I saw that the new Sheetz store is now open. It is located in Girard, Ohio on Salts Spring Rd., the old store was tore down, the new store was just erected. So I had to stop in and see how the store was redesigned & grab a bite to eat. I was pretty impressed on how they streamlined the interior, making your shopping experience much easier. It’s very easy to find what you need and get in & out quickly. I’m a big fan of the made-to-order food & touch screen ordering, you can’t mess up an order you personally made. After I placed my order I went and used the restroom. I must say that no matter what Sheetz you visit, the restrooms are always clean & orderly. I then went to “Fizz City” and got a “Thirst Wrecker” sized fountain drink, I chose the Dr. Pepper. I waited at a table for my order number to be called. They now have area where there are tables and chairs if you’d like to eat your meal there instead of in your car. The new Sheetz also has a Drive-Thur, making picking up your order even easier. I’m a big believer that when you need food, gas & snacks, you can’t go wrong with Sheetz.

So I arrived at 11:10, there was no one in the lobby at all. When I finished my $30+ order and a few people came in and also ordered. Almost everyone that came in after me ordered and ate. At 12:32, I finally received my order. I left and went home, which is a half a mile away from sheets, and my food was cold. And the lady making the food had a horrible aditude. Simply put had I known all this I would've took my money across the street to McDonald's. And I can't stand McDonald's but at least I wouldn't have waited over an hour for my cold food. Wish I could give 0 stars my service today wasn't even worth 1 star

Nice remodel! But I ordered a brownie milkshake from the menu (no modifications) and there was BOBA in it… Absolutely disgusting. And the staff is rude. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Sheetz location really and I love it but this will drive me away for a while.

This place ought to be ashamed of them. So. Absolutely the dirtiest worst SHEETZ ...I have ever been to in my life. Nothing here was clean at all. I have over 32 million people that follow my reviews and I barely ever give a bad review this place ought to be totally embarrassed of themselves. I spoke to the supervisor and she said we're trying. 😞

Never order food in the drive through. Sitting here for 20 minutes and still have time to right this . Service is horribly slow .Never doing this again . One burger and fried pickles

On Sunday 4/28/24 went to this Sheetz at 505 am told me I couldn’t order food because they had too many online orders while standing there doing nothing ! Will not return terrible service

Think I'll use another location for now on, come to this location because it's close to my house and though after the remodeling it would be a better location boy was I wrong over 45 min wait for some food .... Not again

This is the worst Sheetz I have ever been to.We ordered food at 12:51. At 1:35 we finally asked for an update (after trying to get their attention for 5 minutes). The bag with our number on it had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes done. On top of all of that it wasn’t even our order!We spoke to the manager Jeff who did not care at all or even respond, he just shrugged and walked away.The experience was the same when trying to pay for anything at the checkout. The cashier walked away mid checkout for 5 minutes without saying a word before coming back to finish the interaction.

Sheetz makes the best food. I stopped here for unbelievable $1.13 per gallon gas on Easter Sunday, and got 2 hot dogs as well. Driving down the road eating the hot dogs I almost wanted to turn around and go back to tell them how good they were. :)

This sheetz takes forever! I printed a receipt to order food at 6:22 and didn’t get the food until 6:38. There is no reason for it to take that long there was only 1 person in front of me. There was 2 ladies working and moving so slow and talking about their lives to each other. I understand you can talk at work but when you have a line of people waiting for food you would think you would try to hurry. I also agree with the other posts it is a very dirty sheetz. Bathroom was not clean.

I mean it's not the worst but the Sheetz was insanely busy and I think only two people were working. Some customers had trashed the store. The bathrooms were gross, the store was untidy, it took ages for the mto to come out, and the food was stale. Also I don't know what insanity it is that every single Sheetz has the absolute WORST entrance into the lot.

This Sheetz is like the only place you can go get some fast food late at night anymore so thank you for being there for me on several late night occasions Sheetz, the value meals are a great deal $5 for a large drink, fry and turkey sub on a pretzel bun. Everything else in the store is extremely expensive though but what do you expect?!

I come here to charge my EV and I am grateful for that. But i never buy anything in the store because the loud, screeching, pounding music is so offensive. You can hear it all the way across the parking lot. Inside the building is intolerable.

Grew up down the street and was back in town after 15 years. Stopped in to grab drinks and snacks. Sad to see how dirty and sticky the floors were. The glass on the front doors were smeared with hand prints and who knows what else. Coolers had lots of empty spaces and the staff appeared less than enthusiastic to be working. Not sure why this location has gone down hill. Been to plenty others and they seem fine AND clean.

Great location, clean restrooms. Their staff was friendly. Asked for help finding a location and they where willing to help out without a second thought. Always good to stop for air in the tires as it's free. Would like to see a Sheetz Car wash come soon though. I do miss the donut selections they used to have. They do not seem as great now as they used to though.

After work went to get a bite. The place was busy. The two young ladies that was working were getting there butts handed to the. None stop orders. I waited around 40 minutes for my food after being told 45-1hr. Those two put some work in and needs to be told how good of a job they did. I was just wondering why only two people.

The staff are usually friendly and fast, and almost everyone is super nice. 96% of the employees are fantastic and the other four percent are average. I have only had an issue here maybe two times max in the past two years and until money got tight I was coming here once a week at least. Out of all the Sheetz locally, I prefer this one. My food has never been messed up, and when I did have an issue with a transaction at the register , it was resolved as fast as possible without hesitation or complaint and apologized for when I complained---which realistically is all you can really ask for. The customer service is great here, especially when you consider that is a fast food joint/gas station, its a bit impressive that employees are so amenable in their working conditions. I recommend this one.

I don't know who made my drink, but it just tasted like mocha and ice. I don't think they put anything in it i asked for. I didn't taste it til i was already gone. Now i will taste it still there from now on.

This restaurant went down hill. my order was supposed to be ready at 10:19 and here i am standing here at 10:30 no food. Many people of come in and out and when i asked the lady at the counter said “we have a lot of orders right now” with a rude voice which from working in customer service i know is not a good customer service voice. i have no idea what this store needs to change but hopefully they’ll have better service next time.

The Sheetz at Salt Springs is pathetic. It's smaller than a lot of other locations and they don't pay any attention to keeping the places stocked. The fresh brewed iced tea is always empty when I go there and their coolers have vast empty shelves. Supply chain problems my butt. Other Sheetz are in good order, so why not this one? Do yourself a favor and jump on I-80 and go one exit west to the newer Sheetz on Rt. 46. They have larger selection and maintain their coolers and other items.

One of the dirtiest and most filthy sheets I’ve been to. Customer service is horrible. They are very slow at making the mto orders. I waited 15mins for 2 hotdogs with just ketchup and had to leave because I was gonna be late for work. This sheets needs a major fix!

I went in to grab cigarettes. And the lady ID me. No big deal. I'm 31. So I give her the paper that the DMV gives u as ID until ur card ID shows up in the mail. 3-5 business days. IT EVEN SAYS THAT ON THE PAPER THE DMV GIVES U. the worker nor the manager would even look at or ready the printed ID that the DMV gives u... waited 40 min for food. All I ordered was a pretzel. Like come on. I really was starting to thjnk.people deserve more.moneg for working. But I was apparently apparently wrong.

Stopped here for some chili dogs. Got them here before and were great!These were not even cooked!! There were no dogs on the grill...at least he could a done is nuke them. But NOOO, we're going on down the road eating, I bit into mine and it wasn't even warm, let alone hot or even cooked! This man needs fired or retrained!! Total BS!!!

The place is ridiculous and always a mess. Workers never know what’s going on. The place is always out of something on that’s MTO and is never listed as unavailable while ordering so they is never anyway of knowing. The last three times I’ve been there I have had to get a refund on my milkshake

Diesel pumps are unusable. They take 15+ minutes to pump 3 gallons of fuel. If you need diesel go somewhere else. They have known about the problem for 4 months and its still not fixed.The food and gasoline pumps are fine though. So I guess there's that.
