They have UPS drop off so you can take parcels for UPS to pickup. They also work on Stihl products. We had 2 string trimmers for them to fi . The one was a simple fix ,the other one required more parts so they wanted our permission before spending that much money.

My friend need a sprocket for his chain saw. They were out of stock however, they removed a sprocket from another chainsaw and simply reorder a new one. That is some old school way of doing business, specially since most folks who go there need their parts yesterday lol. Great experience highly recommend them 100% satisfied. Turns out we had the wrong model number, so the sprocket would not fit. They made exchange no problem because they actually did have it in stock.

They are a UPS store that does not have the equipment it takes to do the job and act like it's not their problem. Beware making returns through UPS there. They are inexplicably limited.
