Don't be in a hurry if u have somewhere to be because this dairy Queen is always busy with cars wrapped around the building into the rd. I ordered a brownie batter blizzard & a banana split both came with no lids and melted & running over the sides straight out the window no napkins. Definitely couldn't flip the blizzard upside down like their commercial shows without it running & falling out lol..the banana split was small hardly no toppings at all plus the bananas wasn't ripe enough making them hard. Overall very enjoyable experience taste & flavor wise

I had chicken tenders, cauliflower and small snickers Blizzard. John had the foot-long Coney dog and cauliflower and his newfound daughter thanks to ancestry.com had a s’mores shake and french fry.

Went there and asked for 2 banana splits with chocolate ice cream. We told the girl taking the order 4 times chocolate ice cream! Girl made them with vanilla ice cream. Then we stopped her before she got all of the toppings on and told her again with chocolate ice cream. Then all of a sudden the girl says, "Oh we're out of chocolate ice cream"! What a coincidence! Out of chocolate ice cream, with all of the ball team coming! Whatever!

Workers were rude and obnoxious, my friends and I showed up close to closing time, we were immediately pointed at and sworn at by the employees. My best friend has a peanut allergy and the worker was rude and made a huge deal out of making his order. I was hugely disappointed with my experience.

I ordered about $30 worth of food. Half of my food was wrong. The other half was burnt. The girls that work there are rude. Gave attitude at the speaker then wouldn’t give a receipt. I specifically ordered a foot long coney with cheese and mustard and mushrooms. I received a footling hotdog with cheese, no coney sauce or mustard and they gave me onion rings. Girls also give dirty looks through the window while they ignore you.

Was @ this place last evening. Service was extremely slow-waited 15 minutes in line before order was taken. Then got wrong item-I had ordered a large French Fry only to get what looked like friend mushrooms. Older lady working got really mad @ me & was refusing to give me what I had ordered(large fry) & then yelled @ me what I was holding was actually fried cauliflower. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for my large fries. Every time I stop @ this place-I always have problems. Thing its time to go elsewhere

Ordered a dbl chs burger, shake, Oreo cupfection, mushrooms and a large fry. Girl forgot the hotdog so I had to reorder it once we got our ice cream. Burger was barely warm and the mushrooms were half frozen. Never did get our fries after 40+ minutes. Finally have up and left.One person cooks and sandbags a bunch of orders. Another works the front and does their ice cream. The third does ice cream for the back and sandbags it. This way nothing is fresh and everyone sits for 10-15 minutes then a bunch go all day once, this also means orders are getting mixed together and shorted or extra.

They have a drive through or you can walk up to the window in front of the DQ and order. They have picnic tables outside under a roof but no inside tables. The food is mostly if not all deep fried. The ice cream is great! Everything always tastes good and the service has always been good.

Everything a good Dairy Queen has always been. Owned, run, and most times staffed by members of one extended family. I grew up with a Dairy Queen out at the edge of town and this one carries on the traditions of Dairy Queen every day in every way. Good for the quick pitstop for a Blizzard or cone, or do the whole meal deal. We're not talking Cordon Bleau, but we ARE talking Dairy Queen.

The speaker for the drive thru doesnt seem to work properly so its hard to hear the order taker.I was met with such rudeness I've never experienced at DQ before. Fix your speaker and stop copping an attitude with customers who werent rude to you in the first place! Will not be returning.

The ice cream sundaes are good except they don't have cherries, their hamburgers are good with whole lettuce and whole tomatoes, the fried mushrooms weren't so great taste like they needed to change the grease a little bit bitter but way better than McDonald's burgers.

They definitely have the best cheeseburger and fries I've ever had from any DQ the BBQ beefs pretty good at this location also friendly service and pretty quick they cook to order which is a major play in the ball game it makes the food more enjoyable knowing it hasn't set in a warmer for three hours

Was very disappointed with my Carmel moolatte as it had no coffee taste whatsoever like it used to have or should have. My daughter got a new chocolate cake milkshake and it looked nothing like the picture!!! For one there was no cake on top or in it plus it wasn't even chocolate looking at all!! I was not happy with the dairy queen in Duncan Falls Ohio at all!!

Dairy queen has three lunch deals all for 5 dollars each... You can choose either 2 chicken wraps, 3 chicken fingers, or a cheeseburger with french fries, soda, and a sundae.. For 5 dollars per meal... CHEAP! Feed a family of 4 for a little over 20 dollars after taxes.

Went to this DQ expecting what I usually get from a DQ great service, friendly people and great food. First the don't have the full menu like others do and as far as the service I was not impressed and my frosty was not mixed very well.I think the stafff was more concerned to get out the door.

After placing the order we waited at the drive thru window for over 20 minutes.i could see the workers through the window on they're phones and talked to each other they wouldn't even acknowledge me after sitting at the window for over 20 minutes I just pulled off
