Went into this store to make a purchase there were two associates in the store. I went to the cash register and waited for cashier, when he came to the counter he looked at me and said see that bell that’s what it’s there for!!! lol I told him that I don’t ring bells(by the way the key cashier was right there watching me wait also. I told him that his job was to wait on customers and he replied no it’s not he was busy doing other things!!! The cashier was very rude! I asked to speed to the manager and the girl in the Isle lied and said she was the manager and said she was sorry as she was looking over at the cashier and laughing with him. She then told me the manager would be in later lol this place hires rude clowns for employees bad people no training!!!!

Worst location ever! They are always messing something up, claiming they never received the request for prescription multiple times. Today spoke with Dianne on the phone and told me pharmacist will call me back they need to listen to the 1 missed voicemail. Long story short she lied to get me off the phone, pharmacist wasn’t notified and the person who took over for her said she didn’t communicate anytime. Now I have to wait till tomorrow and have my dr call in to a real pharmacy.Drive the extra mile to the stow location where they know what they are doing.

The pharmacy has some of the grumpiest people working here. Rude when transferring a prescription out due to their inability to answer the phone for help. Practically hanging up on us after finally getting through to someone for assistance. The Stow location left us on hold for 1.5hrs and then conveniently the pharmacy was "unavailable" excellent customer service. They want top dollar for meds and medical services while giving minimum customer service help.

There’s this thin blonde woman who forces herself to talk like a baby in the pharmacy she is the most annoying thing possible, she doesn’t try to make the customer understand or be satisfied everytime I go up there rather it be inside, thru the drive thru or on the phone she is THE RUDEST thing imaginable. It’s almost like she makes up her own rules and watches your reaction when she tells you, very ODD individual.

Walgreens drug store is where I go to get all of my prescriptions filled, get any OTC drugs that I may need, first aid products, vitamins, hygiene items, basically this is where I go for everything you would expect a drug store to carry. I normally always use the Walgreens Store in Barberton but this time I was out of my area for the weekend and needed some Dr. Scholl’s shoe inserts, Walgreens always has well stocked shelves with a very large selection and large variety of merchandise, I was really impressed with this Walgreens store, obviously they have good management and the staff that I spoke with were helpful, friendly and professional. So, if your in Cuyahoga Falls and need to find a drug store I highly recommend this Walgreens location over any of the other drug stores in the area, they’ll probably have what your looking for and their prices are definitely competitive and comparable to other local drug stores, and in a lot of cases their cheaper. If your not already a regular customer of Walgreens, this store will definitely make you one.

Can't speak to anything in regards to the Pharmacy but the store itself has always been clean and stocked. Manager is super nice and friendly. Never a long wait for pickup orders or to checkout. Staff is super friendly and always greats you at the door when you walk in unless they are currently with another customer. I shop here weekly and can say if there is ever an issue the staff is very helpful and will work with you.

This place is a joke they give prescriptions to wrong person u fill prescriptions never on time and had surgery dr sent over med and pharmacy closed because short staff so freaking sick of this place transferring all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy never have this trouble at giant eagle now I am to suffer in pain until I can get prescription sent elsewhere or to get this one picked up reporting this to state pharmacy board have seen older people in there not able to get their med either absolutely unacceptable

Wonderful pharmacy staff. Were very patient and helpful as I had a sobbing mental breakdown in their drivthru. Helped calm me down and found a solution to my problem. Thankyou, your actions made sure my daughter got her medicine tonight

Nice people but drive thru pharmacy is the worst. I don't use the pharmacy here but my bf does and I try to avoid going here with him. Third car in line since we got here and we haven't moved in 18 minutes. This is nothing new. Maybe if we were able to come here during the day it may be better than after work? I use Giant eagle drive thru near mall and they have lines but seem to move a lot quicker than this 💀Update: 29 minutes to window and we were third car in line... employee pleasant so maybe Walgreens needs to change their system?

I use to really like coming to Walgreens but lately it’s been a whole lot of inconvenience. There isn’t that many Walgreens around Cuyahoga Falls. Store is open but constantly getting a sign the pharmacy is closed do to staffing. How can you have a Pharmacy and not be open? This has been going on for a year now.

My wife month after month was left without her most important med and they had zero empathy for the situation. We tried several times to transfer out and were told different things each time. Update: Seeing as the reviews of this store have only gotten worse and it has been a few years, I'll reveal what the pharmacist actually said to me. I came in and a female pharmacist was on staff during the night shift. I was browsing antacids because a medication I take bothers my stomach. I asked her (since the store was empty) what the difference in active ingredients are between Pepcid and tums are, keep in mind that is all I said I didn't mention taking medication. She got very angry with me and said I shouldn't have bothered her because that's a question I should be asking a doctor. Them she said I was probably pregnant, in a very nasty and backhanded way, she got close and almost whispered it to me as if there was someone who would overhear. I think she assumed I was 16, I was 25 and had a birth control implant. I carry some weight in my stomach but there is no way you could mistake it as an early stage pregnancy. I was so embarrassed I walked away without saying anything and just picked an antacid. It sounds like she's still terrorizing customers to this day, and I'm sorry for all of you who have had to deal with her. It's honestly still one of the most hurtful things anyone has ever said to me, even more than what other medical professionals have said.Rude pharmacy staff. I don’t understand how hard it is to politely say “I’m not sure, I would ask a doctor about that” when being asked about medications. Of course, that would mean admitting you don’t know something, which is apparently below some of the pharmacy staff here. If you don’t want to deal with those types of questions or deal with the public work in a hospital pharmacy. I have not had a problem outside the pharmacy though.

If I could give a 0, I would. I had an unusual medical situation, called to attempt to explain and get pharmacist advice regarding issue with vaccination card for vaccination that was given at their location. Kept cutting me off, And would not allow me to explain why his solution would not work, and to try and see what alternative means could be attempted. I understand that they cannot sit and listen to someone ramble for 3 or 4 minutes. I was prepared to give a quick like 45 second explanation as to the situation, and was prepared ahead of time to be brief and to the point. However was not even given the opportunity. Apparently had plenty of time to assist other callers for extended time periods while I sat on hold patiently, but then could not discuss my situation when it was my turn. As a health care provider, I understand that these are unusual times that we are all overwhelmed and busy and only doing the best we can. I undersrand we cannot have long chats that prevent important care to be given and work to be done. I understand HIPAA limitations. However, i find the way in which my call was handled to be completely unacceptable and devoid of compassion or consideration.

Great place for Prescriptions. Always clean and organized. Just need longer pharmacy hours like they had before, especially since the one on Howe Ave closed a few years ago.

This review is more for the very kind and helpful Madison more than Walgreens. Madison went above and beyond to help me. Walgreens credit card machine was down and they were only accepting cash. I only had my Debit card. Madison said I cld use the ATM inside, but as I explained, I'm in a wheelchair & since I was not planning on getting out of my car, I left my wheelchair in my garage. I asked if I could give my ATM card and PIN and Madison got the ok from the manager. Madison then used the store ATM for me and I was able to get my meds. I wish more people in the service industry were like Madison. THANK YOU!!!

Always clean and well stocked. Im always greeted. For the most part fast service. Pharmacy always busy but very friendly. I would like to commend Diane for helping my husband get his blood pressure medicine. He travels for work and the people in Florida, specifically Panama City and Miami don't even answer their phone. Diane went above and beyond to make sure he got his medicine!

Hit or miss. The woman at the cosmetic center is absolutely wonderful and always nice and complementary.. The pharmacy on the other hand 8/10 times are rude. How dare you ask a question and interrupt their day. It's not fair to say that the entire pharmacy is bad, but a few employees can sure ruin a reputation.

Called to speak with pharmacist finally hung up after 30 minutes on hold, drive thru is terribly slow. also today went to pick up prescription only to find that the pharmacy was closed at 4 pm "due to staffing issues" that is totally unacceptable.this has happened more than once they need to get their act together I no longer have confidence in them and will be switching to another pharmacy

I wish I could express my frustration properly. Such disorganized pathetic service. The pharmacy is so unprofessional. My Doctors office called in a script for me, I was standing there while they did. All the information was correct and Walgreens acted like they never received it. How bogus, it was medicine for my asthma and they jerked me around. No customer service, no clue what they are doing. They can’t even get an address right. Terrible service. I have to wait a day for the office to call again, I will use another pharmacy. OVER IT. Don’t shop here!!!!

Pharmacist are outstanding at this store. Support staff seems to enjoy their job and typically provide great customer service...even when I'm crabby from not feeling well.I also use Walgreens when traveling in or out of state. Pharmacist have communicated with other Walgreen pharmacy about filling my medications which are critical to my well being.*I am not associating this comment with other staff members in the store, including management.Thank you!Mary B, Stow, Ohio*Have not had a reason to compliment, but I'm sure they are well deserving of good remarks.

Went to their so called wonderful Clinic Sat, 4:30 after work b/c my throat is killing me. As I reach the computer to sign in this loud rude voice yells We're not taking anyone else I have my last client in this room. #1 NEVER saw any sign of hours... #2 maybe a kind sorry ma'am we close at whatever time would have been a little more professional not to mention friendly.

I used to use this location for my prescriptions. I never needed much but I changed insurance my new insurance requires some paperwork from the doctor to fill. When I spoke to an employee on the phone about why my app said my prescription couldn’t be filled, he was rude and acted like I was trying to break the law. When I asked if he could call the doctors office to request whatever was needed he refused and said I needed to call them. I ended up going in to the location on Graham. They called can got it all handled. No reason the state road one couldn’t have.

The 24 hour service is just wonderful! There is always an employee to assist you for whatever needs you may have. The pharmacy staff are super friendly and if they don't have what you need they will find a way! Truly wonderful customer service all the way around! You are even able to use the restroom facilities here!

I used to use this location for all of my photo orders and photo projects. The last several of my projects and other people’s projects and or prints have been wrong or of the lowest quality. The lady who was running the Dept was extremely flustered with a gentleman in front of me saying she didn’t know what she was doing over and over again because the gentleman’s picture was printed incorrectly. She had 3 people in line waiting and had to fix all the orders. One person outright said forget it and walked out without his order. I’m disappointed in whatever happened with this Dept.

Gave me the wrong prescription. When I went to get the correct one, they made me pay for it… even though they gave me the wrong script. They also will not tell you about GoodRx so make sure you do if you do not have insurance. Pharmacist Chris is a pud

Store manager is a total ass. Very rude and inconsiderate. There were two people in line my wife being second after standing in line for five minutes a third customer came in line. When my wife got to register he asked her to step out of line so he could help the next customer. He made her feel totally embarrassed. I called to try and rectify situation and he told me it was his store to run and he basically could do whatever he wanted. When I asked if this was common practice to push people to the side he told me this wasn't high school and hung up on me. I will never shop at this store again. Discrimination is alive and well at Walgreen on state road in Cuyahoga falls in ohio.

The store isn't too bad. The location is convenient. Prices here can be good at times but overall I still get better deals at Wal-Mart.The staff is always very nice at this location. Much better pricing than CVS but Wal-Mart still beats them all.

The pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to. They are constantly making mistakes and it always takes them at least 2 hours to fill a prescription. In 2 years it has only gotten worse. I got tired of all the BS and just transferred all my prescriptions to giant eagle.
