Awesome staff. They are courteous and professional. They knew the ins and outs of the mower I bought. Delivery was smooth and Doug taught me how to use my new mower when it was delivered. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone with large property mowing needs. Update 8 July 2023- this is my third summer with the toro titan myride zero turn I bought here. The mower is an absolute beast. My property is ridden with large, aged tree roots and uneven terrain. With the myride suspension system you will glide right through your property without noticing most of the stuff that might hinder a lower end mower. I would also recommend the gator teeth blades for a clean cut.

Not one bit happy. Had told them on the phone what the throttle cable wasn’t working. I also told them self propelled wasn’t working and to give it a tune up. Cost me $100. And they didn’t even fix the original problem. They are pretty snobby there also. I spoke to two different people and they were both a bit contrite. I just have a push mower not big ol John deer so they prob didn’t want to mess with it in the first place. And still need it fixed!! Never again! They didn’t even offer to fix the original problem. They said I didn’t tell them but the cable was taped and zip tied.

Very friendly people. They were closing early for a family wedding today and they didn't turn me away when i walked in 10 minutes before closing time. They stayed in the office another hour just to help me! Very nice family.

Stopped in here many years ago with two Poulan Weed Eaters. Said he wouldn't service them due to them "not being his brand". Told me to take them to the guy on corner of St. Rt. 571 & Rangeline. I didn't bother to tell him that I'd just driven from Piqua to Phillipsburg to pick up my Dad's weed eater and then drove past that business on my way home from my parent's place in Phillipsburg in order to patronize HIS business. I wanted to give him our business & see how it went. Not good! I simply thanked him & left.
