It's ridiculous that ur return counter makes you leave the line to pull up a receipt that they should be able to do. Then you get back in line. Also, when a customer buys an item online, it should be there, not sold out.

This was an amazing story with a wonderful staff. I go to Menards a lot. I don't go to the second floor. Recently with my friend I did. I was amazed at how accessible the light section is even for wheelchairs. We enjoyed a great time and the team had much patience in assisting with different things. Thank you!

Adam in kitchen design is awesome to deal with. He designed our kitchen. He did a fantastic job. Highly recommend him. The others that work in the department are not very helpful or knowledgeable about the use of the computer, or answering questions. The front end cashier manager was NASTY.She needs to go.

One of my favorite places to shop. I was amazed by how organized the back stock yard was when I drove in to pick up my pavers. Great place to just look around. I'm a tool guy and would normally hit Home Depot for that but I think Menards has stepped up the game in Home improvement as far as options go. The people that work there are always friendly too!

Kyle is a real one. He was able to work with me to get my patio set loaded in two runs as opposed to three, and he made sure everything was dry on a rainy day. For the icing on the cake he stopped me from leaving so that he could give me the cushions I forgot.Kyle is the hero we all need. Give that kid a raise!

I have ordered deck building materials online and I had to deal with this store. Look at the picture for the quality of the lumber. 20% of the composite deck materials were damaged during delivery. I had to talk to a few different managers from building materials department. Each one plays a different style of music and tries to do something different. No coordination, no understanding. 4 months after placing the order, the delivery is still not complete. Terrible treatment and no customer satisfaction in response. How else would Menards bring customers back if they did not hook them with 11% rebate? Funny and sneaky

When I entered to gate, I showed the guard my info of the order I was picking up, which was a $10.00 product. As I left, I showed the guard at the gate my receipt —-then the guard asked me to open my trunk so they can “check it” I was embarrassed and felt racially profiled and did not appreciate that treatment. I plan to inform my friends and family to not shop at your store

This is a HUGE store that carries everything you could ever need while working on your house or yard. They have siding, roofing, decking , fencing, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, flooring, cabinets, countertops, sinks, mirrors, appliances, plumbing, lighting, electrical and much more. They also sell a wide variety of food and snacks and pet supplies. You don't need to go anywhere else.

They have a very kind and helpful staff. They seriously have a little bit of everything at this store. They also have better prices and selection than other big box hardware stores in the area, in my experience. I would highly recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Not sure why the employees took umbrage with my teen daughters and their friends hanging out while my wife and I shopped. Their friends had never been to a Menard's before. After she kicked them out for sitting on the couches, my wife and I left as well. Once I got home, I went to Lowe's online and Amazon.I ended up saving over $300 (from rebate price, not in store) on everything I was going to buy/order that visit by purchasing elsewhere. So, to the female employee who wreaked of smoke and her manager. Thanks! My money and I won't be back.

They don’t care if you’re a half hour late or less, which was my case when returning the carpet cleaning rental; they will charge you again for a whole day. Rented at 12:30p the day before and I returned at 1:15p (it was put in system showing me 1 hour late)That’s a real rip off and I won’t be using them again.I could see if I brought back the machine dirty or damaged then it would be justified. But it’s ridiculous to charge for another day with NO grace period at all, instead of just charging a small fee. When I asked the manager, she raised her eyebrows in a bad attitude manner and said no she can’t do anything for me.I also could see if there was a line of people trying to rent it but it was a Sunday afternoon with no customers. Thanks but no thanks, might as well had kept it one more day.

The one star is only for key cutting. The rest of the store is great. Cut your keys elsewhere. The machine they use is faulty and if it charges you and doesn't cut your keys, the staff will do nothing to help. You instead get routed to a call center with limited hours to try and recoup your $. The staff will literally refuse to help with this situation. The one star is because there is no warning you are about to entrust your credit/debit card info to a questionable third party with zero accountability or help from the store.

Purchased a "new" tow behind spreader at full price for a business. After bringing it home and unboxing it we discovered the product had been WELL used (rusted and missing hardware, fertilizer still in hopper, and mud on the wheels.) Immediately called the store and was directed to store manager Jean who refused to admit any fault of the store. If I wanted a relacement delivered it would be an additional $90 delivery charge. If you buy a product from Menards and it's missing parts/well used it's the customers fault apparently.

I was told i had a excellent interview and they where moving people around i called for 3 weeks getting told i have the job just to got told no because hr just got back from vacation. Are you hiring or not? If your bot take your hiring sign down and tell HR to actually call people back i am shocked it took 3 weeks to tell me no everytime i called it seemed like i would be hired in a couple days please report HR for there lazy mindset and leading people on. Even the last call felt 50/50 on if i am hired. How many weeks does it take to get hired?

This is the Everything Store! From housewares to dry grocery goods, to appliances and furniture, toys, garden, all sorts of tools, hardware, and home improvement...a one stop shop for everything! The store is very clean, employees that I interacted with were helpful and friendly. This is one of my new go-to stores for whatever I need!

Everything is priced around making you fill out and send in mail in rebates which is inconvenient and out of date. The products I have purchased from them have not aged well or been supported by the store whatsoever. We bought a Menards store brand chest freezer that completely died one year and a month later just outside of the one year extremely limited warranty that likely wouldn't have covered it anyway, and Menards was no help whatsoever, the lady was rude over the phone and told me they only keep receipts 90 days so we had to waste time digging for the receipt only to find out we were a month too late.I have had my hand sliced open on their mistreated, dirty, and not well cared for shopping cart handle which was an unpleasant and completely miserable experience.Frankly every experience I have had with them over the phone or in person, they have been rude and unwilling to be helpful. This is not a store I feel comfortable shopping at.

Of all the Box Stores Menards is the most scandless. Restocking fees. That are out ragious. It doesn't cost $35 to have your Minimum wage kid put an item back.Home Depot and Lowes don't fonthat.And if you forget your receipt you can print It out at their little Kiosk, but even still they will give you the lowest price they have ever sold it for. I bought $40 Lights took them back the next day,printed out my receipt from the previous day and they tried giving me less than $5. Needless too say i went home and found my original receipt. So tell me, if i print out an original copy why not credit the actual price. Seems unethical to me.I am going to do everything i can to not shop here. The only thing they have on the competitors are some select things you can't get elsewhere.I'm a contractor and I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a years on supplies. Menards will get as little as possible.

Large selection of everything. Household items, tools, home improvement, storage and holiday items. Prices are comparable to other like stores. You could spend a day walking around in there though getting plenty of good ideas!

Only my 2nd time at a Menards. Wow. There is so much to look at, after walking in I got stuck in the automotive section for over and hour. It is a bit overwhelming this store. The way the have the cash registers set up is also strange. But I will def be returning. I don’t think I should ever go back with my other half. Could be dangerous for our wallet.

Sarina has the worst customer service and was rude and offered no help. She told me that the product we had wasn’t matched with the correct tag in front of it. I asked for the product with the tagged price and she actually made me walk back to the product. She sent another person to meet me there only to tell me they no longer sell that product and he removed the tag. LOL.

Absolutely excellent experience at Menards from beginning to end! We were there to buy an air compressor but came across a great buy on a vanity/sink as well! The customer service was TOP NOTCH from beginning to end! My husband is totally Home Depot and said this is is new favorite store! The associate that was helping us actually came and made the cashier void our stuff because the price we saw was cheaper. We will be back!
