It would be a great place to start a pharmacy! They are the slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced! They can't keep up with my scripts or get them correct! The pharmacist is hateful and has no concern for people!

You stress out the elderly with you inefficiency and stupidity. You can't have prescriptions ready even if given a week to prepare it. You should be held liable for the damage it causes these elderly for not having their pills on time. Or for the pure stress of your putting them under just so you can be understaffed and lazy. You people are pathetic.

The rudest pharmacy staff I've ever dealt with instead of coming up with a solution for my prescription they tell me to call corporate office evidently it only takes a GED education to work at cvs Georgetown it might not even take a GED to work there! It's everyone else's problem not there's is there thought, pathetic customer relations

This pharmacy is straight up TRASH! Every time I call they are very rude, snotty, and very short. I called because I was In Quarantine and I sent my friend to pick up my meds. Friend said you need to call them for your insurance. A lady answered and i was trying to give her the information on my card which she said wasn’t correct and said you can just come in we are closing at 6 (it was 530). Told her I couldn’t I’m sick and did not try at all to help me figure out my insurance. Instead she told me it will only be x amount. At that point I said okay sure because I’ve had it with her rudeness. I’ve been to Soo many cvs pharmacies and this one needs major work on their customer service. I’m not writing this review only on this experience, there have been other times that I have had to deal many of their rude staff. People I would highly suggest you get your meds somewhere else because Georgetown CVS clearly don’t care about your well-being.

So friendly. Feels like family. Staff is always smiling. Shelves are stocked. If can't find What ya need they will help you find it or try to get it for you fast. Photo service is a dream. Its quick & easy. The pharmacy dept. is so caring & keep you in mind (they always wish me a happy birthday & they know me by name). There is many great deals here. Use the CVS card get coupons save $$.The rewards rack up quick. Great place for whatever you need.

Do yourself a favor, don’t use this pharmacy!! Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes ,while they talked the two cars ahead of me through their in car COVID testing. When it was my turn to get my meds , I was told they weren’t ready and come back in 10 minutes! I told them I’d wait while they got it ready and was told I cannot hold up the line but the two cars ahead of me sure could.I went in side the pharmacist just shrugged his shoulders at me and said it’s corporate policy, I went out to my car and transferred all prescriptions to DonohooPharmacy just around the corner.glad to be done with cvs

The pharmacy does not answer the phone you cannot get any information on a new prescription that the doctor has called in for you I’ve tried calling them three times and stayed on hold for over forty minutes only to get no answer terrible service

Seemed happy to say insurance doesnt cover this, went to sit downand wait on script since i have back problems and use a cane. Then was told cant sit there and to move to other chairs. NO ONE WAS.IN AREA SO WHY MOVE??THIS STORE IS VERY RUDE AND DONT CARE

Pharmacy staff is the rudest and slowest here! 3.5 hrs to fill scripts- don’t call with status issues.. worst ever been! Worth traveling extra hour to go elsewhere

VERY POOR AND RUDE SERVICE! Worried about things that don't even concern them. If they want that much pull about someones medication they need to be a doctor not a pharmacist. DO NOT GO HERE if you don't like people in your business. Just go to Kroger or Walmart. CVS is not worth going to.

Horrible pharmacy very rude and not enjoy giving people a hard time if the medication is a scheduled drug not a great place for people going thru Cancer treatment needing pain meds.they purposely mess with you when you get it filled all other meds no problem
