Newest manager is so unprofessional and doesn’t know what she’s doing. EVER. good luck ordering a pizza over the phone if she’s the only person in the store. She never answers the phone. I’ll come in person and I’m never surprised that when the phone doesn’t get answered she’s the one that’s there. She never has fresh hunks out if any. No hotdogs or tornados either. Has messed up so many of my husbands lottery picks as well. Overall just insanely rude and lazy. We will no longer be coming to this place.

Tatiana is such a helpful employee. Anytime I go into the store with any questions she has the answers!! The girl in the kitchen is also super friendly. The two of them together are hilarious. You’d think they’ve been friends all their life. Super comfortable environment with very fun people.

Ordered pizza today. It was the best pizza I have ever had. Amelia, the worker today, you are a true genius. You’re a gift from God. I hope they know what kind of pizza maker they have on their hands.10/10 would recommend if Amelia is working.If ordering, ask for her, no one makes it better.

My daughter was an associate at village pantry in jackson center.It is march and she has yet to receive her tax papers for filing. When talking with the manager, Sara, she was told it wasnt her problem and has refused to help her in anyway to get her w-2. Very unethical business practices. We arent done with this matter.

People continually park at the pumps to go in and order food. Management says they cannot ask them to move their vehicles. While people who want gas can't pump gas. Good thing there's a new station opening across the street

Supposedly open 24 hours... unless they dont want to apparently. Ive heard stories from former employees about how bad the management is, but seriously, you have a sign that says open 24 hours. So why are you closed? This iswhy i go to caseys during the day. If it werent for the fact that i work til 2am, i wouldnt even be a customer

Horrible. There is always a line of people in this place waiting to check out, and 2 or more employees smoking outside. The parking lot is littered with cigarette butts and trash. Place needs managements help badly.

The attendant was incredibly rude to us. We were sold a tobacco product that had been cut with a knife and they refused to give me a new one. I wont be going back.
