Went to minute clinic an hour before closing. No one around except unfriendly kiosk took 5 minutes to fill out information about making an appointment, only one left for the day on option, finished filing out information and get to the end and it says no appointment times remain. I saw another patient walk out. Waiting so maybe someone will come out of these office doors while I'm typing this and another person arrives and is immediately seen by a doctor hiding behind these doors. This is absurd. Zero stars for this place.

Worst pharmacy ever. On day 4 of trying to get a prescription filled. Each day I have been told it's ready, show up and it is not. It's time sensitive medicine. Today when calling to confirm if it was ready and asking if they could fill it, lady was disrespectful, condescending, spoke over me and hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable service. Taking all Rx elsewhere.

Has to be one of the worst pharmacies in the area. Unprofessional pharmacy staff. Only go as insurance makes me go to CVS.Needed a refill for a med. The refill had been sent a while ago by the doctor. Go there and am told we didn’t get it. Then the girl at the window goes to someone and tells me there is X dollar co-pay (what was she assuming? I couldn’t pay it). I tell her this isn’t the first time i am taking this med. Then she closes the window again and i am told because there is a shortage the med has not been filled. I get that part. She tells me to call pharmacies myself and see if anyone has it.Later on, i receive a text that the med has been ordered. Why wasn’t this done earlier. Poor management and below par customer service. DrugMart next door is so much better.

Wish you could leave a zero star review. Dr. Called in an emergency prescription, pharmacy had no information, said it may be on the voicemail, but they couldn’t get to it until tomorrow anyway. This was at 9am. Staff up, the customer service in the pharmacy is atrocious. Both staff members have horrible attitudes. Take your business somewhere else.

We have had difficulty getting a prescription filled. I called pharmacy to check if they had & I was told no. As we waited in doctor's office to make sure this was sent again, i called CVS aga. The associate that answered the second call was the same as first. She told me that once it was sentit wasn't received "wham bam" and she hung up on me..

Did not fill my medication amount correctly. I had to specifically ask to find that out because I do not trust a pharmacy I've never been to before. Turns out my concerns were valid. Also, the line of cars was very long both times I went.

Emily the tech was very rude and unhelpful. Telling someone that is trying to get medicine for their child (prescription wrote 8ish hours ago) that trying to get it switched to a pill though it is the SAME medicine, would just take longer than waiting till tomorrow is unacceptable. The 2 star rating is very accurate and deserved. No “Heart at Work” behavior displayed here.Update- next day, went back in the evening after work and they claimed not to have the medication still. Finally after speaking to multiple people it was miraculously found. Very poor customer service

The new answering system is HORRID, it takes forever to actually get to speak to the pharmacy. The hold and wait times are getting worse than they have ever been before. Medications used to be all filled at the same time to save trips but now it's like we have to go almost daily. The customer service has really gotten bad.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are slow, rude and worst of all not knowledgeable about medicine or prescriptions. They constantly mess up which is extremely scary when it is dealing with people’s health. They should be ashamed of themselves. As a share holder in the company.. it makes me sick the way they conduct business.

Pharmacy service is the worst I've seen at a CVS. Whether at the drive thru or inside the building, often waiting for upwards of 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, even when there are no other customers.

I’ve been sitting for an hour waiting for eye drops (no issue waiting) and every single person in line over that hour had a complication with the pharmacy. Not a single smooth transaction ! In most instances the pharmacy didn’t have the order filled or had the wrong order. At what point does the pharmacy realize its systems have failed? Understaffing? Incompetence?

Upon talking to my doctor and calling back I was berated about how I needed to give them time and that "they closed in literally a half hour." I was only calling to make sure it was received because they previously told me it wasn't..

Minute clinic was extremely rude, don’t go here the nurse was rude since I walked through the door horrible patient care I treat all people with kindness and respect even when I worked at a hospital and she did not .Update went to Cleveland clinic express care in Hudson everyone was super friendly and kind , great patient care they actually got the job done and were able to test my boys for strep throat without restraints the nurse had told me they needed restraints to get the job done

Scheduled a online appointment for a vaccine. Selected 11am. Followed instructions and went to the Drop Off pharmacy location. 5 minutes standing with zero acknowledgement. Moved to Pick Up location. 2 minutes later finally my presence was acknowledged.I told the pharmacist I was there for my 11:00 appointment which she replied it will be an hour. No apology. No nothing.When making the appointment the online CVS site had multiple times showing open for scheduling a vaccine. If the store can’t keep the appointments then don’t offer them! COVID or not, people have to schedule their lives and part of that scheduling is around set appointments.Message to the pharmacist working today, find a more polite way to say CVS doesn’t care about your time, go wait.

Went in for annual Flu vaccine. Scheduled online and checked in at "Drop-off" desk. Lady who checked me in didn't suggest using the Minute Clinic, just said my insurance didn't cover the vaccine and it would be $69. I accepted and paid the costs. Tech administered my shot asked me if the intake person told me the vaccine would have been FREE if I went to the Minute Clinic. I had no idea and already paid for the vaccine. I said, "I just paid for this education" and took my shot. Also, noted that the Intake person, didn't have my name correct on the prescription, didn't even bother to ask to see my ID to verify or ask to confirm my name as she selected. Now my insurance doesn't have a record of my vaccine and I will not have accurate records. I understand the Pharmacy was busy but that does not excuse inaccurate information on health records nor poor consumer advocacy. My business future business will be elsewhere. Though the Tech that administered my vaccine shot was professional and pleasant.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I drove 45 minutes to get a covid test this morning and get there to have them cancel it. I asked for a reschedule as the lady walks away and ignores me. So I called into the store from the parking lot and they proceed to say call this number and hung up immediately. So I called the number to which I sat on there for 45 minutes thinking they were scheduling me for a covid test and I get a confirmation text that they scheduled me for a booster! I told the rep and he proceeded to say sorry and hung up as well! Cvs in Hudson is trash for not offering me a reschedule or anyone else. I luckily managed to find someone with a test and I’m positive. Thank you cvs in Hudson for being absolutely terrible.

Most employees in the store are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is another story. The service In the pharmacy has deteriorated over the past couple years. They are always short-staffed and they NEVER answer the phone so don’t bother calling with questions or to confirmthat a prescription is available.

Accepted my health insurance and my online doctor, I lost my job but still have an online doctor, and now they're cutting me off of my prescriptions because I don't have a doctor anymore????? Said I can go to a minute clinic and get a MONTH worth and that's it. They won't help any further or even give an explanation. Absolutely horrible people, can't answer any of my questions or help me, now I have to find a new doctor and wait even longer to get my prescription. Absolutely awful, completely rude, and they make no sense.

Been going to CVS for 8 years. Today I’m switching. Poor pharmacy management, poor communication, and when they make a (repeated) mistake instead of apologizing and being proactive next month they mismanage again and blame the customer. Even my Dr office is annoyed with them. There are better pharmacies around. I’m done!

If you ever use their drive through, plan to be waiting at least 20 min. Literally the slowest service ever. Its insane.Pulled up to the window today Aug 19. I had already been waiting 15 min with only one car in front of me. Get to the window and instead of being greeted the only two employees working are talking and giggling. Had to finish their convo befire attending to the customer. So dumb

Ahhh maybe I should have just listened to the reviews lol. Had an appointment to get covid tested which was scheduled days ago for the afternoon(12/18) and it got cancelled the morning of. Probably just some scheduling conflict but it still is frustrating because I already called of work. I would reschedule but the next available times are eight days away(26th) and I don't want to reschedule, call off work, and be cancelled on again.

I'm always in and out. Shelves are stocked and people are friendly. For the Minute Clinic you can check in online, so when you get to the store your wait isn't very long. We get many prescriptions here and never had a problem.

CVS is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with, and the Hudson one is particularly bad. They screw up simple transfers and the pharmacist named Matt is rude, with no customer service skills whatsoever. I hate that I am forced to use CVS because of Caremark. If you are able to go to a different pharmacy, I recommend that you do. Walgreens is excellent.

I went to cvs to talk to someone in the pharmacy area. I am new to Medicare and had questions about my prescriptions which were always filled by caremark mail service. I had told my doctor to send all my prescriptions to Cvs in Hudson. However they were sent to caremark and I wanted someone at cvs to get them for me. The girl that came to the counter on last Sunday was extremely rude and did not help me at all. As of this date I have not got the 2 prescriptions that were sent to Caremark.

There is a lady named Jan/Jen who is a nurse practitioner who treats humans like dirty dogs. She should not be allowed to practice a thing regarding humans because she has no regard for them. She was very unprofessional and downright ghetto and uncivilized, currently looking to report her on a higher level. When I complained the manager knew exactly who I was referring to.

So I called this CVS earlier today because I was getting my nails done after work and needed a specific metallic rose gold color to give to my nail lady and my knight in shinning armor answered the phone and literally took ten minutes out of his work day to help me find the exact color I was looking for with the help of another wonderful young lady. He even gave me the brilliant idea to write all the shades down so I could look them up online and find the exact color I was in need of before I came to the store, which I didn't even think of because I'm dense and he's literally a freaking genius! Then, this outstanding gentlemen put all the colors matching my description behind the counter so that I could just come in and grab the one I wanted.This guy showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me out. I forgot to ask his name but I called at 10:30a.m on 10/27/17 so CVS you do the math and give this magnificent man a raise for being awesome and putting up with me.
