LIQUOR ON SUNDAYS! Unlike the other barbarians in this city. Great selection of meats. Definitely better than Arby's these days. And some of the meats are very locally sourced. Amazing selection of beer as well... also, there's a button by the milk that makes the cow "moo"... I love it, I can get in and out in less than ten minutes.

Acme, Bailey Road, Cuyahoga Falls, is exceptionally overpriced... most products can be bought for a third less at every other grocery chain in the area...The liquor store is bad. Acme is a Greek word meaning high / peak / pinnacle... which serves as a warning about the exorbitant costs of shopping at this chain...

This is my neighborhood store and it is always well stocked and easy to navigate. They just rearranged the store and it has improved flow. The associates are very friendly.

Acme's Market is a convenience for our community. Prices are a little higher, but check out their weekly ads for great prices! Employees were sparse, but it's the same at most stores, people still dealing with the aftermath of covid virus. The few employees that I did encounter were welcoming and helpful! Acme has a great produce department and deli, offering a nice selection of delicious deli meats and cheese, even making freshly prepared sandwiches at customers' request! Ladies working at deli were quite friendly and helpful! Store was clean and well stocked. Shout out to Bev, cashier who was very hospitable!#SatisfiedCustomer

Dare to COMPARE ! I WAS a longtime ACME customer and after watching Acme PRICES GOING OUT OF CONTROL , I tried another Local family owned chain store and made a list of identical items and set out to take the Acme CHALLENGE ! I AM AMAZED AT HOW ACME IS OVERCHARGING EVERYTHING I BOUGHT AND SAVED MYSELF 38% OFF MY GROCERY BILL ON MY FIRST TRIP TO MARC'S !!! I just felt comfortable going the Acme because it WAS where I HAD always shopped but I am TIRED of being GOUGED and OVERPAYING . I sometimes run into Acme ONLY to the VERY FRONT OF THE STORE WHERE THE BIG SALE ITEMS ARE , grab those items when they chop them prices down like BUY ONE ,get TWO FREE then CONTINUE on to my NEWEST MONEY SAVING STORES like MARC'S and THE INCREDIBLE MEIJER'S that is filled with FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES that are so helpful unlike Acme where I have had encountered many rude , unhelpful workers . So glad I realized just HOW OVERPRICED Acme really IS and that MEIJER'S has such FAST FRIENDLY employees and AMAZING SELECTION so I do not feel like I only have one place to buy groceries in town ! Take the challenge and you too will be AMAZED and never look back at sky high prices , limited selections , CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER rude workers.

Very overpriced and very very very slow service to get through lines. Expired food on shelves. Cashiers regularly make inappropriate comments about my cart items (I was buying candy for my classroom for a party and the cashier said "I hope you're not going to eat that all yourself. You definitely don't need that. Another commented about how disgusting cilantro is as I was buying cilantro. Just very rude.). Very uncomfortable experience regularly. I go here because of proximity but will be making the drive elsewhere from now on.

I visited them on Thursday and went to the floral department. Melissa helped me on a flower purchase and delivery. The roses I had delivered were for my moms birthday and I told her this. My mom called me and said they are absolutely beautiful!!!! Such a deep red color. Even my father commented on their color. The vase and arraignment were so pretty. I am so happy and appreciative of Melissa and anyone else involved with such an amazingly beautiful bouquet of roses 🌹.

Ordered 2 - 8 piece chicken and JoJos and it was terrible! Granted it was on sale for $10.99 per 8 piece but it tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for the past 5 hours. Chicken was all very dry and JoJos were tough and also dried out. If I every get it again I will make sure they make a fresh batch and wait on it! I ended up throwing the majority of it away

I was having an absolutely horrible day. When I got to Acme Fresh Market, my entire day turned around, thanks to EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE I encountered.They are the true definition of "customer service".Their pleasant demeanor and helpfulness were above and beyond. I couldn't say enough good about all of them.

Deli has just gotten very bad . First I don’t want prepackaged weighed deli meats and cheese . Second , they have gotten extremely rude . The man told me , his can’t he make money if the prices are marked wrong and they have to honor them( he does not own said store ) , then when you ask for a specific cut , they give excuses ie, out of that product , just received and at the bottom of the pallet . I will take my business elsewhere .

I actually don't have an Acme near me and I was out of town but had to stop for some chicken and I must say I am quite shocked at the prices. Like soda some of the soda was like $8.99 for a 12 pack. I don't have a card there like an advantage card so maybe that's part of it but as just somebody coming in off the street...it is way too expensive. Nice store... Nice variety... just expensive. Hey but if you got it to spend it's a good place to go.

How come nothing ever rings up the sale price. Pop was marked 2/4$ and yes I got the right ones and they rang up 2.99 each. And same with the butter on sale for 3.50 each but mine rang up on sale for 4.99. And this is like every time I go here, even when I used to work there they couldn’t get the same prices right

The Acme on second street has been there since my wrinkled old behind was in a stroller. The store really needs a facelift, but they sunk a fortune into the state road property so it probably won't happen. The people here are nice and helpful and it's a good medium size market to do a quick run in and out. I shop here for a quick pick up, but if I need a major load, I head for state road.

Overpriced...bakery goods now frozen and thawed as needed. Also poor customer service. Had an item rung up at wrong price and they refused to fix it. Was told it was my problem. Never going back.

Rated a 4 star only because it is convenient to my location. Just when you like something , they take it away. Fruits and meats do not last and you pay a premium for one day code meat. They have a great pharmacy & staff.

Getting to be a better value by the day. Normally have various manager specials in the meat department which I surely take advantage of. Discount grocery stores such as Save a lot are becoming obsolete dinosaurs! Prices higher for name brands you never heard of!

Watch the prices. The computer at the checkout charged me $5 more than the item was labeled. I've had another person warn me of the same thing. Usually a bit overpriced anyway. Their location and convenience are what keep me coming back, but it's a pain to have to distrust their system.

Prices are weirdly high here, giant eagle is way cheaper which is surprising. The vegetables always seem to have lots of mold, and the customers that come in (not the stores fault) are creepy. Not sure if there is a halfway house nearby.

In the Thanksgiving rush, their stock and selection were excellent. I always received the highest quality customer service at this Acme.Their pork tenderloins were on sale for only $2.99 a pound!! They were tender and flavorful!I highly recommend this Acme

Stopped in for a few quick items after visiting my parents. Checked out, loaded things in my car, and got ready to drive off. My checkout clerk Missy came running out to my car with a bag I had forgotten. I live in Brunswick, so probably would not have gone back for it if I got home and didn't have it. She went above and beyond to make sure I had every item I had purchased. 5 Stars for Missy and Acme.

Kudos to the woman behind the deli on Baily Rd where the hot meals are .Good worker and polite. She'll find a better job soonAnd why do I always have to go get a green basket at the registers? This Acme is notorious for that. It takes 2 minutes to put them back by the entrance

I've shopped here my entire adult life and was always pleased with Acme's meats, seafood, produce and everything else. Their prices were competitive and you could always count on great customer service.Then Covid hit and changed our world forever.The quality of their meats are now below their traditional standards, and their produce isn't always as fresh as we expect. These changes aren't only happening to Acme. No matter where we have shopped in town, hoping for better quality groceries, we have not been pleased. Not only has the quality been greatly reduced, but the prices are reduculously high.We are hoping our world can return to normal someday. Until then we just have to accept the changes and make the best of what we are blessed to have.

I enjoy shopping at the Bailey Rd. Store. It has a good selection ofEverything but it's not a mega store that takes two hours to get your groceries. Staff is always friendly.There has always been an employeeWiping down shopping carts at the entrance. A clean cart with a smile.

This store is close, convenient and always well organized. Each worker is always pleasant and helpful. Only thing I would like a little more is a better variety of seafood. Maybe some king crablegs and some jumbo scampi. Other than that its a great experience everytime.

Shout out to the young man working in customer service. I made a special trip to Acme and after initially not being able to meet my need, he took the extra minute to solve the issue. As a customer, I truly appreciate that and wanted to do something to recognize him for his customer service, which is sorely lacking in today's world. Thank you
