Overall good experience. First time coming to a big sandy looking at sectionals and mattresses, and Barbra made what seemed a fairly overwhelming selection way easier to navigate. There are varying qualities of furniture with a varying price range but all within moderate pricing. Although we did not purchase anything this day we would return to consider more of our options here once we narrow it down.

Melissa spoke to me on the phone, and confirmed that the washing machine I was interested in purchasing was available at the Dublin store. I arrived shortly thereafter and met Melissa. She quickly wrote up the order for my machine, let me know about a spin to win promotion, and completed the sale. When I arrived at the loading area, my machine was waiting, and I was helped with loading it in my truck. There were no high pressure attempts to sell me an extended warranty (though it was offered.) All in all, it was a very pleasant purchase.

BUYER BEWARE!I think their prices are really good. The sales persons have been knowledgeable. The HUGE problem is the warranty department. If one of your items ever needs repaired…GOOD LUCK. They are extremely slow at repairs, I am not talking weeks, I am talking months.The people they send out to repair their items NEVER have the right equipment to replace or repair the item. You spend thousand of dollars on their items, then pay a couple hundred to warranty it and they completely screw your over. They already got your money, so they don’t care.If I didn’t have a Big Sandy credit card and pay no interest on it..I would never shop there again until they FIX the repair part of their business.

This was our first time shopping at Big Sandy Superstore. We were assisted by Travis in purchasing a king size mattress. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, patient with our time needed to compare and discuss our choices and what we really appreciated, he listened and assisted in a personal way rather than pushing different products to make a sale. Very professional and still super likable and easy to work with; quick stop in to check out products, new mattress will be delivered this week. Great experience. Thank you Travis!

I had a wonderful experience at the Sawmill location. I was assisted by Jean Ransom who helped me pick out new furniture for my newly purchased home. Lack luster customer service. I was disappointed that no salesperson came up to help us. When we finally were able to find one (after doing several laps around the store), they came back to the couch we were interested in then left after a few minutes to handle another customer.I did like that they had extreme value couches that were fairly good quality and not over priced.

I just wanted to look at the product and didn't want to buy it, but I met a saleswoman in the electronics department named Melissa. She recommended the product to me and explained everything very well. Dustin was incredibly helpful in assisting us to find the perfect mattress for my son. He was patient and dedicated, focusing his attention on Ben while still involving us in the process. By asking the right questions, Dustin was able to determine our needs and preferences without being pushy. He managed his time effectively and was an overall delight to work with. We will definitely be returning to his store in the future.

This was my first time shopping at Big Sandy and after shopping I know that it won't be my last. Jesse took his time showing me multiple Flexsteel options and discussed features and benefits of both models I was considering. He gave me space to try them out and decide for myself without being pushy to make a sale. I was able to use a kiosk in the store to apply for their credit card with an immediate decision. I also was able to take advantage of President's day pricing and am very happy with what I chose. Great job, Big Sandy, for making me a customer for life!

The one on one experience was optimal but before that I counted 10 employees that walked by me more then once without asking if I needed help. Also, I am looking at a 5 week delivery which seems unacceptable, I may cancel the order if I find a better service.

Josh was great to work with - didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. He was 5 stars!The reason I didn’t give 5 stars to the entire experience is because they charged $100 for delivery, don’t haul away the furniture I am replacing, and warranty is only for 1 year. All things that were standard service in the past at other stores.

We were met by someone immediately and directed us to the Mattress Dept. We worked with James and he was very informative about all mattresses. He was not pushy and left us to try a few of them, and then came back to see if we had any questions? He understood our budget and we had done a lot of research on the Nectar. After trying ones from the highest end to lowest we decided on the Nectar Premier Copper. Delivery was on time and quick and we can't wait to sleep on our new bed.

I found a picture of a chair all the way in Washington state on Facebook, showed it to Barbara and she said “right this way” it was the exact chair I wanted!!! She was very kind and helpful! I had a great experience with Big Sandy and will definitely be back! The delivery process was also great! The delivery men were in and out within minutes and took it upstairs for me! Staff was friendly and helpful, but hasn’t been a great experience since then. Already have had two warranty appointments on 6 month old appliances. Was sold on how quickly their teams could get warranty work done due to having their our team and parts on hand. First appointment went smoothly and second one has not. They do not update you on anything throughout the process. After a few weeks, I finally call and they say they’ve had the part in and can get me on the schedule now for almost 3 weeks out. Get close to time for the appointment and no updates on what time of the day they will be coming. Call again and informed that they will text us after 6pm the night before. Finally get a 4 hour window right over the only other thing we’ve had scheduled for months and try to contact through text with no replies. Call in to try and pinpoint the time they will show up and apparently we are the last one on the schedule, but they can not push back our appointment time without cancelling and rescheduling for another day. The lady on the phone was rude, unwilling to be flexible and then hung up on me, which is absolutely insane to me.Wanted to update that they sent the technician with the wrong part due to this bogus diagnostics they run without looking at the appliance itself. Technician said the part needed is a common issue with these dishwashers and they keep sending the techs out with the wrong part instead. So more waiting on parts and scheduling to get the issue fixed.

My 1st visit was greeted by Mr.Jacob, he was readily available to assist me with any and every question about various ranges. He spent about a hour with me to include printing pics with lengthy descriptions about various ranges. His expertise and hands on approach, accompanied by his professionalism were both recognizable and amazing. I was so impressed with his customer etiquette that I decided to return the following day and purchase one of the ranges. Upon my entry for my second visit to Big Sandy's I was met by a salesman named Drew, he was on point! I immediately asked for Mr. Jacob! Drew stated that he was not in today. Although I was disappointed that I couldn't do business with Mr Jacob Drew ensured me that he would take good care of me. Drew provided valued input and knowledgeable recommendations. He had a wonderful demeanor and a pleasant, patient attitude and did exactly what he said he would. These two Super Salesman provided exemplemery service that turned my head and made me take notice! Big Sandy's stood behind these two words: "Customer Satisfaction"!

This was my very first visit to Big Sandy. The sales person I interacted with, Wanola, was very pleasant and patient. I appreciated her honesty. When I came in, I was just planing to look around. And ended up purchasing a sofa and loveseat. The process was very easy. I was able to get a Synchrony credit card without a problem. I can't wait to get my new furniture. I will be back.

bought a mattress and was told it would be picked up and taken away. apparently this is NOT true. they subcontract the delivery and they say they never take mattresses, even in the plastic bag I was given and wrestled the mattress into before delivery. I then had to call to get my fee back since I now have a mattress in my garage. and when I called I was repeatedly told they should have taken it - well maybe you and your contractors need to discuss that before delivery.

Greeted pleasantly by Scott. I told him I was going to browse bedroom furniture. He pointed me to the areas for me to shop in and offered to assume. I wanted to browse and he accommodated me without pressure. Once I madey selections, he arranged for my purchase and prompt delivery. I greatly appreciated him allowing me to shop without pressure.

Good products, good prices, however, please run from the vultures at the front of the store at all cost! Barb attempted to sink her claws into us. We ran, hid, ducked, yet she still tracked us down. 4 times in a matter of minutes. She ran us off to Value City. Not the first time the used car sales staff at Big Sandy's have ran us off, it's a shame, products and prices seem good.

Review Title: Appalling Service - Still Waiting for Fridge Repair!Rating: ★☆☆☆☆Review:I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Big Sandy. My refrigerator broke down on April 11th, 2024, and as of today's date, April 29th, it remains unrepaired despite having a protection plan.We have been left without proper refrigeration for nearly three weeks now, which is absolutely unacceptable. In addition to the inconvenience, I have a medically fragile child who requires refrigeration for formula and medication. The fact that I've had to purchase a mini fridge to ensure my child's health and safety is appalling.Despite numerous calls and promises of a quick resolution, there has been no tangible progress.Conclusion:I strongly advise against purchasing any products from Big Sandy due to their poor service and lack of accountability.

Employees were very helpful. I can't remember who exactly helped me lol but I'll check my receipt and update this review with his name because he was very helpful in that I went in looking for a dishwasher and walked out paid and everything in 20min. And 5 of that was trying to transfer money! He was nice and knowledgeable and it was my first time in a Big Sandy and I'll DEFINITELY be back!! Great selection, prices, sales and enployees!!
