I have been shopping here for my essentials after there competitor that I bought my camper from blew me off.I found happy hallow to be more knowledgeable and the last item I purchased from them fit as they said it would no running back to the hardware store for extra parts. There was two shelves same product, the upper shelf was priced lower before inflation the lower shelf reflected pricing due to inflation, my point is they're honest people not trying to take advantage you or the situation.

I won't ship there!! They weren't even open on a Saturday afternoon! But the model you could see were nice but extremely extremely expensive!!!!

We were just traveling through, but after visiting this cool store, needing a check valve for our 5th wheel, we now want it to be a destination someday in our travels. Beautiful country. And if the rest of the people in their community are half as nice and helpful as the folks there, well, then thats okay by me!

This is your one stop shop for camper parts and camping supplies. Very clean they have a pretty good size selection. Staff was very helpful and can order anything you need.

Well stocked showroom with just about anything you could think of or need. They have some cool new products that I haven't even seen before. Staff is always ready to help find you something and if they don't have it they can get it for you within a week with no shipping costs. I'm not really from around this area but if I need something for my RV I will be coming here!

Been there a couple times in the summer and found it to be a great store with about anything you could possibly need for camping . Went there today to stock up on camping gear and stuff for my camper but the internet site said they were open to find out they were closed with blue barrels blocking the drive. Bummer, wife and I were probably going to spend alot of money there today 2/24/21. But we'll be back so as they open up again. Maybe it's seasonal thing or covid precaution.

We worked on our pop-up converter for almost two weeks!!! New part just could not install it because wires were different from the old ones. Had an electrician come to our place and sent us to Phillips Happy Hollow and said they could do it. Well, I did'nt think they would get us in on the 3rd of July (4th being the next day). I was so happy when my husband called and they said get it here as soon as you can! Our Kids all come home this weekend with their babies...We need sleeping spcae! Mike and Kevin worked for at least 1.5 hours and got it right! Very friendly people in store front and out back! Thank You So Much, Bill and Sherry Woodward

We were camped at the IL State Campgrounds and it was raining and as we were getting ready to leave the jacks would not retract. Phillips came to help even though they don't work on motorhomes. We finally called tech support and with the help of them and Phillips they finally got the jacks up. A big “Thanks” to Phillips for all your help!

I have spent my last dollar at Phillips. They put new fabric on my awning but they rotated the latch assembly 180 degrees when they put it back together. They assembled my awning incorrectly and now want to charge me $43 to adjust it. Bad Business Practices
