Margie is AMAZING! We took our maltipoo puppy, Sundae, for his first groom and Margie was so sweet and did such a great job! Sundae absolutely loved her and he looks great! Prices are also very reasonable, highly recommend!

My dog was matted from.escaping while I was hospitalized and the groomer decided to shave him first rather than wash his first because of the matting not knowing that the dog had a sore under his chin and as she was shaving him she accidentally nicked him causing the dog to bleed some. They called me to come and get him to take him home. I made another appointment to finish bathing him for April 2nd.

Alicia was the nicest person and took care of Betty so well. I have already booked my next appointment for her as she went above an beyond explaining everything and the procedures. Betty came out as happy as possible and obviously loved the pampering

Taylor did a beautiful job!!! Thank you! Very happy! And Taylor left my baby’s gorgeous eyelashes. I had no idea how beautiful they were. After a bad experience (for my dog) at another pet store when my mini goldendoodle was a puppy, I have mostly groomed her myself. On both occasions that I have needed a professional groom I have taken her to this Petco location because of a friend’s recommendation. Both times I have been very pleased with the results and her temperament when I have picked her up. I will still groom her on a maintenance basis because we both enjoy it, but any time I need a professional groom I will continue to come to this Petco. And everyone in the store is so nice. I enjoy shopping here as well.

Everyone is always so friendly here, I’m confident I’m leaving my dogs in good hands. Alicia does the absolute best job with my Goldendoodle and Puggle. The dogs love her and the entire staff.Alicia is wonderful with dogs. She’s sure to take special care of them and always goes the extra mile to make sure they’re looking their best when they walk out.One of our dogs has a medical condition, I’ve talked to Alicia about his needs and she is extra accommodating. It’s hard to trust someone else with your fur babies, but I know they’re getting the love and attention they deserv under her care.

My 11 year old Yorkie Terrier is a regular customer at Petco. Cady is his groomer. Bentley and I are very comfortable with Cady. She does a superb job of grooming Bentley.

They did a very good job! She even went the extra mile to brush the really thick hair my dog had been shredding on her neck. My dog smells good and her nails and great!! The grommet I had was great, but o can't remember her name. Chelsea, Christie, Cindy, Kelsey, Celeste? Something like that?? If yall can figure out who she was, tell her she did a great job on Kyrie the Puggle!

They did an amazing job on my senior border Collie. They were so attentive and gave her all the time she needed. Only having three legs, she can only stand for so long and they worked at her pace to ensure she was comfy and felt safe. Could not speak higher of the staff and their abilities and patience!

The employees were very nice, my dog was treated nicely, and it was explained to me when I picked him up that he didn't like a certain part of the experience (nail buffing), so she stopped doing it. It's appreciated that the employees don't want to force an animal to accept something they aren't comfortable with. I appreciate them looking out for their own safety as well as my dog's. We will definitely be back!

Caty is just awesome! I randomly met her when I was out with my dog, Amelia. She told me she was a groomer at Petco, and she was so good with my dog. I told her I would bring my puppy to her for grooming. I am so glad I did! She did such a great job, is so kind, and is great with Amelia! Our first visit and I told her we'll be her clients for life!

The girls that took care of my daughter's dog was amazing. They were absolutely fantastic and gave us great care and advice! Max is a German Shepherd weighing 120lbs easy! They gave us weight loss info, and advice as to why I shouldn't shave his hair any shorter. Who KNEW? Ooops. I was trying to surprise my daughter and son in law while I doggy sat for them on vacation. Um... SURPRISE!!! TEE HEE We will be back though. Loved the care and compassion. Awesome!

This was a horrible experience. I made an appointment and when we showed up they refused to groom my dog after we told them she was on a calming medication. They never asked us if she was on a medication when scheduling the appointment. This left us in a very bad position considering we are leaving for vacation this week and do not have time to find another groomer on such short notice. I will never go here in the future and recommend nobody else does either.

The young lady who greeted me and my dog was very cordial and explained things very well. Seeing the results of the grooming confirmed to me that using Petco for her grooming was the right decision. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog for the grooming service and was impressed with the way they handled her.

My dog is very shy and timid with most people but absolutely loves Alicia, even though she only see’s her about every four months. I feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. I think my dogs actions toward her say a lot about the care she gets when I’m not around.

Our visit was at 7 p.m. It was easy to walk in without an appointment. We have two large dogs that needed nail trimming. Alicia was great making sure they were comfortable with her. She had a great dialog with us and the dogs.
