When I arrived, I asked how much my tires were going to cost. Found out they ordered the wrong tires, that I would have to wait for a truck. I then told them I would go somewhere else for tires, and asked if they would still change the oil. They said yes, but then they ignored me. So, I left.Customer Service is not important to them.

Called two days in advance to see if they had an opening Saturday to do a tire rotation. First come first serve on Saturday so I was the first one to arrive and they turned me around because they didn’t have time. Wasted a free Saturday morning when I could have went somewhere else which is what I’ll do from now on

Went into J&M this morning to replace a practically new tire that had been going flat on me. The kind gentleman inside was able to fix my tire rather than having to replace it which saved me money!! All of this was done in less than 15 minutes. You can’t go wrong with J&M!!

Was in area for vacation 3 weeks ago and desperately needed tires. Boss there told me several types and explained all the differences and even found me a set that saved me some money. Got them in the next day and done in no time. Smooth ride since. Not that I would drive there just for tires but if I can get there when I need them again I will definitely go back to them.

They did fast and good work, but they charged more than I expected. Both times I've been there, the owners / managers have been smoking in the waiting room. I will not be back. If they would choose not to smoke at their customers, I would consider returning.

I stood inside for 10 min with 2 employees there who never acknowledged me or responded when I said "Excuse me, sir". I finally had to call the office to get them to assist me...The mechanic who actually worked on my car was VERY helpful, didn't even charge me when he realized he couldn't align my car and then gave me an affordable quote for the work that I need first. Just wish the guys in the office actually paid attention to their customers...

I got a bolt in my tire and brought it over to the shop- Barry was super friendly and helpful. They got me in really quick, and were very affordable! Would definitely go there again!

Sells used tires, at an affordable price. Lobby needs improvement. But to get fast service without an appointment, Ill take the lobby as is. The front counter guy who waited on me was helpful and nice.

Called and had a appointment. They wasn't ready and had to much work for only one guy. The customer service is not there. The thing I'm mad about is I took a day off work to get this done and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of talking to me and letting me know what was goin on.

If you want cheap good service this is the place for you. But do not expect an extremely professional experience. You won't get it here. Friendly? Yes, but not professional. I go here for all my tire needs but I know what to expect.
