Staff was rude, had a case of Pepsi leaking. Cashier had a fit that the case was leaking on the floor. Made the comment of why would you stand there with it leaking on my floor while cashing another guest out. I doubt I will return.

This review is for West Main Crust which is located in the deli area of the grocery. They use the old Rocking U restaurant pizza recipes. The pancho villa pizza is our favorite! A heavily loaded pizza that is like no other. Delicious! Hours are set but staffing seems to be an issue as well as keeping supplies in stock. In the rare case that all the stars align and someone answers the phone to take your order and they have ingredients, it is WELL worth it!

I love shopping here. The people are SO NICE and I love the pre- cooked meals they make on site. I got the half ( bar b que ck'n lunch plate) special today with a side - only $5.99. - it was delish. The store was so clean and inviting. Worth the couple Xtra bucks to shop here. Seniors - go see for yourself. The expanded food bar is awesome. Don't cook in this heat🔥

Employees r so awesome. Help u find items. Greet us at door. Can't pick one person over the other. I love the smaller, home town , stores. Their location is just right for this town. I can't get through big stores. Great Scot covers all our needs. Keep it up. Love that store

This IS A GREAT STORE FOR senior's who wanna grab a QUICK READY MADE meal for $5-$7 in the deli. The Asian dishes and the ITALIAN dishes are really good and they are made FRESH. i like them! THE STAFF ARE SO NICE ☺️

Stopped by for the salad bar. It's not huge, but it's quite decent. They have a very nice beer selection. Overall they have a good selection of groceries. It was nice and quick which served my purpose well.

One of my favorite grocery stores. I love the high quality of food they bring into their stores, and the variety is so nice.The meat tastes so much better than other grocery stores, and they have great manager specials to pay attention to!

I live around the corner and frequent this store. While I was in line this evening, I was apparently taking too long, as the other cashier, an old man who's name I didn't catch, was running his mouth and being incredibly rude about how long I was taking with my transaction. I was baffled. The girl waiting on me, Chelsea, was polite and apologetic, but it doesn't excuse the fact that I was treated like I didn't matter by the older gentleman. I'm not sure I'll be back. Walmart is cheaper anyway to be honest so why would I spend my money at a store that costs more to be treated as such? If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not all but you can tell some staff members really struggle with greating you. The frozen chicken they had on sale (I believe it was $0.39 a pound) looked like something you forgot was in your freezer, scarcely wrapped the year before. Clean store but prices are also high. I get a better experience each and every time I visit Krogers.

Great place; local products sold there and staff very friendly. Once when they didn't have something I wanted the manager offered to order it. I will say they have less cheap knock of brands that you will find in larger stores.

I love our home town grocery store and try to support them every chance I get but unfortunately their produce leaves a lot to be desired😞I needed speciality cheeses and they were all months out of date..so the gal in the coffee shop pulled them all. I went to get cucumbers and they were all moldy!! Needless to say I use to go there for their wonderful produce and meat..they are just not the same anymore!!

I went there because I was told the salad bar was wonderful... well it wasn't. The lettuce was turning brown and the pasta salads were old looking... not at all what I was hoping for. Plus larger the containers for the salad bar were completely gone... so we had to get the small ones... it was just a waste of time.

Great Scot on Main Cross (#40) has been our primary store for groceries for over 37 years. The convenience fact that it is three blocks from our home is only a part. While much smaller than any other options keeps produce and meats freshest possible. Being called by name by deli, butchers, cashiers, and the family banter is special. Though the Needle family early tag line of easy in-easy out, they remain true to their niche and purpose. Thank you for serving those of in the downtown area!

This is easy for me to run in and get a few items but I'm not comfortable doing all of my shopping there on west main cross. They just aren't big enough with more choices for all of my needs

I do believe this is the Great Scott downtown I think they're a little price because they're the only place in the area and but the staff seems funny enough they can have two towels instead of one and they're not always stocked up on everything but for the location and convenience it's all right

Common items are very expensive. Produce is not always fresh. Meats has always been very high quality. Great staff. Wish I could give a half star.

The cashiers are really nice...somethings are a little more exspensive but the meat is a really good quality and the store is always clean. Feels more personal and local than shopping at Wal-Mart which I hate

Carlos was amazing when I came in tonight. He prayed for me and my daughter right there at the register. You don't see many people anymore that are as kind hearted as he is. I walked into here feeling a lot of emotions and I walked out feeling so much better. Thank you Carlos!!!

I laughed out loud when I said "Great Scot!",when my sweetheart Joshua and I resided at the City Mission in Findley a few months ago. Praise God and Lord Jesus for Christian homeless shelters that are there to help those when they need it most 💜✝️🕊️.

Fast place to get a few groceries when you need them. High quality, but limited selection (they have everything you need, but only a few brands of each item.) Very nice check out staff.
