My partner and I had some Kohl’s cash to use and decided to stop in and look at the shoes. My partner found a pair of Nike shoes that he liked and the display model had them listed on sale for $52, so we decided to get them. I mean there was a $52 price tag literally pinned to the display - identical style and color as the box in our hands. We take the box up to the cash register and the cashier rings it up - it comes to $90. I mention that this was supposed to be on sale and I offer to go get the display shoe and bring it back to show her. I come back with the display shoe listed at $52, and she then tells me she needs to call her manager over. A couple mins later this manager comes to the register and proceeds to tell me that it’s a $90 shoe and it was just labeled wrong. I asked “So you guys messed up, and you won’t do anything about it?” They tell me a customer could have done it and there’s nothing they could do for me. I explain that the shoe was literally displayed like that, how would I have known any better? The price tag was literally pinned to the display! They reiterated that they would not discounting the shoe to match the price on the display. Needless to say we walked right out and we certainly won’t be considering shopping at this location in the foreseeable future. This is pretty poor customer service.

This place used to be great 3-4 years back. It went downhill and now back to being good. They have good collections now. Especially for kids shoes and bags. Men suits and coats are also good. You can consider shopping here especially if you have Kohls card or online account as you will be getting Kohl's cash or coupons often in your email.

I was visiting Kohls on Sawmill Rd today at approx 130pm. I selected a few items to purchase. Unfortunately the line to get checked out was extremely backed up. I chose to keep on shopping. When returning to check out the line had grew beyond belief. Im not kidding if I said there were close to 40 customers in line. I feel sorry for the 4 cashiers who had to handle this mess. I left without making a purchase. I gave 2 stars because the store was clean and the heroics of the cashier. I don't think I'll be returning.

I had a very positive experience at Kohl's today. The merchandise gets better and better and the associates are very kind and friendly.I am particularly impressed with Andrew and Lisa.If you haven't visited Kohl's lately, I recommend that you do so. I believe you will be happy that you did.

The ordering and pick up process for a gift was efficient and easy. However, the disappointment came when we arrived home and took the box from the Kohl's bag to see that the box was open and damaged. The contents appear ok, but as this is for a gift, disappointing.

Pay close attention because the cashier would fish you to open a "discount" gift card which essentially a credit card, without a full understanding! Also they left the Anti-theft buckle on! What an embarassment!

Our cashier was kind and helpful. We found some things we liked. The line looked long, but it went fast. I don't like the way they do their sales racks. There's no order at all.

Just got back home from buying some clothes. Place is decently kept, not a lot of variety on items but it’s ok. My 1 star is for the customer service. Cashiers have been really rude to me the last 2 times I have been there. Today was the worst! I asked cashier to clarify the price for some jeans I bought and she was straight rude to me. Poor, poor customer service.

Low prices for low-quality clothing. Presidents Day and other holiday sales are best. We got 60% off for the sale, another percentage off for using the kohl's credit card, we used the kohl's cash from last time, and they handed us a scratch-off lottery style ticket which gave us another 13% off or something. It has become irritatingly complicated, but if you are willing to go through the hassle it's a good deal.

I don't "shop, shop" here often, but I do use it for Amazon returns and the occasional purchase. The store was very messy cloths all over the floor, and they had just opened, so there were really no excuses, and I had issues finding what I was looking for. The employees can be helpful but long waits for checkout often, lots or parking. If this helped you at all, please like and follow me

Talked to Olentangy location about broken dish I bought, I would rate customer service barely average. They referred me to Sawmill location because they had it in stock, the customer service we received from Diane today was excellent!

Never have I ever seen such an unorganized store. I couldn’t find anything in the racks with all the sizes combined together! I hope you have all day to sift through piles of glad rags spewed all over the place! And don’t get me started on the organization or lack of in the fitting rooms. Poor excuse for a store.

I went in the store to get the Tex-Gear split hem sweatshirt …. Which I found right away and also purchased a hooded sweatshirt. Both are a great weight for the colder weather….and nice a cozy, too. The price was great and I was out of there in no time.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I live an hour from the store and did a pickup order. Get all the way home and 3 of my 4 items have security tags on them. Called corporate and the store and they both told me “there is nothing we can do since it’s a pickup order” is the customer service and the system that bad ?!?! Highly DO NOT recommend this store or at least do not recommend doing a pickup order. They tell me I have to drive back to return them, that’s a 2 hour drive for your mistake ?

I don't shop there often! But khols is a pretty good place to shop for clothes! This location is great price-wise and clean! And the workers are very helpful! I shop here for holidays only because they have a great deal on holiday. Especially on Christmas and New Year! It gets a little crowded on holiday. And this place is very easy to access from both sides of sawmill road and this place is connected with Sephora!Big and safe parking lot!

While in Kohl's Sawmill Rd yesterday around noon, I needed assistance and was directed to a cashier for help. The cashier was very rude and when I made her aware of how rude she was being she tried to explain why she was being rude, which was not acceptable, nor warranted.Then there were other customers waiting in line as two other cashier held a loud conversation in another language for a few minutes before assisting anyone, that customer looked very irritated.COME ON KOHL'S DO BETTER!!!!

We live in the apartment complex behind Kohl's. Every night around 10pm without fail the alarm goes off. Not a big deal most nights it's just a for a second. Tonight it's going on for 5 minutes.

I ordered items online for in-store pickup. I got an email saying to pick up my items at customer service. I got to Kohls and the woman working customer service rudely and loudly told me that I needed to pick up my items at the back of the store via self pickup (next to Amazon returns) and that they moved all pickup items to the back about a month ago. I’m familiar with this process (I’m a Kohls cc holder & frequent Kohls shopper), HOWEVER, I never received a self pickup email with a pickup pass (you can’t do self pickup without a pass). The email I did receive stated that I needed to pick up my items from customer service. I tried to explain this to the woman at customer service, however, she dismissed me and repeated herself while pointing to the back of the store.I walked over to the back of the store to see if anyone could help, however, there weren’t any workers near self pickup (besides the man at Amazon returns - there was a line of people waiting for him).I walked out of the store and called Kohls customer service to cancel my pickup order. I’ll never step foot into the Kohls Dublin location ever again.

It’s disappointing since I am a frequent shopper of Kohl’s. They continue to make shopping less convenient and safe for people who are vulnerable with certain illnesses. They no longer offer curbside pick up and now they moved the self pick up to make you walk all the way through the store to the back to make you pick it up. Very poor customer service. This is not necessary and I’ll reconsider purchases I get it Kohls and purchase elsewhere.

Consistently a mixed feeling coming here. Sometimes they have stock that matches the app, often times its inaccurate.I wasted my afternoon driving here because what was put on hold for me wasn’t the right size. Trying to find something here is difficult because the store is often a mess regardless though. Often I’m ignored when I pass associates.Some people try here, most are just tired and overworked. This is really the only location I’ve ever had issues with so maybe its a management problem.
