Great store! The staff is right there when you enter to ask if you need help but not overbearing if you don't. Prices are fair and they have products other stores do not carry.

I am very impressed with the service here. I am ALWAYS greeted by friendly staff and they seem to really want to help you. The store is well stocked, which has led to this store becoming a first choice option instead of a second or last choice. I prefer to spend my money in town and I am happy to shop here. There is plenty of parking and staff will load heavy items in your car.

Friendly staff this time, for the most part. I stopped in today to have some keys cut and the lady cutting the keys didn't seem too happy. She acted like she didn't appreciate her job. All of the other girls were very nice and helpful though.The prices seem to be a little higher than other stores, but it is convenient having them in town...again. They have a pretty small selection of stuff, but they have all of the basic needs; plumbing, nuts & bolts, paint, power tools, hand tools, lumber, etc, etc, etc.

It may not be the biggest hardware store compared to the big box places but thank goodness it's here. They usually have everything you need to get your job done and also some stuff you just want and not necessarily need. Much needed in this area!

The staff was helpful with my questions. The store is organized and clean. There are alot of new items that the former store did not stock. It is a great timesaver having a good hardware closer to home. The outside of the store property has been cleaned up greatly improving the curb appeal. Having a quality hardware in town will save a trip to Findlay for home repair items.

A welcome addition here in Fostoria. They have the shelves well stocked. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and it makes sense. Products are grouped together very well. I am sure I will be visiting here often for both work and personal needs. Glad you have joined the community.

Called in yesterday for a snowblower that they had available online. I was told they would hold for 24 hours and that my name and number were on it. I gave the guy my phone number and told him I would be in today. Well drove 40 minutes over here, and I guess one of the lady’s decided to sell the snowblower yesterday, even though she know it was held for me. No phone call or anything. Showed up this morning and she said, “oh yeah I sold that yesterday, sorry” and made up multiple different story’s as trying to make it my fault. Wasted my time driving out here.

The best thing about Ace Hardware in Fostoria is the staff. You always get a "Hello" and "Have a Nice Day". They are very friendly and often have someone working who is able to provide expert advice for projects. Overall, their customer service is so much better than Lowes as if you ask for help at Ace, you get it. I have a bad spine and rarely can ever get someone at Lowes to help load. Not the case at Ace!Prices are pretty reasonable and many items cost the same as what you would find over at Lowes. With current gas prices it makes most sense to spend the extra dollar on items that can be found cheaper elsewhere.Regarding available equipment rentals. I am not sure if this location offers it but it would be very convenient to be able to rent a scissor lift or dry wall hoist.Keep on doing what you're doing!

Nice to have a real hardware store in town again, price weren't bad although I went during the grand opening sale, hopefully they don't skyrocket like the last Ace that was there. Staff was helpful & friendly.

We all have bad days. You don't expect to go into a store and be talk to like a kindergartner. When you say can we look at something and they say again the same thing as before. This sales lady needs to check her people's skills.

I barely ever need to go here, but when I did the other day they helped me find a solution that didn't actually require me to buy anything there! That's very noble customer service, so next time I need something I'll come back here.

Ace hardware is where u go when I need a part but don't feel like driving far. They are overpriced but if you only need 1 or 2 plumbing fittings you can save by not driving to a better supply store.
