The newly remodeled store is your one stop shop! The coffee bar is a wonderful addition. Friendly workers. Very Competitive Prices. Shopping here is a pleasure. They have cashiers so you don't have to self checkout.

They have totally remodeled this location and it's really nice. There are a few things that have to be tweaked, but otherwise they always have what I am looking for. Check out is fast and convenient!!

Awesome remodel since I was last there, gees…since 2019(?), when I was a confection (Lindt-Ghirardelli-Russell Stover) vendor and serviced the store then. I stopped at Acme post-hiking in the CVNP and was heading home (I reside in South Euclid, Ohio) to procure a few items.Store was cranking ie busy, and even the Perishables Manager opened up a check-out lane!😲😃Great store! 🙌👍👍👍👍👍Zander Oswald - South Euclid, Ohiop.s. I miss when Acme stores were in Cleveland.

3 stars for overall. $10 million down the drain however.4 stars for beer liquor wine dept but they spent way too much in booze, and I like my cocktails.No real “lounge” area or a cool wifi/coffee area for teens??Deli and pre-made food not as good as GE or Heinens. - the store has not changed very much.

I am not impressed with the “new” Acme. I can’t find many of the products I used to buy; for example, fresh pork tenderloin with no seasoning, Immaculate Bakery cinnamon rolls, Panera Bread salad dressings. I do not find the organization of the departments very logical. I did get a chuckle out of the rather gargantuan and prominently located liquor department. I think my anxiety during the months of remodeling has persisted. Giant Eagle won me over during the long upheaval. I am saddened by the results.

Really love the remodeled store. The meat selection is excellent as well as beer, wine, and liquor section. What a great local option for so many needs.

They have been remodeling for what seems like over a year, and the end is not in sight. Items switch locations without warning and with no clear signage. The staff is a coin flip, the cashiers are exceptionally nice, but the stockers generally react with an eye roll if you ask for help finding an item. The produce is average at best, and the meat department is lacking. If you’re looking for big, name brands, they do have a wide selection. However, they have virtually no local or small brand items.

The meat sale was great. The store had alot of expired dated food on shelves. I figured sales were down in remodel. Looks great

The staff was nice. The facility is under construction, and very carefully sectioned off. Some items that I needed were stacked way too high to reach and were on pallets such as the water. I managed to get the cases I wanted. Good experience!

While still better value than Giant Eagle, the pointless renovation has really soured me on the local Acme. The store was just fine as it was, and I always knew where everything was. Unless there was major pestilence or decay behind the scenes there was no need for construction. But someone with too much ambition for own good or for their own customer's good has got in the way. Now when I go in I'm rushed to get out as soon as possible by the intolerable racket of construction and I can't always get what I need because they rearranged everything for no reason. This has also made the store dusty. I've been going here since I've been able to go to the store on my own, but maybe I should start traveling elsewhere.

The staff was bothered when we asked questions and gave very vague answers. The store was under construction. Prices were high. Would not recommend at all for customer service. Cashiers were talking to each other while waiting on customers, never said thank you.

After reading Karen’s review (oh I mean Gregory), I was expecting rats scurrying along the aisles and maybe a dirt floor. Turns out it was a very nice smallish grocery store that had everything I needed and at a pretty good price. It was actually relaxing to shop there compared to the normal anxiety that I have in the big chains. The staff was friendly even from a southerners perspective and the store was clean. I definitely will shop here when I’m in town every few weeks.

Go somewhere else. Subpar products, exorbitant prices, and a never-ending "renovation". Flowers for $15 that will wilt in 8 hours? Yep. "Sales" that are 25 cents off of a $7 box of cereal? Yep. Dust on all of the products? Yep.Just no. Don't bother. Go somewhere else.
