Today I had a bad experience at r2o I was told I call them to often. How does a customer call to often like you think they wud want more calls that’s there goal. Also they didn’t clarify, all the information to make me understand it. Also, I have bought several things for them in the past. I had a TV a bed bed frane lamps And couch so I’ve never missed a payment always paid on time, and I feel like I was disrespected as a customer

I had 2 blowouts in 2 days :( Had no idea what I was going to do. I called in and spoke with Amy. She was amazing, immediately had me 4 tires ordered to be in the next day. Today, I spoke with Jasmine. she and Amy pulled so much to help me get these in and installed. You guys are amazing!! I can't thank you enough for all your help! I can now go back to work tomorrow safely!

I love Rent2own so much!! The staff are excellent and very helpful and friendly. I moved to Logan OH from Columbus after being in a homeless shelter. I had nothing when I moved into my new apartment except for a blow up mattress. My apt is 95% Rent2own. I always say that thanks to Rent2own, my apartment is now a home. I would give them more stars if I could.

I was scared to go to rent to own to get a TV because I have high anxiety. I had a friend go with me and after all was said and done, I would have been okay by myself. The employees are great and made me feel comfortable during my visit. They were very helpful and got things done as quickly as possible, but not in the way that made you feel rushed. I have gotten things from R2O and rent a center and personally, I prefer R2O. As long as you make your payments on time, they will not bother you. They also do not try to constantly get you to get another agreement going. On the other hand, rent a center does. I get daily texts and all. I finally paid off my agreements with rent a center and from now on, I will be sticking with rent to own. Thank you all for the hard work you do and your kindness!

The sales representatives are very helpful and outgoing! You walk into a smile and a “”how may I help you” I went in to put my name in on some things they was giving away. I had no intention on purchasing… by the time I left I made a purchase! They are that good!!! I’m not complaining I love what I bought! And I will go back! Thanks you all for your hard work! Staff is ALWAYS very friendly and respectful, very quick to help and answer questions. The only downside is that when getting something listed as new, you're not always getting new. It may be pre-rented or refurbished and you find out after the fact. Other than that, the staff certainly make this an excellent location. Very good.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE self entlitled snowflakes. if you have to absolutely have something go to rent a center, but these people are something else. consistly can't keep billing straight, lie to customers and change appt times and act like you have nothing to do, then act like they were never at fault.

Best place to rent at compare to Rent a Center. They are willingly to work with you on your payments, offer 120 Same as cash to buy product early. And the staff here are unique and very funny. Definitely visit this place if you’re looking for affordable items to welcome to your home 😊

I love Rent 2 Own! What could be better than buying something nice that you want by making payments when you get your paycheck? Ive bout many things from there from my sofa to beds to tvs and I wont go anywhere else to buy these things. You can always ask for Amber and she'll give you a great deal! All of the employees there are very helpful.

So I walked in the store just trying to figure out my best option on purchasing new furniture...I was doubtful it would be through rent to own but let me tell you I now have the cutest furniture for the absolute best price(Thanks guys) and it was delivered by the sweetest young men that actually took time to carry out my old one. I feel like they are family lol they are all simply amazing and will go above and beyond for their customers and that goes for every staff member there...they have all helped so much!

Rip off Rip Off Rip Off. Don't shop there . Rips my son Off everytime he pays . Got proof with receipts . And bank statements. Payment was do 6/24/22. Show can there late fees. Threatening everytime we make a payment gets mad because I cuss. Believe after getting ripped out of almost 500 every 2 weeks. You get tired of it. You should consider yourself lucky I cuss when I'm mad. Also I should add my other son bought a refrigerator that they said it was only 1400. And it went to 1800. They said 400 in taxes. They only had the refrigerator a few weeks . I would run from this place
