I was told verbally when the scripts would be ready but did not get a formal verification until pickup was overdue. It's such a simple system to text or email and yet, things did fall through the cracks. Also, from the time I pulled up to the pickup window to the time I drove away, the tech that I interacted with only said the required verbiage and nothing more. She did not greet me, was stone faced the entire time I was smiling and attempting to talk to her. She did not ask if I had questions about my prescription. This tech had no personality, and her attitude was poor. Horrible service and I'm thankful I don't have regular scripts to pick up so I can avoid interactions like this.

Highly impressed with this pharmacy. We have been using this pharmacy for years. They are always friendly, helpful and get the prescriptions done on time. Very happy to have these guys in our community!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They are also the opposite of accommodating and helpful.
