I wish I could leave a negative 5. Being a black business owner and having a couple of degrees I was shocked to have been RACIALLY profiled at this store. Drug Mart sent a "Black History" hair care discount ad out and I visited to purchase a few of the items. I was followed, cold stared down and soon found standing face to face with a cop. He gave me "the look" and waited. I WAS ANGRY but I couldn't pass up on a deal. I PAID for my items and followed out by the same cop. I climbed into my Jeep GRAND CHEROKEE and had to post 😞 about this location. SHAMEFUL! I may have to check and see if my rights were not violated.

We are in the process of hiring an attorney and are in discussions with local news channels on a story relating to this incident. My mother, who had an aggressive form of cancer at the time, went to this pharmacy in Cuyahoga Falls a few months ago. They mixed up my mother's prescription with another person's. My mother was supposed to receive antibiotics for an infection, but was given 150 mgs of Zoloft, which is about the maximum amount of dosage a human can receive for Zoloft. My mother had never taken Zoloft before. Upon taking it she had a severe medical reaction and was bed ridden for about 10 days, which also happened to be on her birthday.I struggle to understand how this happened. There should be safeguards in place and there weren't. Not only that, my mother's information was shared with another person without her consent, and the other person's medicine that she received was also shared with us, which represents several violations of HIPAA, in addition to the physical harm incurred by my mother.Their response was a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. They eventually raised it to $100. We declined.If you care about your loved ones, do not go here. I wonder how many times this happened to other people? There obviously are not safeguards in place to validate a person's information. There are at least two known occurrences of this, I'm hoping nobody else comes out of the woodwork. I guess we will see when the story is released on the news. Had they done the right thing and just treated us as humans it wouldn't have gotten to this. My concern is this is endemic of their business and are reducing staff, leaving them overworked and error prone.Update 12/18: The response to my rating was to call a number that was invalid. That extension does not exist. Pretty laughable that we would return to your store and re-rate your company after you almost killed my mother. How obtuse can you be?

The employees here are absolutely rude. Don't bother to ask a question -- you'll get your head bit off. And don't even think about looking at items on top of the glass by register one - that witch will yell at you that her register isn't open because she has too much work to do. This store is dirty, the employees are rude, and I won't even go in there anymore. My mom, I, and my brother transferred our prescriptions out of here because we don't need to get barked at for asking someone to do their job. Close this dirty store, and give us somewhere the employees aren't absolute jerks to customers

I've shopped at this store for 20 years, I love having a Drug Mart in our city and the selection is great. However... some of the cashiers need a course in customer service. Focusing on how to greet customers, talk to customers and not to act like it's killing you to have to ring up the items for the customer. Also move a little bit faster when ringing items up!!! It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get through the check out. :(

Been coming here since the Sparkle years and it's always been usually pleasant. Cashiers were always friendly or polite. I can find most the necessities I need and I like a small store that's easy to get around and in/out. Lately though, cashiers 40+ won't greet you or say thank-you and I even got the heavy sigh when I stepped over to her counter. Customer service needs much improvement from the older women.

Don’t shop in the cosmetics section for more than 3 minutes or the blonde lady at the cosmetics counter will harass you and ask you if you need help multiple times within 5 minutes then blatantly follow you/ watch you which is uncomfortable when you’re simply trying to shop & pick out a lipstick shade. I come in here about once a week for nail supplies & small grocery items. I couldn’t even finish shopping because I was so uncomfortable & this has happened my last 3 trips there as well. I always spend a minimum of $100 when i come in. I will not be returning. This has happened way too many times.

Pretty sure this was my last trip to this store. Carts are not being sanitized... had to do it myself with a spray bottle that could have contained water for all I could tell, and WAS BROKEN! No one is monitoring how many customers enter the store. Heard an overhead announcement to employees that it was time to clean and sanitize their work areas, but didn’t see one single employee doing so. Very rarely is a cashier even remotely friendly and the general cleanliness of the store always leaves a LOT to be desired. I came in to buy something on sale, but in the future I’ll spend the extra money at a store that cares more.

I still shop here and like the store, but I heard the Manager Mike talking and trashing a special needs employee to a cashier at the counter. I was disgusted. I manage group homes for people with special needs. I haven’t seen him in the store for a few months. I hope they fired him. The original Manager, Jeff is back which is nice to see. All in all I like this store. If Mike is gone I’ll give it 4 stars

If you need something .. this store probably has it. It is amazing how many things they pack into this little store! They have a decent beer and wine selection , a freezer with all kinds of foods, and a medical department that will provide just about everything! They have a lot of things for senior citizens that will give them better quality of life. I love the jewelry counter and the makeup section. A couple of the cashiers .... well I think they have worked here forever .. and they still love their job and treat customers like friends..Its a good place :)

Always has everything I need and what I am looking for. This Drugmart is really clean and really nicely organized compared to other stores. The cashiers and workers in other areas are always incredibly friendly, helpful with any questions and outgoing people. Thank you so much.

Gwen in the pharmacy is rude! Interrupts you while you try and talk. If Andy isn't around, things do not run smoothly. Gwen said she left several messages for me but I had no messages. She then said the phone just rang with no answer. I told her she must have called my home phone that was supposed to be removed from my file years ago. Rude response. Rude person. Bad experience after going there for more than a decade. Also, they send me texts when my prescriptions are ready so they have my cell on file. This is now the 3rd time I've had a bad experience with the pharmacy.

I stopped in on my way home from work, got to the register where the Manager in training was making fun of a disabled customer who approached him to tell him the electric cart was not working. Long story short, he was very loudly, while laughing about it, telling the cashiers what happened while limping around acting disabled in front of everyone on the front end of the store. That "man" and his behavior was appalling and disgusting and I hope he doesn't have a very long career with the company and that something is done about this immediately!

Just a no BS place to get a wide variety of random things. Need some spaghetti noodles? Cool, pop down to Drug Mart. Out of beer? Drug mart it is! Furnace filters? Why not! Whatever arbitrary thing is missing from your cabinet is probably here. The cashiers are awesome too. Never been to another drug mart in the chain, and probably never will, but this place is my jam.

Check check and recheck your prescriptions!!! I have received the wrong prescriptions on two separate occasions for my children! Luckily (the first time) I caught the mistake when I got home and now I check before I leave. I won't get into the lack of responsibility taken when this happened. I felt like it was no big deal to them since I caught the mistake.Andy wasn't working at the time so now I will only deal with him. Andy is great and always helps me which is why I gave them another chance.

I planned to change to this pharmacy from my former one of eleven yrs. I brought with me, a hospital print out of my medications as well as a list of my allergies and adverse reactions from medication. I met with Derrick the pharmacist who took the info, I gave him one of my scripts that had to be filled. Well lo and behold, the evening pharmacist cannot find anything about my allergy list or many of the meds I take were incorrectly entered. My PCP sent via computer a new script which they said they never got, my doctor insisted he sent it. The next day I spoke with Andy the managing pharmacist, attempting to tell him whats happened he chews my head off, tells me I have MY facts wrong, and was insulting and totally inappropriate. This is all I needed, better the devil I know than the devil I don't so I went back to my former pharmacy ( and found out the old pharmacist was fired YAY). This pharmacy is for the birds and I would steer clear, the staff needs some interpersonal relations training. The rest of the store I have no idea except it really needs updating and some cleaning up.

I stopped by Drug Mart for the first time over the weekend. I had a prescription I was going to get filled there but Drugmart wasn’t a “perfered pharmacy” for my insurance. Emily helped me find out which pharmacy I should go to by making a couple calls for me. Definitely saved me a lot of trouble.

Tried calling this pharmacy 3 times and person who answered quickly put me in hold for over 7 minutes each time with out even coming back on the line. Tried calling one more time and they just let the phone ring. I just had a question and they couldn’t even assist

I walked in to pick up some misc. items, when I picked up a can of 2 stroke premix gasoline for weed whackers, that began to leak onto my hand and the floor. Obviously because this was gasoline and a safety hazard I immediately attempted to tell the cashier at the front desk, who was extremely rude to me for I interrupting her with a customer. Left withiout purchasing anything and will not be returning

The Pharmacy is the worst hands down. Have given them multiple opportunities to keep my business and they fail everytime. Kennedy is the laziest, no good, put you on hold everytime and never come back to the phone son of a gun. Literally takes hours upon hours to get a prescription filled. They will never have your prescription ready. Ever. You have to go in there and say “what’s going on?” For them to begin filling it. My dr either calls in, or sends my prescriptions via computer and it’s a huge waste of time. This drug mart does the opposite of save you time and the run around. Everything is “just a sec” “couple of minutes” and it’s literally hours upon hours. This is not a 1 time occurrence either. This is everytime. 50/50 times. I’m done. Do not go there for anything other than a quick snack🤬👎🏻

It's ok. Customer service is just so so. Produce quality is inexcusable, lowest produce quality I've ever seen. I'd rather shop here than Walmart for what I can. But everything here feels very discount quality. I guess you pay for what you get though.

Prices are pretty good. Good selection of wine and liquor for a drug store. The cashiers are probably the best I deal with at any store. They are very friendly even though they are young.
