Very typical McDonald's experience. I walked in and got my Big Mac meal. There was nothing wrong with it, and the employee at the cashier was friendly. However, none of the tables were clean. I had to ask for a lysol rag so I could clean my own table. The floor was also sticky from a spoiled drink. They don't have time to clean the restaurant. I get it and don't really fault them for it, but if you don't have the help you need, then close indoor dining .

Not only was my simple order wrong. the coke I got at first was extremely warm then the second one was flat and the third one was flat also. I just left and will not return.

The chances of you getting your order at the drive-through as ordered are the same as hitting the jackpot on Power Ball. The food is nothing short of appalling, and the prices now are the equivalent of eating at one of Chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. Beware if you alter a sandwich when you order. I ordered a quarter pounder without the slivered onions but with the dehydrated onion bits like most of the other burgers have and they slopped a DISGUSTING amount all over it AND the box...no less than 2 HEAPING tablespoons of them. They DO NOT like to make sandwiches to your specifications. The girls at the drive-through are usually very nice, but the food quality is so appalling I just don't eat here anymore. The "onion incident" was the last of 10,000 straws for me. Before that, though, I went for breakfast. I ordered an Egg McMuffin to take to my Mother, and two Sausage Biscuits with Egg, add Bacon. That's it, nothing else. I left there $18.75 lighter. I could've ordered THREE FULL MEALS at Cinda's Diner for that price, and would've been treated to FRESH, GOOD, AMISH COOKED BREAKFAST and would've been good for the next 8 meals with the amount of food I would've had. I honestly don't know where the hell McDonald's could have the unmitigated gall to charge almost $4.00 for TWO, VERY SMALL, STRIPS OF BACON that were added to my Sausage Biscuits with Egg (2 HALF strips per sandwich, each HALF strip being no more than MAYBE 2" in length and so thin YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THROUGH IT!!). While McDonald's food quality has been disastrous the past several years, I've still always enjoyed the breakfast. But I will NEVER pay almost $20.00 for 3 breakfast sandwiches ever again. I had already all but stopped eating their lunch/dinner menu and now breakfast is out, too. Oh, and don't be fooled by the Chicken McNuggets!! They may LOOK like the same thing from the 80s but they're now only about HALF as "thick". Yet, you're paying DOUBLE what they used to cost. The fries are simply a lost cause anymore. IF you're lucky enough to get ACTUALLY FRESH, HOT fries, they only fill them about half way. No longer do you get the overflowing fries. You get a portion that looks like someone already ate half of them. It USED TO BE that you could order them without salt and they'd have to make them fresh so you'd always have fresh fries when you ordered them that way. Now, I'm pretty certain that they just keep a festering pile to the side so they don't have to make new ones for every "no salt" order. And, to top it off, "no salt" at McDonald's apparently means " slightly less salt (if you're very lucky). You STILL get so much salt on them that you can actually see and feel it all over your fingers. Too bad for the people who have blood pressure problems or any kind of edema, you're getting HEAPS of salt even when you ask for "no salt". What can I say other than the Middlefield McDonald's is, hands down, one of THE WORST McDonald's you're ever likely to encounter. These are not isolated, "one-off" occurrences. This McDonald's has been a catastrophe for YEARS and it just keeps getting worse. Seriously, what you get is truly disgusting. One need only ask just what they do to your "food" that you DON'T see, ESPECIALLY people who special order something and don't just accept the standard issue sandwich. Try it yourself, sometime. Just ask for extra mustard or something on a hamburger to see for yourself. They won't give you a little extra mustard. They'll empty the bottle on it. Extra pickles? You'll have 8 ounces of pickles on a 1.6 ounce burger (and that's BEFORE cooking...yes, they are ⅒ pound burgers except for the ¼ pounders). The fries will either be cold and soggy or will be like eating a dead twig from a tree. You just can't make this stuff up! It is a rip-off from the moment you order, and boy does McDonald's have "the con" MASTERED. The large fries "pocket" will contain the equivalent of a small fries of the 80s, the McNuggets are the same shapes and SEEM to be the same until you turn them to the side. NO!

There right now. It's 6:30pm and the lobby is closed. Had to place a massive order through the drive thru. A couple nights ago, was 8pm lobby was closed and no one responding at drive thru. Is this location going out of business?Update: just left and noticed they forgot the fries. Had to go back.

This Garrettsville location is horrible.....I go every morning and order the same thing, yet this store can't seem to get an order right. On top of it breakfast is over at 1030, meaning you should have enough biscuits made to get you through until said time.....nope not this place constantly out of items just because they don't want to make them and not because they are actually out of the said item. Sad that this is how this place is run very dissatisfied.

On Monday 6/13/22 I got there at 9:06 p.m. and sat for 40 minutes before finding my order was short. I pull back around wait another 12 minutes. When I finally got home to eat my now cold food I found my big Mac's had no pickels and 3 pieces of lettuce between them. One of my children didn't get the drink in their happy meal. I understand that the world is short staffed but your number 1 job is to make sure your giving the consumer the proper order as fast as you can 52 total minutes and I was still short. I will be talking with a manager Tuesday 6/13/22 this is unacceptable. Get your store in order or shut your doors

I am a truck driver. They would not let me in the lobby which is OK. I placed my order at the drive up window. stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my food while at least 13 people pulled through the drive thru and place their order and got their food before me. It's just McDonald's people not rocket science. It's cool. I didn't mind standing outside for a 1/2 hour in 25ﾟ weather I didn't have anything else better to do. Not impressed. Not to mention when they did give me an order it was not even my order. So if you go to this McDonald's and have to walk up to the window plan to be forgot about.

Management needs to do their jobs and actually control their crew too many personal just slacking off. Lobby was supposedly open but doors were locked. So i went thru the drivethru After paying it took 15 minutes to get a milkshake and a ice cream cone.

Didn't receive all our order and when told them they forgot our fries ( large and medium) was told she only wrung you up for a medium but you didn't even put those in the bag!!!! And he didn't seem to care as he is chewing gum while taking to us, you don't chew gum when dealing with the public!!! Worst experience and won't go back learn public relations

It was painful to sit at this location. The loud rap music along with the workers pounding at the walls and all of them laughing like school girls made it difficult to think of anything else.Please introduce the Bible to them or at least introduce a policy not to act like orangutans.Thank you,

I moved my review up to 3 stars because there seems to have been a overhaul at this McDonald's and it seems to have worked. It's still too early to get super excited but I will say there has been obvious improvements. For one, their lunch food has vastly improved. It's now hot, fresh, and for the most part it's been correct. Still though.... They just can't seem to get their speed up. So if you've only got 30 minutes for lunch, good luck!
