Happily, they have everything!Sadly they have staff who are hit and miss on knowledge and experience.However a bright spot is the occasional young person who gives good customer service and interaction.I asked one a question and he said he did not know, a great answer, then when another person showed in the aisle to help, he followed and absorbed the knowledge.Two days before some older guy “helped” me in plumbing and I still have problems, thx.

Were did customer service go??? I wanted to buy some grass seed. It was on the clearance rack for $13. I took it to customer service just to double check and her little box came up $27. They sent someone over and his little box showed $18. I showed him the tag showing $13 and he scanned the tag. $18 he said. Wow!!!What a way to do business. Not!!! Luckily Tractor Supply had a better product and guess what - the price came up what the label said.

Very helpful associates and cashiers. I had plumbing questions and got a lot of professional advice. Hardware was putting away stock but stopped what they were doing to help.

Good location with easy parking. The staff are knowledgeable and patient.Don't let the name fool you, Karen is amazing over by door locks. I love always getting her help, She's super nice and can point you right to what you are looking for :)

Typical Lowes store: can't find anyone to wait on you or to answer questions. Also inventory never matches the number of items it says online are available in the store.

We bought a mower and had it delivered. It was supposed to come Friday but it was delivered 3 days early because the delivery driver wanted us to be able to use it before it rained. Talk about kind and thoughtful!! Bobby H did a great job! He went way above and beyond to help us out. Sounded like he even stayed past his regular hours to give us time to get home from work. He explained/showed the operation of the mower in great detail. He's a great guy who provided excellent customer service, both of which are rare nowadays. Thanks again, Bobby!!

Very clean and helpful store. Always have what I need in stock. Returns are painless. Curbside is nice, but be sure to check your wood if you do curbside.

I’d rather buy my wood from the Taliban.Update…this store is still terrible. If anything worse than it was. From little to no help from the employees to the lack of products. Their only saving grace is they’re the only store in town. It’s a shame.

Love the franchise. I've always been a Lowes guy, but this place literally had employees watch me to make sure I didn't steal anything pretty much from the time I walked in until I was outside. Made me feel unwelcome for sure....

I got a $230.00 bill from a bill collector over a $31.00 bill that I never got a letter in the mail for and so I called the man and he helped me settle the account...... 5 days later I get a bill for $4.18. Does this ever end... I will never have a Lowes credit card ever again.
