Got our family goldendoodle in when all other groomers said no. Picked him up and he looked awesome. She took very good care of him and will be a permanent customer now. He's a puppy and I know it wasn't easy.

They do an amazing job with our dog! He is a high energy Siberian husky and just loves everyone he meets but can be a bit overwhelming considering his size. They always smile and welcome him with open arms. He smells so good and is so fluffy when we pick him. Would highly recommend!!!

The owner is a dog whisperer in my opinion! My dog HATES to have his nails clipped and she is able to do it fast and efficiently! I have taken him places where he won't even let somewhere near him to clip his nails to say the least. Great service with great prices! I highly recommend this wonderful business!

I had a problem and was going to be late for my apptmt. Called to reschedule but she said they could fit Max in. This was my first experience with this groomer and I was very happy With the results.Max looked great and having to wait there for 3+ hours seemed to cause him no anxiety.This was during Covid19 partial opening and they had a good set up for the process although not sure why they were using the door on the maintenance alley & not the front. The parking there for drop off among the dumpsters was minimal.Also surprised they were only taking cash or checks.The fee was lower than all the other places in Alliance/Salem areas altho maybe a bit farther than I want to drive on regular basis unless i find a good place to eat lunch.All in all a good experience given I was not able to check out their facility.

Gross!! AVOID!!! I took my Lab in just to get a nail trimming. In general the place is a mess. There are loose cats running around, I was thankful I wasn't taking my Doberman in who hates cats. Kind of looks like a hoarer lives there. The room where she did the nail trimming.... Smelt like dog pee, the table was not very big, and was almost half taken up by equipment. There was a disgusting trash can literally overflowing with pet hair both onto the table and onto the floor. I let her trim my dogs nails, she did a decent job but I will not step foot back into that mess!!!!

The place is simple and the owners/workers are quite friendly and answer any and all questions thoroughly. Could use a vac once in a while but so could pet owners homes. Good deal. Great price. Friendly animal lovers. Very generous staff.

Definitely a dog whisperer, I took my bassett to Sue, and she had his nails done in no time...no whimpers, or growls, it was wonderful. My first time there...but not my last, thank you!

i have dealt with sue for years with my maltese and all of a sudden she has changed for the worse she blocked my home phone and will not reccomend her to anyone she is not professional on the phone...i will NOT take my dog back there ever again i would rather drive an hour away instead of 2 minutes then to deal with her if she wants to be unprofessional and block customers numbers
