This is the self checkout line and it's a normal occurrence. Don't pay for boost unless you want insta cart to deliver it, and to the wrong house.

Really went down hill. Even with the construction to improve things. CHICKEN not fried thoroughly and the deli food is blah with no taste...especially chicken salad. Not impressed at all. Need to get it together.Customers want better. Sad !!!

I was supposed to have a job there and Kristen lied to me and said I didn't pass my background check I just got my hirerite background check back and it said I was hirable. They are liars . Then when I called and spoke to a Jonathan he confirmed that she lied to me. I was scheduled for jury duty on the day of orientation so it pushed it back to the following week for orientation so she lied and said my background came back unfavorable. These managers at this location Greenville Ohio are horrible people and should all be fired.

Used curbside pickup because I broke my foot. Within 2 days grapes moldy and rotten, celery stalk literally had 6 small stalks like all the outside ones were picked off. When taken out of the bag the stalks were limp and fell over. Whoever picks or stalks the produce needs a different department! Won't be using their service anymore.

so may carts to fill pick up orders all over the store today, could not get up and down aisle. Vendors were setting waiting to put out their stock. Pick up idea great for those who need it, But tough on those of us who still shop for our own things. Has to be a better system.

Just got home with our pick up order first they said it wasn't ready and when I asked if I could get it tomorrow all of a sudden it's ready didn't receive one text on subbing on anything nor was I told at pick up got home no bagels instead they subbed out with bread!!!! Got Little Debbie's iced doughnuts instead of peanut butter snacks received two boxes of Sunbelt chocolate chips instead of the oatmeal and I'm allergic to chocolate

I seem to always find what I'm looking for and get great deals. They have a very friendly check out person (Wanda) who is always friendly and courteous. She always makes me feel like family. That's a big reason I shop Kroger's friendly people.

When checking out with my items, I questioned the price of an item that rang up more than it should have. The cashier called over a floor manger who went and checked. She came back saying the price was ringing up correctly and told me that clearly someone had moved the product to make it look cheaper than it was and was shaming me insinuating that I had moved the product to get a cheaper price. She publicly humiliated me. I simply told the cashier to take the product off my order and left. If this is how the office management treats their customers they should all be ashamed of themselves. Terrible customer service insinuating your customers are trying to steal by trying to get something for what is clearly the advertised price.

They need to update self check out computer software. There was a credit on my account I did not want to use yet but it forced me to use the credit without asking. I have always been asked whether or not I wanted to use the credit for my purchase. The lady working just said they can't do anything which is garbage because I know they can, they just didn't want to.

Pick up is terrible. If you want to not receive items, receive half of your eggs broken, punctured packages or bags of chip crumbs then make sure you order pickup from Greenville is Kroger! They are great at not caring about customers orders!

So many employees... so little help. More interested in performing preclosing procedures than assisting customers. Also, even after notification of a water issue, they brushed it off as though it was just par for the course. 30 minutes after said notification the water spot is still present with no sign.

Picked up an order at 10:30 this morning. Everything was fine except for the 'fresh' green beans. We had to throw about 75% away because of a mixture of mold and 'rot'. Again, everything else was fine, but depending on when our order was filled it makes me wonder why they permitted inedible produce to be sold.

Air freshners might help... chain always smells awful. They IDed me for a 50 cent clearance bottle of 30 Tylenol... I am about to be 21. both of us clearly over 18, facial hair and tattoos. They wouldn't let us purchase because my license is expired... Didnt even look or ask about my birthday. Oh but let me tell you that they will let you purchase supplements, keep in mind, that supplements are not approved by the FDA, with no age requirement 🤔🤔🤔 whack and just pathetic. Boutta go get super high, mega blasted, off that big bottle of 500 Tylenol I bought at Walmart, with no age requirement... Your staff member looked more underage than we did, might want to ID her next time she tries to sell me weird joint pills I picked up off the clearance rack...

I went here and a lot of the items I wanted were out of stock. I was overcharged because my plus card didn't take off the savings like it was supposed to and when I brought it to the front end person's attention she not only got rude with me bur didn't give me the correct amount back. I guess from now on I will have my prescriptions filled at this store only because it's closer and I will drive 40 minutes away to the Sidney Kroger where things are in Stock and the staff isn't rude.

The first to notice is the beautiful selection of fresh flowers and plants. The aroma makes you smile and sets the happy feeling for the rest of the shopping experience. Fresh vegetables, fresh deli, friendly clerks with more than one aisle open. Nice variety in each dept. Good prices. A feeling they care your experience shopping at Kroger will keep you coming back.

Great place to get all you need for a cookout and the party. I love cashing my checks here too. Just make sure it's not over $1,500, or at least ask whether they have the cash on hand at the time before cashing. But over all a decent place to go!

There is a gentlemen in the deli who will not listen to what you request when ordering lunch meat. It is frustrating. I will not pay $11/lb of lunch meat if it is not sliced as requested multiple times.
