My husband and I tried this place out several years ago for the first time and we’ve made it a tradition to grab take-out on our annual Christmas cabin trip every year. This year the food seemed to be a little subpar to previous years. It was edible, but the fried mushrooms were mostly burnt and the subs that we got didn’t seem to have much cheese or really anything other than the meet. We ordered the Philly cheese steak subs that come with mushrooms, onion and peppers and I honestly don’t remember seeing the first mushroom, onion or pepper. Maybe it was just an off day, hopefully next year is better and as we remember.The service was good though, the lady who took our order was attentive and got everything right and the food was done quickly so we didn’t have to wait long.Hoping for a better experience next year!

Great little stop for some old time traditional food. I had a wonderful foot long coney with onions. Seems like forever since I've had one since nobody does them anymore. The waffle cut fries should probably be consumed fresh. My house is 20 minutes away so they were well past their prime by the time I got home. Fortunately, the foot long coney with onions more than made up for it!

This place was awesome! The pizza was super loaded with toppings, hot, and delicious! I tried the pepperoni, hawaiian, and bbq chicken pizzas. My husband tried their burger, and said it was enjoyable but a bit standard, like a fast food burger. I also got the cheese curds and they were absolutely spectacular. Just to note, their indoor dining room area seemed to be closed, but thats okay because there are picnic tables to sit at. For our huge order, we waited 30 minutes.We will definitely have to go back and try their ice cream!

Stopped here for dinner as it was one of the few places open. We got a pizza, fried mushrooms, and fried pickles. All delicious. Highly recommend stopping here if you're hungry and in the area.

I have been a loyal customer for sometime. We spent 85 dollars here and for the first time, the food wasn’t good. So my wife called and asked about what could be done. We asked for a manager and some random women said I can talk to you. So she did. And when asked about a possible refund, the lady got offended when she found out the problem was during her shift. She got very frustrated. She supposedly told the owner to contact us and it’s been four days. What has happened to LJs? My food used to be BANGING. And it was very upsetting to pay so much with extras and be completely underwhelmed. I still have my receipt to remind myself how I was treated.

Flash back to your youth! This family owned ice cream parlor is great! Not the fastest in the world, but super friendly staff and reasonable prices. All shakes ate great, try black raspberry, peach or banana! Excellent fries, great foot long coneys amongst other great choices!

This place has always had good food at a fair price, they have changed some ingredients in the last few years, but it only made them better. Whether you want pizza on a Friday night or stopping by for your favorite dessert, they definitely have something for everyone, at a good price.

Good place to get a quick bite to eat !!I wouldn't recommend baking there pizza a little longer but subs,sandwiches,salads,appetizers is perfectly fine for myself and friends.

Pizza was very good. The plain cheese was done perfectly. Should have gotten the meat lovers well done due to the extra toppings. We also ordered the fried ravioli and the desert pies with ice. Both were awesome.

L & J's is best known for their ice cream, but they have so many other options. My family LOVES their pizza! When it's just me eating, I enjoy their little personal pizzas w a caramel milkshake. Always delicious and the prices are decent.

Everything is made while you wait. Picnic tables with umbrellas to wait at or eat at. Food was hot and fresh. Supreme pizza was a hit.

I use to go here as a child and loved it, but I went yesterday and they had no frozen ice cream, so I ordered fried food and grilled chicken. Come to find out, none of their refrigerators were working correctly, because I’ve had food poisoning for 17 hours! Shut down ur business if u can’t keep ur food at temp 41° and under.🤦‍♀️

Stopped by L&J’s for some pizza and sides on what seemed to be not a very busy night and it ended up taking an hour for a few items. Other patrons were upset about their wait as well. The food was pretty good but we won’t be returning. Wish we would have known to call ahead since all those orders were handed right to the customer.

My family and I have been going here for years. Small pizza joint with ice cream. Pizza is pricey but good prices on everything else. Good variety of food. Ice cream is always delicious. 4 stars for using your debit/credit fees.

Great place to visit if vacationing in the area. We tried the ice cream, pizza, and funnel fries. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The service was also excellent. Would definitely recommend!!

Seen a lot of good reviews online about this little pizza place in laurelville so I decided to try it. ordered an extra large Pizza and an order of cheesy bread paid for it at the window total came to a little over $24. went through the drive-thru 20 minutes later to pick it up the girl that came to the window wanted me to pay for it again. and she said it was a little over $26 not sure how the price increased by over $2 in 20 minutes but I explained to her that I had already paid for it. got back to the cabin we were staying in opened it up looked very good until I tried to get it out of the box the crust was not done it was so soggy is stuck to the box. if I hadn't been 10 minutes away I would have just taken it back if the pizza had been done as good as the cheesy bread it probably wouldn't have been too bad overall very disappointing!

Nice hometown pizza and ice cream shop in Laurelville. The pizza is decent. It took easily 30 minutes to get it, which is a typical time frame when you order for pick up or delivery, but usually quicker when you're dining in. I would definitely order from here again.

Great food! Definitely would recommend their bacon cheeseburger. It is delicious & costs less than a big mac. This place is awesome! Don't pass them by without getting a bacon cheeseburger! You will not be disappointed. We love this place! 💘

Ordered a pizza last night, it was ready and hot. The flavors were just right. For and extra lg the price was very fair. They paid attention to our request to keep certain items on thier own side and they did quite nicely.

It was over priced and under staffed I got one pack of ranch for a big salad that I have to go asked for then no silverware,my wife had 2 lil pieces of lunch meat on her Italian sub we will not be going back
