Went in for a dog wash, I have a 80 pound long hair German Shepherd, it's a mess to do it at home. I got an extra towel to dry him and some treats, he peed on the store flood and the association was not worried about it at all, made me feel less embarrassed. He went back and got my dog some treats too during the bath, super happy with the treatment.

Fantastic service. It would have been easy to spend a lot of money in here. :) They have some sweet deals - 5% off cases of food, 13th bag of food free, etc. They do have a loyalty program and discounts for military and seniors. And they have dog washing stations that looked like tiny spas. They even supply the soap and towels. (though the couple we saw washing their dog looked like a change of clothes would have been ideal!) Our kitten approves of his new seat and toys!

I love this place. A great place for dog/cat owners. But a bit limited on other pet supplies. But it is always an awesome visit when going to Pet Valu. Great staff. Always super helpful. They will actually take you to the item you want and even show you comparable items instead of just a " Its over there " response. The dog bathing station is great and a real back saver. And the store is always clean and organized. Its just a great little place to run in and grab something special for my furry family members.

They're always super friendly here. I find the prices at Petvalu to be a bit higher than other pet chains but they are also smaller. This location is never jam packed or crowded either, which is nice. I like to stop in and look at the clearance pet food. I have 5 dogs and 6 cats so cheap but high quality pet food is essential.

I go to bathe my stinky dogs. At $10/dog. They provide shampoo, towels and a dryer, plus a treat for when they are done. So worth the price!The staff are super friendly and awesome!I just dont buy most of the products they have as I think it is overpriced.But go for the dog bath!

I really wanted to love this pet store, but unfortunately there is nothing to love here. The products are great, but the staff is terrible. I’ve only encountered 1 individual who works here and he deserves 5 gold stars compared to everyone else. When you walk in they greet you, but can’t be bothered to help you in anyway. They just sit at the desk on their laptops... if you ask for a dog wash it’s “always dirty” but no one will take the time to clean it. And I can’t ever use it because it’s dirty so I don’t know who is using it to dirty it up. Definitely this location could benefit from some better management and customer service training.

Have a very good selection of food, as well as the dog wash, which is amazing. They also do cat adoptions here. I love checking out the kitty's that have up for adoption, but they dont stay long, which is good. I would definitely recommend this store.

Stopped by today with my potential pup and the staff was so helpful! They answered all of my questions and gave me some helpful tips on how to switch her to more natural food. I reallyappreciated their suggestions and they were great with Mocha. Thank you Nicole and Kelly, we will be back to see you guys again soon!

I really like this store. They have extremely friendly and helpful staff. The selection of products is good but not the best. Most items that I have purchased have been a little expensive but not outrageous. If you need something timely for your pet, this is a good place to go.

I have used this place since it open for my two dogs! I arrived at open sunday at 10am the person working just unlocked the door i walked in and she told me the dog wash. was not open yet further more she said i would not be welcome because my dog was not on a lead and i said really i have been coming here for some time washing both my dogs never a problem until today! I was treated very poorly and will never go back, so not only did you loose a customer fot life both my dogs have always been no problem at this store .i would never treat a customer like i was treated today if i could have 0 stars rating it would be stay away

Love their point system. I saved $20 on a $35 harness. They have a great dog wash area.. super easy to use and they provide the shampoo!

Well other then today I’ve never had a promblemThe few times me and my daughter have been there getting items for her baby rabbit. WellToday soon as me and my two children walks in the door she quickly from behind the counter and asked me what I was looking for I told her yeah rabbit litter and I kepted walking well she walks right behind us so I’m looking at the prices of the rabbit litter and she just sitting there looking at us like not even saying anything just watching us. So I go up to the counter to check out sean rung me up and I’ve noticed everyone else that walks in she said hello but didn’t follow them around. It’s was like WOW and that really botherd me I wish I would have looked at her name tag in got her name.But it’s was tonight at 8:24 on 8/13/20.

I've been standing at the counter for 15 minutes, trying to buy a bag of cat food, while the one employee is standing 20ft away (has seen me) talking to someone about their pet. On the plus side, their animals seem happy.

The staff (a woman running the register with blonde, short hair) was rude. I asked why they had a tank set up at the front that was covered in algae (including the filter intake, meaning it hasn’t been running for a while) with a Betta fish in it. If you’re going to have a set up for an animal, have the correct one. There were no plants, no hides, and no heater. I asked if she could do a water change and she replied “I don’t do that, my manager does,” but made no effort to call her manager or ask what she could do it help. This isn’t the first PetValu I’ve been to where the workers don’t care about the animals they sell. I’m disappointed and a little irked because of the attitude she gave me.

Read all the reviews and was excited to see what this store offered. Drove all the way there and the store is closed during business hours. No signage stating the store was temporarily closed, out to lunch, or any of the sort. Highly disappointed. Found another pet supply store closer to my residence.

One of the no pet locations! So if your looking for pet food or supplies its fine. I personally dont understand the concept some have pets and some dont! And you have to call each one if you never been to it to see if they have pets or not.

Way overpriced. Sad really that this is what replaced Jack's aquarium. Half the staff, employees lacked knowledge, and yet their pricing was well above competitor prices.
