I went to the store a few minutes before 8:30 to purchase some bleach spray. I paused to look at some gloves in the front of the store and then kept going to get the bleach spray that I went to the store to buy. As soon as I got a quarter of the way down the isle just out of sight, one of the employees yelled in the most unpleasant tone the store closes in 15 minutes. I looked at my watch and it was 8:30. I thought it was rude the way the employee yelled at me so I decided to buy my bleach spray next door at Save-A-Lot because I don't want to spend money at a store that yells at me and wants to run me out. When I got near the front there were two female employees. I asked what kind of store closes at 8:45. They just kind of shrugged. I went out side and the sign says open until 9:00. I opened the door and asked them why they were yelling at me at 8:30 that the store closes at 8:45 but the store doesn't close until 9:00? The blond employee said she's allowed to close early.

Bought a changer their that doesn’t even work for $16 only will charge my phone to 2% and I go back to return it and they said can’t refund electronics👍 so thanks I’ll be going to five below next time at least theirs work

I always love going in this store. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The store is clean every time I go in it. They keep it well put and very organized. They have a large variety of of items to choose from unlike other stores I have been to. I love this store so much that I moved to Kettering and still drive to Fairborn to shop at it. Thank you for having a great store for us to have.

Store was clean, well stocked and even more important...well staffed! It's nice to see the effort they've put in to make the store better and give to give guests a better overall experience. Very happy and will definitely be back to shop again!

Manager is rude!! Says she can’t return my item when I have the receipt. They didn’t have another phone charger for me to switch it with. Now I’m out 20 dollars. Also when I bought it the “morning manger” told me I could return it if I needed too.

Consumers beware this family dollar store is selling out dated products. I was disappointed when I called to let them know and the response was more nonchalant then concerned about resolving the issue with an unhappy customer. So look at the dates before you purchase.

I didn't complete an order with this location because the staff was insufferable. Your cashier at the store located 25 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324 was incredibly rude and his customer service was deplorable. Anyone with this lack of customer service experience and rudeness should never be put at a register and should never be forced to interact with other human beings. He has no idea how to talk to people and he has insured that you have lost a customer at your stores. I will never take my business to a store with ridiculously rude employees. I doubt you will do anything about this, but just know that he is losing you precious profits, no matter how small. Nobody waste their time going here and being treated like scum by the employees.

I have been shopping at this store for years. The clerk that rung me out forgot to take the metal servility sensor off my set of curtains. I didn’t notice for a few months until I set them up. I politely asked her if there was anything she could do to help and she was as flat out rude. She insisted that I took a “ 5 finger discount” I have shopped there for years and never had to deal with anyone as rude as she was. I put everything in my cart back on the shelves and waked out. I will not be back.

Apparently this place does not close at 9 on Sunday. They actually close at 8:45. I got there at 8:46 while trying to pick up medicine for my 1 year old who was very sick and we ran out right before bed time. The doors were locked while all the lights were still on. I knocked on the door a few times and no one showed up. Very dissatisfied.

Everytime i buy pop in this store it is expired! Management needs to keep a better eye on their product dates. Buying something thats 4 minths outdated is rediculous!

Very rude customer service. Maybe the workers are just not very intelligent or they just don't care about their job. The store is a mess and they act like checking you out at the register is an inconvenience.
