Great staff and good selection of snacks and drinks. However, ever since covid the store hours have been really questionable. I've gone in several times after 10pm only to see them close early when they're supposed to be open until 11pm. Luckily the Mickey Mart in Lagrange is still open late, but I still do prefer Friendship for their better selection of drinks.

Good selection, reasonable prices. The rib sandwich is delicious and hard to get. I decided to order some because they are not readily available. Unfortunately the two people that I talked to could not get the order straight so I ended up with half of the things I ordered. This is not the first time either. Some guys from the shop ordered a pizza one day and when they got there to pick it up they were told it was not made.

Gas pump wouldn't read any credit cards. I'm not talking about card read errors or declining. It was not reading any card at all. Told the older male cashier and he seemed uninterested. Don't think he even reported it to anyone. I couldn't even get a hello from him. Not the greatest customer service. If the gas price wasn't cheap, I would have went somewhere else.

I would like to thank the morning staff for the help they gave me on Thursday, April 18 when I experienced a health crisis. They called EMS for me and stayed with me until they arrived. Their kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. Thanks again, girls.

Great staff, good assortment of drinks and snacks that they keep in-stock. Food that is cooked there is much better than I would expect from a gas station!

They do not enforce masks and social distancing during pandemic. We recently lost a loved one to covid. No longer patronizing this place as it fails to help customers stay as safe as possible.

First time visit and was not impressed with the service....we ordered 2 6pc tenders came with 12 jojos and 4 rolls for $9.99...we were shorted 6 jojos and 4 rolls...also ordered 1 breast and 2 thighs...we were shorted 1 thigh...what made it bad is I repeated our order back to the guy and he stated it was all there before we walked out the door...it was only 4:00 and they had no other sides available except jojos and no other chicken left...the pizza looked dried out and had been sitting there for while...the food was good, not the best like they advertise that they have best chicken, unless I got a bad day I've had alot better chicken...staff seemed polite to a point but need work on customer service skills....will try Friendship again just not this store even though it's closest to me.

Always a friendly person there to wait on you! Sometimes they even sneak a treat to my doggo! Love the ladies there and especially love the drive up window.

Not friendly at all ! They never offer to or ever put your items in a bag . I just bought 4 items , and the cashier just walked away without a word .

This place double charges customers it's happened twice and can prove it i.e. scanning the more expensive item twice be aware of the total before you pay or you'll get ripped off
