Got 🥛 milk? For the odds and ends things that I run out of such as juice or milk, I love Drug Mart. They're cheaper than Dollar General, they have fresh produce, I love their chicken salad, and they have everything from dog treats to beer to throw rugs and furnace filters in there. I loved Drug Mart when I lived in Lakewood and I love Drug Mart now that I live further west.It's my go-to place when I just need a couple of items and I need them Now. It's always easy to find a place to park, the people who work there are always friendly and it never takes more than a couple minutes to get out of there. They bag my groceries for me! Love it!

This will always be my go to Discount Drug Mart, been coming here since I was little lol. Courtesy counter and pharmacy are great, everyone has always been super helpful. Pharmacist has always been able to help answer any questions I had, along with staff who work in pharmacy has always been able to help me find medicine/vitamins that are over the counter that I need for myself and the times I go shopping for my grandparents. I appreciate them helping so much. Courtesy counter has always been so helpful when it comes to getting money orders. Then the front has always been super friendly and energetic. Thank you for always being a wonderful experience.

I don't remember her name, but I am very grateful to the young lady who was working at register 1 at around 8:30 this morning (Feb 13). I am a type 2 diabetic, and my blood sugar made a drastic drop. I informed her of this, also stating that I needed Skittles to elevate my sugar. She quickly grabbed a pack for me, and within a minute or two I was feeling better. Thank you to that person.

Absolutely horrible cashiers, no customer service at all, one cashier who looked 10 just staring at people and not acknowledging anyone, standing at her register with her light off avoiding customers while the line builds bc the other open register is ran by a young man who can only accept cash but is constantly trying to talk to the other female cashiers, the cashier helping me didn’t greet, or acknowledge me I til she asked for my drug mart card, every single person in the front end looked and acted clueless. I’m about done dealing with stores that don’t care for their customers.

Love this Drug Mart. We Fill all our prescriptions here and they are always fill in a timely manner and are very polite. The customer service desk is always polite and helpful. The associates are knowledgeable and always can help me find what I’m looking for our answer my questions. The check out is always fast even though there’s always a line. They have a really great selection and they always have great sales. I usually can find a brand of an item I’m looking for on sale.

Today is Thanksgiving the one day you put troubles aside and focus on the positive and be ...simple Thankful ... I was in the store today around 915 am refilling my son's meds and I'm waiting and all I hear are the meds techs talking very poorly about another employee talking about her "frail hair and she looks the way she does because she works 3 jobs and no wonder she looks the way she looks , and why does a pharmacist need 3 jobs anyways ?" I was stunned and disgusted for many reasons . I say nothing and when leaving pass a manger and told him what happened and he was about just as heartless as those girls saying nothing but he doesn't over see pharmacy but would let someone know not a apology not a we will fix this ..Drug Mart should be so proud as a company your setting the bar so high here in Lorain Ohio .Your staff needs to learn better customer service skills and basic respect . Shameful

I switched to this drug mart about 6-7yrs ago from Walmart and now I get all my families prescriptions here..I never had a problem..they always had my medication in stock..unlike Walmart..the techs and pharmacist here are amazing, they will go above and beyond for their patients. The store staff is always helpful and very polite. I highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

Signs says FREE NARCAN. NO PRESCRIPTION NEEDED. I ASK PHARMACISTS.... how do I obtain. She says ... Get a script from your doctor.😳 I point at sign... We have stare OFF... She wins... No it was not for me. I have worked in health care 22 years. It was kind of a just in case. I feel like everyone in healthcare should carry one. But then again. We should also carry free EPPI pens and insulin JUST IN CASE. HOW DO YOU QUALIFY FOR THE FREE NARCAN WITHOUT A SCRIPT?

The assistant manager of this store is not nice at all there was a situation and she didn't handle it well at all they. In my opinion she didn't need to treat that person and her kids like that.

I'll never be going back to drug mart ever again. Walk in with my five year old son and 1 year old daughter after picking him. Up from school to get a money order and a few grocery items. As I walk in and grab a cart, before I could even get my daughter in her seat, security comes over and asks for my sons back pack. Ok, but why? Guy says it's stores policy. Ok, why is this a policy? No where am I guided to a sign, or given logical reason as to of why. The sercurity guard decides to roll his eyes at me and walks away. Are you kidding me? You came to harass me to only not answer my question and roll your eyes and walk away? I mean, I guess my son could've left his bag in the car but I'm not thinking about it. I'm on a time frame and need to get to work. Due to his rudeness, I asked for a manager. She comes over and hears my complaint and apologizes all the while, the sercurity guard has a damn camera in my face and is recording me. I had half a mind to cause a scene but I had my children with me. I made the comment to the manager that he was recording me and she said she'd talk to the company he worked for. I also mentioned when complaining to her about him that I feel I'm being treated like a thief and that if I needed to be followed around the store to make my purchases so I don't "STEAL" SEEING AS THAT'S HOW I WAS BEING TREATED. Low and behold, another woman she spoke with followed me through out the store. The measures they took to make me uncomfortable was mind boggling. I'll never return. Drug mart treats their customers like their all thieves. I'm highly offended and will be telling all three of my social media's how I was treated. Choose rite Aid or Walgreen folks. They have all the same stuff with better deals. They've most certainly have never followed me or made me uncomfortable to be in their store.

Every time you go through the drive thru you have to wait forever to even get to the window. Then once you get to the window after sitting prob over a good 20 mins they don't even acknowledge you so you sit 10 more mins. Before they ask you 3 or more times for your info. Very poor customer serv & no matter how many times we have given insurance info they get that WRONG too..Not a place that i would ever recommend to anyone else..I actually go the extra few miles to Rite Aid now where i can walk in & get my meds in 15 mins or less with no issue..

My mom gets her meds here, sometimes they are right sometimes not. She does sink your meds so she gets them all in one trip and most of the time they are not all there.Usually due to a perception run out but I am never told ahead of time until I get home to fill them.
