My 14 year old fur baby had a stroke and sadly had to be euthanized because he was suffering so I took him to London Animal Hospital and it was the best decision I could make. They were very caring, gentle, and comforting to me and took the best care of him in every way possible. They charged a fair price and made sure that his ashes were returned to me in a very caring way. If you are looking for a veterinarian to take care of your animal babies I highly recommend. Thank you to the staff of London Animal Hospital for your compassion and kindness.

They are wonderful and so kind! Pricing is excellent and we never get the run around. They are very knowledgeable on pets and very helpful at giving us expert advice for our dog with allergies and our other dog with teeth issues. We'll be going to this vet office for as long as we can!

It was expensive if you are on a budget. Prices were not discussed before treatment so I couldn't veto a shot that was $80. I love my cat but it really wasn't necessary for his healing.The facility is nice and I like how they had two house cats to greet patrons and their animals.

I have been a customer for years and have found their services to be very good and prices are competitive with other veterinarian fees. I have had three dogs euthanized their due to health issues and age over the years and I have always shown a tremendous amount of compassion and understanding and what is a difficult and emotional situation.

Worked my sick cat in on very short notice. The vet and secretary were very caring and compassionate. They allowed donations to be called in to pay for the care of my cat because we were unable to pay at the time. I couldn't find another vet willing to do so or to see my cat so quickly. Will be returning to them when my animals need care. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience! They got my kitty in the very next day for an emergency appointment. I was able to get right back there. The older guy doctor was so nice and professional. Didn't BS me at all. He made me feel right at ease. I live a good 30 minutes away and I'll make that trip every time for this kind of care.Thank you!!!!

They take walk ins so we could finally get the stray thats been hanging around our house to a vets. It was nice to finally get him fixed up and the visit was quick so he didn't have to stay there without us. They also have cats that live there and just roam around, it was nice to have a buddy while we waited.

Update 9/2022: I still love this place. I took my new kitten for a spay and the surgery was done so well that she barely needed time to recover and the stitches were so clean and tight that she didn't have to wear a cone. Very happy with the service!This place is great! The two doctors I've seen were both professional and helpful, the pricing is reasonable, the front office staff are very nice, and the two cats that live there are the sweetest. :)

Probably good thing there in London ! They wouldn’t make it in Columbus ! We were in search of a Vet and were given a recommendation to this place, a mistake! To say the least ! Absolutely zero personality from anyone in this building ! They also told us numerous times that they would give us rabies tag for our kitten 🐈‍⬛ and didn’t ! Told my wife one thing told me another ! The only thing London is good for is truck stops lol

The doctor and staff were compassionate, kind and understanding. They said they would be there when it came time to make a decision about my 19 1/2 year old Pebo, and they were. They gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye and handled her gently and with dignity. When I came to pick up her cremated remains, they knew my name and hers.. meant the world.

This place was so courteous and friendly with me and my wife our dog had been attacked by another dog and received a pretty good wound that required for Staples and these people were so terrific with our dog we just cannot thank them anymore than we already have but if you're ever in need of emergency services and they're open you need to go here to staff is excellent. #love your pets

We had to have our Labrador put to sleep the entire office staff and Veterinarian were so wonderful. They treated my husband and Molly with dignity and respect gave him time to say goodbye and let him stay with her till she passed. Thank you all so much 🐶🐶❤️❤️

My 6 year old Border Collie mix started getting super sick. We took her to London Animal Hospital and they did some tests and it turns out she had a Pyometra (infection in her uterus). Dr Kipp gave her some antibiotics and scheduled her for surgery for the morning of Wednesday 1/20.He called my mom Tuesday morning and said that he had been thinking about her all night and was wondering if she was doing good or not, and she was worsening with time. He told us to bring her in for emergency surgery that morning since he had somemorning cancellations. Her infection turned septic so I’m very happy he decided to call and get her in for surgery!A week and a half later she is thriving! She is able to walk, breathe, and she’s talking to us again. We just love our pups and we will definitely be coming back with our others!

We had to take our loving cat Zeus in to have him put to sleep and they couldn't have been more empathetic and kind. They were so respectful of our situation and didn't rush us and made us feel at home. And the cat at the door after it happened was the best comfort I could have at that moment.
