I always go to Loves because I have a service animal and he needs to stretch his legs and be a dog and loves provides dog parks. This particular loves, went above and beyond and added agility equipment and a water fountain! What a wonderful addition to a great idea.

Very nice, very clean, fantastic employees. 9 extra clean showers and coin laundry.Hot deli and cold deli sandwiches made on location.Truck parking has been expanded with a new back lot.CAT Scale and fuel islands easy in and easy out.

Clean restrooms, the location is small but clean and several items you can find there. Coffee and fountin drinks are also available. The gas station pumps are many so no waiting lines.

We stopped for coffee and slushies and the staff both at the counter and cleaning the drink area were both so nice and helpful, both to us and the other customers. The coffee/drink area was so clean I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was stocked. Quick in quick out. Thank you

Recently remodeled and I must say the offering here is very impressive. Fully deli with hot food and the Hardee’s is open late. The lighting on the shelving and in the cooler helps make products stand out and everything seems well stocked and best of all they offer a self checkout option so you don’t end up waiting in line. This is an excellent option for travelers on the highway. Bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly.

1st time at this location. It's a smaller store than the usual. The fuel islands were busy, but moved quickly. The store is been remodel. It looked like a construction site. I have to say even with all that my experience was pleasant. The showers were new and clean. The restroom 🚻 as well.the store was well maintained for a construction site. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. There's a Hardee's on site for eating and the coffee and refreshment section was clean. Over all a great little stop 🛑. Lost 1 star ⭐ because of the construction, but defenetly recommend it over all.

Called to a showerUmmmThat shower is in useNow I have to wait for another shower.Cause their is 4 drivers waiting for one.Gave my shower ticket to woman at counter she said that the guy way back there cleaning the shower for me. No he wasn't.Gave her the shower ticket back.I don't have all day I have a load to go pick up. I've already waited 45 min. Not waiting any longer. Won't be coming back to this location. Customer service is lacking in the loves truck stops nation wide. Too many stores without accountability.

Personal driver here. I arrived just before 1am. When I entered, I was greeted very kindly by the woman at the counter. We chatted while I made my purchase. Other employees were talking to each other but about work related things. I "camped" in my car & when I went in to get a coffee in the morning I was again kindly greeted. I'm not sure about the negative reviews about employees. Maybe they hired new ones.

Fast food was actually fast. The staff is nice. The place is clean (for a truck stop) but these people don't mess around when it comes to heat🤣 who knew loves had a pre-soak for their showers. I walked into the pits of hell, had me a lil sauna soak down, then showered then never dried off after. Good thing it's 5 degrees outside maybe i can cool down and dry out on the way to the truck

Great place to come to if you can get here early and find parking. Very clean everywhere inside. Samantha Paige Roberts is the Operation Manager here. Everytime I've been in this building, she hasn't been standing around pointing fingers without helping. She makes what she needs done known and hops in and helps everyone else as well, just as if she didn't have that title when she got busy. Tim PJ Emma you guys rock! This store is kicking serious butt! No customer is keft unnoticed! Greeted kindly gelped assisted rang up faster than anything! Products restocked is unreal. Super clean store bathrooms showers outside lot just unreal! What a example of a well run machine. If Loves would run our other stores like this we’d put Flying J Pilot etc plum out of buiness! Youd have to expand the buildings and parking lots! Service sells and they are selling it here. Ody language, eye contact. Nice crew operation managers they are real time on the money. What a example of a perfected travel stop etc! Well done! Tim should be considered a training manager for a ton of stores nationwide to fix these other stores! This guy is a powerhouse! Dont know what his position is but he has the right stuff! PJ keep rocking! Emma shes just a shining star up front hands down! Better buy more land , this store will need it! Update didnt have the evening persons name Tammy opertions mng the same thing. Last night and today is over the top! ie; Im on a 34 hr reset. Also the brunette red shirt was out in the chilly weather cleaning the windows trim trash etc. What a unreal crew! Almost like a hospital crew at a travel stop. The entire team just over exceeds any expectation! You have set a standard that needs done across America! Corporate Loves better step up and recognitize this place!

Shower #1 backs up. It gets filled up with water. Unfortunately the picture doesn’t really show it much but I had to keep shutting off the shower cause it quickly gets up to an inch of water. Gross

Very busy location. Good location if you want to get gas, Hardie's, shower, snacks, gifts etc. Line was very long when we went to check out but they got us through quickly.

I'm currently here in Hardee's while I write this, was wondering how the shower room was dirty until I just heard "shower 4" ready. I literally just got out of it 5 minutes ago.... there's no way on God's green earth someone cleaned and sanitized it that quickly. I know it most definitely wasn't when I used that same shower earlier. Hair was everywhere, I wasn't gonna complain until you guys just called that shower again. Stop being lazy and do your job!!!

Pretty sad! This is when I walked in to the shower, they had 3 available at the time so there was time to properly clean and some workers just standing around just talking to each other so yeah I'm a little shocked when we're going into a possible mask mandate and places are this dirty??? When was the last time this place was actually cleaned properly too to bottom cause it's been a few weeks at least....sad when a customer has to being in thier own scrubbing bubbles to clean before they shower and this wasn't even my trash it was from someone else's shower🤬

One semi in the bay I ask for a tire pressure check. The service adviser tells me it is gonna be 3 hours. He has two tech and a road call in front. A tire pressure check is 15 minutes. No importance of customers here

Love's techs are usually not slacking on the clock. This wasn't case with this one today 8/27/21 @ 11am. 3 spare techs to work , and I can't get a light installed in over an hour ( not called into bay at all). I believe this is just an isolated case , with the times currently unfortunately.

The inside was clean. the employees were friendly. However the outside grounds were littered and filthy as was the parking lot. Simply because a lot of truckers are disgusting slobs.

Not sure what’s wrong tonight, but all the employees were visibly upset, mean mug and all. We parked on the curb passed the fuel island next to another truck who made their own spot (not our norm, but we just needed to microwave our food, circled the lot 2x and saw multiple trucks parked wherever) and mr. top flight security rushed up to our window and told us we couldn’t park there. We said we weren’t trying to park overnight and would take a few minutes, he said be quick! No teas, a coffee machine down, no roller items, had to search for napkins. It’s almost midnight, it’s Friday. The new norm at truck stops. The cashier was extremely not friendly. All we got was a few drinks and dude was hella upset. We asked if we had loves points we could use (we had 488 lol) dude said, NOPE. 😂 laughable experience so we didn’t stick around to chance a shower. Walked outside to see the security guard back outside again looking at us, went inside as we pulled off. Maybe southern hospitality is a thing after all.

Purchased a shower on app, didn’t generate a shower number so went inside to show the charge on my card to shift leader. Was no help at all! Has ever happened once and managerlat that location was helpful and gave me a shower there and then after I showed my proof of purchase. But here, she didn’t even try to help. Had to purchase a second shower and dispute my first purchase with my bank now. Nice place but horrible service from her alone.

The service from the staff inside has been great, I have no complaints about the store in general. Just don't park on the speedco side for a lay over or you'll get parked in by other drivers in the no parking zone.
