Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I have ever delt with. Every time nothing is filled or out of stock and when they say when my prescriptions will be in its been 2 days since when they said they would have it. They are extremely rude and also either won't answer phone calls or will just hang up on you

I understand that the staff can be overwhelmed, especially during flu season, but there's no excuse for rude behavior, ignoring incoming calls for over 20 minutes straight, being told "probably cuz it's not done" after waiting two days for a prescription to be filled and you finally call about it. Etc, etc. Very tired of this pharmacy and ready to elsewhere. It used to be great but the last few months it really has gotten terrible. Having to drive there to ask about your prescription because no one cares to answer the phone is just terrible customer service!!

I have been using this pharmacy for about 4 years now. I have never cared much for this pharmacy constant issues with things not being refilled when I was told they would be and very rude staff. But they are located close to my house and I figured the inconvenience of dealing with them once a month was better than driving across town. But the last couple months things have gotten way worse. Now when I try to fill prescriptions they are out of stock and when in stock sometimes 3 or 4 days before something is filled. Last night I went to pick up a prescription that I was told would be ready at 1:00pm. When I got there it wasn’t ready and when I asked when it would be ready the girl shrugged her shoulders and said hopefully tomorrow. I said hopefully tomorrow whats that mean and she just ignored me. Looks like im done with this pharmacy and will be driving across town

Had surgery needed medication after to prevent blood clots and help with pain. Called to ask when they would be ready lady said you’ll get a text and hung up. Now im being told i have to wait three days.

The pharmacy constantly is out of the medicine prescribed, they take forever to fill prescriptions and place you on hold and never pick up!

The Pharmacists working 5/30/2023 at around 5:15pm are extremely RACIST and discriminatory! I hope they lose all their jobs, refusing to give their names so having to write a review here. My friend’s boyfriend who is white is NEVER denied life saving syringes for their diabetic dog, the one time she goes to pick them up, she is racially profiled and denied because of “pharmacy discretion” aka they are denying it because a black woman is filling the prescription this time. Of course it affects her diabetic dogs welfare because she can’t receive her insulin as well. THEY ARE RACIST, DONT GO HERE!!!!

Clean store. Pharmacy is nice and helpful. I appreciate them working with me when I get my prescriptions. I've not had any problems here. I've picked up my Amazon orders here when I've ordered some expensive items and don't trust them being left outside my house. Pleasant people who don't bother you. It's a good Rite Aid, I always stop at this one.

Dont get tested here. The lab they use to test results (project baseline) is extremely slow. I have been waiting 6 days and still haven't gotten my results. The store itself is awesome and very clean and the staff is great.

Wow! That's all I can say about Rite Aid on Bailey Rd. Why you ask? One reason - Pharmacy Manager Farley! She is unbelievable! She hooked me up with a covid vaccine and my regular script. All with a smile and a positive attitude. I hope I get more diseases just so Pharmacist Farley can dispense me more drugs to save my life. She is the Bomb.com!

I am usual CVS customer but my insurance company instructed me tonto rite aid. The lady who answered the phone was polite, helpful, and cheerful. The pick up window lady was just the same. Very happy and I will continue my prescription here. :)

A Guard stopped me right inside the door Its minus degree with the wind chill makes me walk over to him. Tells me to pull my hoodie down. Im disabled with CHF and COPD I always put my hoodie down . I worked in retail for over 35 years . I came in to purchase 1 thing . I don't feel well but yet I have walk extra. Plenty of other stores to stop at I'll never shop there again.

Nothing spectacular about this place. Some prices are high, some are competitive. Never usually too busy though if you need to pop in for something really quick or need somewhere local to grab your prescriptions.

I've never had a problem here, cashiers have been helpful and friendly to me and the store isn't,t that big if I needed assistance, I could find help pretty quickly. Store is well signed and stocked, competitive prices overall.

Lack in Costomer service specially who work in drive through. They said my child’s medicine was not covered with insurance and I paid, later called insurance and found out the claim was not completed by them.
