where we always feel comfortable and the staff is so understanding. A man, I believe his name is Jon, always helps me and my son find what we need and has a wonderful demeanor every single time ive seen him. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this store for being so helpful and understanding. Bless you!

COMPLETELY FILTHY! The store looked worse then Walmart does on black Friday! I went in looking for acrylic paint and they had 2 bottles where there was room for 6+ rows of different colors. I noticed a few cute Christmas items but they were all damaged. There were clothes on the floor, tons of empty spaces on the shelves (probably bc it was on the floor), Christmas stuff was mixed with Halloween stuff... I'll never go back here again!

The place is a rather dirty needs to be scrubbed down it's not good starting very unorganized staff is not very attentive to the customer but to each other they are I recommend going there but the prices are getting outrageous there too it's not even worth going to go find your detergent and any freezing out someplace else for the same price if not lower then they don't even have Wi-Fi for you to log onto to get coupon to get a lower price it's crazy I tried it one time I die to download your app and try to get the coupon and they would not accept it it was just totally you know I got so mad at the guy and he said if you don't like you could just leave your very rude with me and it was just so you know I only nice girl purses are tall blonde the old manager was very very very rude and I couldn't take them anymore I just had to return all my items and I and I wanted to goso I don't recommend going there just for a quick shop if you can get some of this cash register but other than that bathrooms are filthy nasty place

Messy, cluttered not as it used be only months ago. Was great after updating then went downhill. Don't know if there was a change in management or employees but definitely not what it used to be.

People who work here are real nice. Store is about the same as others...can get pretty scruffy sometimes with stuff in aisles.

The new store over here in Louisville seems to have a lot of things that you need. It is a brand new store so it carries a lot of different items now I think it will do well in this location.

I LOVE Home Goods..! It's very close to what the Flower factory used to be.They have similar merchandise and great selections..try it..you'll love it too..!

Nice employees, convenient, but I wish the owner would fix the door that broke six months ago. Entrances shouldn't be swinging doors. Someone is going to lose a finger.

Hit or miss on service. Usually find employees are out front smoking while your in the store with no staff. Only one friendly cashier out of all the members of staff I encounter.

This is a nice place to save money. If you download their coupon app. You can do couponing on you phone. The downfall is there is always stock all over the place which makes it crowded and uneasy to shop.
