Gotta say. Not impressed. Super trashy outside, crew inside was too busy chatting, talking about employee discounts, vs helping the several customers who were waiting in line or keeping the property clean. Outside was a disaster, every single trash bin at the fuel stations was overflowing.

So happy there is a Sheetz closer to Cincy!!! It is so much fun to customize an order- had a yummy steak burrito and curly fries with nacho cheese. There is space inside and out to eat- we ate outside as it was a pleasant day. Bathrooms were clean.

This place disguises itself as a nice expansive truck stop. This place sells many food items that have to be microwaved in order to eat it and yet they have NO microwave. I've never seen a truck stop or gas station no matter how small that didn't provide a microwave for their customers until now. Not only that but they refused to use the microwave they have in the back to microwave the food I bought at their establishment so I guess I'm going hungry tonight. I wouldn't have stopped here if I'd known there's no microwave available. Seriously, what kind of "convenience" store doesn't have a microwave? Especially one this big? If you're not going to provide customers with a microwave, the LEAST you could do is have an employee microwave the food as a courtesy. I will NEVER another spend a cent at any Sheetz ever again.

9:00 a.m.. bathrooms are filthy and stink. I don't think anyone ever cleans the toilets. (They are dirty and smell like piss on the floor) The sinks look like they haven't been wiped out in at least a day. Trash on the floor dirty counters and mirrors..There's more to cleaning a bathroom than just running a broom across the floor. I always judge a kitchen on how well they take care of their bathrooms. So I'm not eating anything here!

I stop here 3-4 times a month as Im always back n forth between Columbus and Cincinnati and I can say that every experience has been great. The employees are always super friendly, the property is always clean (when I've been there) and the bathrooms are spic and span! plus there's free WIFI when you're hanging waiting on food! love Sheetz and love this location! 88 octane rules!

I use Sheetz all the time at least purchase like 2000$ a week. All good except cleaning restroom in busy hours ? You could do better than that

The thrill of discovering that a Sheetz was located in Ohio! My friend insisted we take a ten minute detour to turn around and experience this culinary masterpiece. We ordered online:1. The Big Mozz 🐔 🥪- this sandwich is a fried food delicacy. Ensure you order extra marinara. (10/5 🌟)2. Jalapeño poppers - this was the best I have had in a while! The cheese paired with the spice of Jalapeño was perfect. (10/5 🌟)3. Tater tots - these were expertly fried and seasoned. (10/5 🌟)The pure fried heaven joy this place brings my friend is something to share with others. If you find yourself driving by one stop for the food and clean restrooms.

Much like other Sheetz, there is so much wasted space in the truck parking lot that it's almost comical. There's easily room for painting around 15 more parking spaces without getting overly crowded.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (AND QUESTIONABLY RACIST). I went up to the counter, the lady didn’t say anything. A white gentleman walked up, she started helping that person. I say “I guess I am invisible”, then the lady said “oh no, I was helping this guy first…” or something to that effect. BUT SHE DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE MY EXISTENCE WHEN I CLEARLY WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER AND SHE SAW ME. Something is not right here. Is this how Black people get treated at this location? I was almost beside myself when this happened. This happened at 5:21am on 7/20/23. Check your cameras. You will see me with a light blue shirt on and tie and you will see it happen just like I said. After I said “I guess I’m invisible” comment, she was like “you have a nice shirt on”. Hmmm… sounds like she was being nice because she got called out. Your employees should first have better customer service, but also should behave in a way that could not be perceived as possible racist behavior.

This Sheetz is not as well maintained as one expects with Sheetz. Fountain drink and slushy areas were covered in trash and dried liquids. The store was running low on a lot of stocked items.

Fuel prices are good. Been coming here twice a week for truck diesel for about a month. Everytime it takes 10 to 30 minutes to get fuel. I understand it is a new location but seems like they are training on getting fuel receipts every time. Worst Sheetz I have been to the rest have been great. Manager is rude.

Ordered a peanut butter shake, it was tasty. Workers are always very nice. I did notice though that the refrigerators were a bit messy and a lot was out of stock. But they could've been reorganizing or having supply issues so it may not necessarily be their fault.

Every time I go there the store is clean, the people for the most part are friendly and helpful.I had one issue when I reported it, I ended up talking to the person, she immediately took accountability, explained and apologized.

I moved to Columbus last year from Texas, where Sheetz is not a thing. There is a Sheetz right by my new apartment and since then I’ve been converted. My partner and I regularly road trip and have visited Sheetz in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and North Carolina, at all hours of the day and night. I have also visited this one before as it is the only one in between Cincinnati and Columbus after leaving the Columbus suburbs. We stopped here at 3 AM to use the bathroom, always trusting Sheetz because they’re truly open 24 hours and always clean and reliable. My first sign that something was off was that the pumps were dark and the parking lot was nearly empty. The building was lit up inside so I decided to try the doors. They were all locked!!! There was no signage on the door indicating an early closure — on a WEEKEND — or any signage at all stating whether they’d be changing their hours or what. I’ve visited at least 20 different Sheetz locations and I’ve never come across any that aren’t 24 hours. I understand having to close early if you’re short staffed, but there should at least be some signage as a warning. I had visited this one earlier in the day at about 7 PM and it seemed busy but well staffed. Don’t know what happened, but I’m very disappointed in this Sheetz for the unprofessional handling of this occurrence.

This is by far the dirtiest, disgusting and smelling Sheetz i have ever been to. Every trash can was overfilled including outside at every gas pump, bathroom were worse than the slums of new York. I think I will need a tetanus shot later today. It seems they were short-staffed in the maintenance, we ordered food and that seemed to be well staffed and got our food in a timely manner and was very good. Even the cashier was quick and efficient but as far as the atmosphere of the dirtiness and cleanliness of this location the sheets general manager owner and proprietor should be ashamed of themselves this is not the standard they've seen in other locations.

On my way back from Cincinnati and my posse went out of our way to not stop for food anywhere else (to be fair, it's not like ANYWHERE has anything good at 2am anyway). But yeah, I LOVE Sheetz. Great, easy food made quick by INCREDIBLY nice staff and for an affordable price. Crazy good snacks. Highly recommend. This was an awesome location!!!

Clean bathrooms, large selection of food/snacks/drinks (fountain & bottled/canned). If ordering hot food, be prepared to add at least 20 minutes to your stop. It was convenient to submit order into self-serve ordering kiosks, but the wait to get our food was longer than expected. Items were hot and of expected quality and employees were hardworking.

I thought the 88 grade of gas, is supposed to be cheaper. You have it at 2.87, the same price as regular gas, in WCH ?I also saw where you lowered the 88, to 1.99 just right before Thanksgiving, to attract ppl from the interstate, now it's the price it is now, that's Crazy, its peeing ppl off, me being one of them !!!

The fuel prices are competitive to the area. Frankly, all of the gas stations in the area had the same prices. The facility was very clean and had a large selection of snacks, drinks, and much more. There is a restaurant inside the facility. The restroom was clean.

Chicken was great. Food was great. One of our food items was messed up. Bathrooms are nice. Poor selection of tic tac flavors. Slushies were amazing. A lot of candy which the kids loved. Good patio.

Employees are rude and act like they have not been trained or like they just don’t care. Mens room is absolutely disgusting. Music sounds like a Saudi Arabian war cry. Very uncomfortable and unkept location. Not even close the Sheetz company Standards.
