Was shopping in family dollar in Jeffersonville, OH. Was buying a birthday card and gift card and the lady Tracy stopped me and said are you the one that Trisha the GM doesn’t like because you stole before. I couldn’t believe it I have never stole anything in my life. Then she says sorry I had the wrong person. She should have never said that. That was embarrassing and she degraded me. Now when I was a GM we called the law instead falsely accusing if we wasn’t for sure. That management 101. I would have fired my employee for falsely accusing someone if they wasn’t for sure. You always call the law first. I haven’t even been in there for awhile because all the other times the GM is always rude. I decided to give them another chance and this happens. I won’t be back in there very unprofessional.

I stopped here on pure whim because I happened to be passing through and was very pleasantly surprised to see the fully stocked shelfs and hard to find items that have not been readily available in the bigger cities. The staff that I interacted with was friendly, the store was clean and well organized and fairly quite worth only a couple other people shopping. I got in quickly got what I needed and got out.Love this location and wish it was closer to where I lived.

I found the gift bag, it was a little bit big. The aisle were a little crowded. The clerk at the back of the store was helpful. The lady at the check out was on her phone an had little time to talk to me.

Amazing! I remember this place when it was family Dollar as a kid and the new renovations that the Dollar Stop has made has been extremely convenient! Great staff and amazing savings!! If I could give it a 6-5 stars, I would!!

Friendly service today. The staff is getting better. They have had very rude employees in the recent past. No one beats the previous staff of Danyel, Barb and Penny.

The cashier's are friendly enough but the store is extremely dirty and unkempt.Theres no rhyme or reason to where stuff is placed and no prices on half the stock. Store is very poorly managed and the owner would do well to get some new management.
