Customer service is horrible, took 34 minutes for 4 cars to pick up scripts. The clerk walks away, picks up a phone to see what you want, then a few minutes later comes over. They can see cars are wrapped around the building, stay there and help us. Who has this kinda time to waste. Not happy.

Jennifer at the pharmacy has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions, always going beyond what is required. When possible, she has even helped me find Rx discounts & savings. The phone can ring for a while occasionally but the person answering is always polite, all I ask for. I have always had a good experience

Yes I agree with the review right below this one. My previous review was also deleted. How much does CVS pay to have these deleted. If you are looking for a pharmacy, run for the hills, they do not answer phone. Do not call back. Do not tell you they are out of stock. Do not tell you another cvs has it. UGH

This pharmacy is super slow. My script was e-scripted at 6:45pm tonight and I called at 7:36pm and was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive to pick my script up at 8:10pm and was told I had to wait 15 to 30 minutes by the young lady at the drive up window. I told her it's unacceptable when I was already told that after 7:30. She did I'll get it now. She returns 3 minutes later with my script. I timed her. I thanked her. But I will not have my scripts sent to that location anymore.

Looks like my previous 1-star review was also deleted (like another review). I’m getting very used to hearing my script will be ready by a certain time and not to arrive and be asked to wait another hour or more. It’s every time. This pharmacy is the most unreliable I have ever used.

The staff is very hostile for no reason. Pharmacy technician Terrie was very nasty & treated me like I was an inconvenience.

Extremely rude service. Called twice only to be hung up on. Sat in line for almost an hour only to have them put up the closed sign when it was my turn. Complained to management and they said they didn't know who was answering the phones.. Ya right... They act like they are the most important people in the world and you are garbage. If you can go somewhere else, do it. Trust the reviews. I only write this to save future people the trouble of going to a place with such bad business practices.
