It's normally good, but they are often bad about money. With the deals my order came out to a little under $60, but after the tax, rounding by $5, and having to transfer money 2 times, because they told me the wrong total b4 hand, I ended up paying $70. When i did have to transfer money twice (because they gave me the wrong total) they were really annoyed that I had to keep going back to transfer. I felt very unwelcome, and stressed about the hidden charges. This was my main dispensary, but after this I might just use the rest of my reward points and start going to a different place

I have been shopping since they opened. Wait times used to be excessive. However I never took more than a half hour unless you were there right at opening. Prices are decent. The specials help. I will say I dont understand why it takes so long to checkin in the vestibule area. Also, I do have to say some of the employees are not the friendliest. They answer questions but I have to agree with others posters they usually seem bothered to provide customer service. Be friendly people.

Made an order for pick up early this morning and tried to pick it up after work but was denied because I had my son with me which begs the question why is there no curbside option. I guess they have rules, but marijuana is legal now just like as beer and liquor and I can walk in a giant eagle and grab a six pack with him. But anyway, I didn’t make a fuss, I just drove all the way back home and waited for my wife to get home so she can stay with him while I pick up. Well of course she’s running late today so I call curaleaf and a woman assured me I would be able to pick up as they don’t close until 7 but they do like the doors prior to closing. Awesome! So my wife gets home and I drive back to curaleaf. I arrive at 6:50 and I am greeted by some guy who tells me that even though he is aware that I spoke to someone on the phone, I am still unable to pick up. He goes on about people being in the building or something I honestly stopped listening because it did not matter what he had to say. Giant waste of my time.

I would most defiantly recommend this place!! I have spoken to Troy about my concerns whether it’s with a certain strain or picking between sativa, hybrid, indica. More than helpful I must say! I’m a soft spoken nervous person when it comes to asking question but he was more than happy to answer everything! Very knowledgeable descriptive about every product he has showed me! He’s defiantly have recommend me good sativa products and I’m so grateful for his hospitality!! This location is very neat and nice!

Never will I shop here again. Prices are always higher. They are working some sort of scam with overcharging and refunding you to still be charged for the debit use. Pretty sure its illegal. Nor will I be yelled at for answering my phone for an emergency. Much better ways to handle it. I was not at the counter I was in the corner by the ATM clearly getting off the phone. Learn some respect. Treat people with respect. Blacklist me idc. There are plenty of dispensary around and they are opening more. I don't need you. You need the consumer.After just getting more annoyed at the audacity of this guy. I call the Manager and get referred to as "that guy" by a different associate. Clearly they are superior beings and their customer service is severely lagging.

If a customer is paying y’all 100-200 bucks in a matter of 5 minutes, they deserve to be treated a little extra. it’s ridiculous. I’m not dropping 5 bucks at walmart here so why am getting that level of customer service at a freakin medical dispensary??take some pride in your work and put out atleast a bare minimum effort to make customers feel comfortable while they shop . I will be calling curaleaf personally for a 2nd time to speak to the owner/manager directly and let them know about this jerk that served me . Full review below!bud tender was very passive aggressive when I asked 2 simple questions while making my picks. I asked if they had the products I saw online in stock at the store just to make sure everything was good. He just said “everything you see on your phone we have in stock” with a attitude like I was stupid for asking. I asked again minutes later at checkout if using a split payment with cash + debit card was allowed at their store, and again he replies with an annoyed look “we’ll take whatever money you got”horrible, horrible customer service at this visit and left a bad taste in my mouth even though I come here every couple weeks since it’s the closest to my house. Now so now I will be shopping elsewhere, I will be happy to inconvenience myself with a longer drive to avoid these problems at Curaleaf.moving on- they sold me a clogged “test lab creations” live rosin disposable that wouldn’t hit right out the bag , 30 bucks down the drain .. i understand it happens sometimes but it’s still not my job to make sure the product works correctly. it’s my job to stand in line and pay you money. that’s it. If my dealer sold me something that doesn’t work he’d make it right himself , just sayin. Called curaleaf about the problem and the guy answering calls just told me since it’s not their house brand they don’t deal with other brands defective products, even though they are taking the responsibility by actively selling them to us on a daily basis.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. You don't feel like your in a bank vault like other places. Love their products and prices are over all lower than other shops. Definitely recommend 🙂

The best, most knowledgeable staff I have yet to encounter in any dispensary. This place also happens to have the best overall pricing in the area and that coupled with their frequent sales and unadvertised specials make this the best place to go for your medication needs.Also don't forget to ask questions pertaining to the products or the reason for your needs no matter what they are. It's really impressive how knowledgeable everyone is of the products available.

Prices are great. Bud tenders are always helpful and knowledgeable. They always have great deals going on. Line moves pretty quickly. I don't want to leave too good of a review because then everyone will be coming to this location making my wait time longer. Self centered, I know. I also like that this location is not full of opiate junkies.

I like this dispensary it's never usually very busy the only problem is that their menu is online unlike Bloom and the botanist, and it makes it harder to compare prices and THC CBD levels without going back and forth between pages which is not only annoying but it's slowing sales down for the next person in line, But they decent prices.

i always have a good experience here and always get good deals! they always make it easy for me with online ordering! the wait can be long sometimes but i always plan ahead in case there is a wait - almost every dispensery has a wait anyway. everyone is always super friendly and helpful when i come in! definitely recommend but make sure you set the time aside for the trip!

This place will has deals and (mostly)reasonable prices, but it isn't worth the wait times. I've been here up to 3 hours one time and on average spend over an hour+ any time you stop byThis place has the worst wait times you'll ever experience. You can get on Disney rides faster(with out the fast pass), you could go to restaurant during dinner rush get sat and eat faster, you could drive to Cleveland back and faster.Spend the few extra bucks and go somewhere else that values your time, unless you have hours to kill.

Would give 5 stars. They seem to always have deals. But my last trip was ridiculously long. Only thing I could tell was instead of checking in 2 patients at a time. They were only allowing 1 patient at a time into waiting room. It took over 1 1/2 hrs from time I showed up until I got back in car. Totally unacceptable. I'll be going elsewhere plz figure this out curaleaf

The only good thing about this place is the prices. I do online orders every time cuz I live 30 mins away, and that's supposed to take priority and that's a lie. I was there watched everybody go into the back, then watched everybody come into the lobby and they called 3 people that came in after me before I got up and said something. It was bad enough I waited 20 minutes, just to see people that just got there get called before me. When you say online orders take priority then maybe you should start taking those people first.

Purchased 3 of the "Find" brand "Lemon Royal" 2.83g and opened them to see the 3rd bag was missing over 1g of flower when I contacted Curaleaf Corporate they said there's nothing they can do. I guess I will have to open every bag in the store. Thanks Curaleaf. The staff at the Cuyahoga Falls store are all amazing.

Sold me a defective disposable pen by The Lab and wouldn't do anything about it. Gave me numbers and emails to try to see if they can do anything. well they don't, you sit on the phone for 3 mins then it says "goodbye" I agree with a lot of the comments here this places is bad but has good deals which is why I keep coming back but believe me if I don't have I wont. Staff is great and operate per their policy and procedure. But please caution 1-2 hours for weekdays and 2-3 on weekends.Ever since Curaleaf bought out Herbology I have noticed a significant decrease in speed. It has tripled and even quadrupled in wait time compared to a year ago.It's not worth it. At least set something up so patients don't have to wait outside in the snow, and can wait in their cars. Seriously, it's a joke to have to stand an hour in the weather (30 degrees) to wait another 1-2 inside.
