The ice cream and sundaes from here are amazing and worth the price. Staff was friendly and our sundaes and cone were ready in no time. We got the strawberry shortcake sundaes, hot fudge sundae and a vanilla ice cream cone.

We were recommended Brown's Dairy Dock by a friend who lives near here as we were told it was the best ice cream around. And who would we even be if we didn't stop by to try it??The orange/vanilla twist and the peach sundae were just as amazing as everyone said. The workers were friendly, kind, fast, and seemed to enjoy their job.I'm so glad we stopped!

This place serves the best ice cream creations, ice cream cones, sandwiches and hotdogs and chili-dogs… try putting pulled pork on your hotdog. Wait, WHAT ???Great summertime treat destination. Great way to top off the perfect summer evening.Pitted against all other seasonal ice cream/sandwich shops, this place is among the very best !!!

We visited Brown's Dairy Dock on our trip to the Marblehead Lighthouse. This roadside ice cream shop has a great selection of soft serve and hand dipped cones as well as fry food and milkshakes! The prices were very reasonable and the staff was super friendly! I ordered a small chocolate/vanilla swirl and it was huge! Thanks for the great visit!

First time stopping here. Been by in numerous times during trips to the lake. Stopped in for a milkshake. Went with a peanut butter shake today. It was really good. My only complaint was the straw I got for the shake. It was small, like one for a fountain drink. I almost got an aneurysm trying to drink the shake.

The gentleman at the window informed us of how it works: we order the fresh peach sundae, with optional nuts. We did as we were told, and it was excellent. The fresh peaches in homemade syrup were mixed throughout the sundae, which led to a good peach-to-ice cream ratio all the way through. It was reasonably priced, not cheap but appropriate for the quality. I highly recommend getting the seasonal dish.

We were in Lakeside for the weekend and all the locals recommended this place when we asked where to get ice cream. We were NOT disappointed. In fact, we made a point of stopping here every day we were in town! Top notch chocolate and vanilla twist cones, superb hot fudge sundaes, quick friendly service even with a long line and very fair prices. We loved it.

Best ice cream I’ve had in a long time! A simple chocolate cone was my request and it was so good! My wife and I went back the next day for another! Our kids wanted milkshakes and devoured them! As picky as they are, I’d say that’s a 10/10! Lol

Was sold to new owners. Since then, new tables, continued friendly staff and prices. BUT the BEST OF ALL the cones with ice cream is really tall! This little ice cream shop is now TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE FAVORITE PLACE TO GET ICE CREAM WHEN I COME UP TO MARBLEHEAD but until today I went. I get all the time chocolate vanilla swirl with sprinkles and I add sprinkles on the side in a cup which they have allowed for the years that I have been up to get ice cream and today a man taking my order was being very rude about me adding a extra small cup of sprinkles. He started complaining about how it took him apparently a minute to put in the system. I work in a place of food and customers service and I allow people to order what they want if we have it. I will continue to go back but I was very shocked that I was getting treated that way.

Our favorite ice cream place in the area. We drive from PC just to get ice cream here and stop every time we come back from Kelleys Island. The soft serve orange sherbet is fantastic especially when twisted with the vanilla. The kids have enjoyed everything they’ve tried and it doesn’t kill the wallet.

Good ice cream. Long lines are typically the sign of a good place to visit. Not disappointed. Only take cash and thankfully there was an ATM across the street. With the recent warm weather this was a welcome stop along the way. Would definitely return here.

Recommend not getting the large ice cream on a hot day unless you want melted mess. Very good. Taste good very creamy smooth ice cream

Always a treat when visiting the area. 🍦 Beware that the servings are huge, so no need to let kids order anything bigger than a small or it's going into the trash. Overlooks a baseball diamond and you can see a slice of the lake from the picnic tables.Service was competent and friendly.No feedback for food, just the ice cream.

Very friendly service and when do kids not love ice cream. My only complaint was the last time we ordered about a dozen items and told them they were to go. It was a scorching hot day and they decided to make half and call for pick up. Then they took over 5 minutes making the rest while the first half melted into puddles. Had I know they needed the additional time I'dve asked them to at least keep em in the air conditioned prep area.I understand most of the staff are high schoolers but when I mentioned to the crew the issue they basically just shrugged and went back to their business.

The best place in miles for summer ice cream. Love the vanilla orange swirl and a small cone is plenty if you are looking for a great snack. My husband liked the vanilla chocolate swirl too.

Stopped by after a day of checking out the area breweries! Had the the strawberry sundae with whip cream and nuts as recommended by the nice guy behind the window! It was delicious, great choice!

Best malts and sundaes--guessing other treats too however I always get a hot fudge marshmallow malt- has been a Marblehead icon for decades. I know why... Prices reasonable for large servings. Always polite staff!! Busy yet short wait time. Definitely my stopping place when I'm in the area.

Prices are reasonable. Service was friendly and fast. Soft serve icecream cones are not skimpy. We ordered smalls. All were as big as a large at many other places. While visiting the area you should definitely make this one of your stops.

Unfortunately the customer service today was not good. Very rude to me and also other customers in front of me. I didn't know asking for a lid on a slush for a small child was such a hassle. By the comments from other customers, no one was impressed.
