Always great customer service. You can find pretty much any hardware needs you have, plus much more. Best place in town to get a key made. Found out today that they have a section of "mobile home plumbing parts" that made my repair much, much easier.See their website for more information.

Very comprehensive selection of tools, hardware, repair parts for various items, paints, cleaning supplies ... They even carry and stock Mrs. Meyer's cleaning products! The breadth and depth of the products they have is astounding. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Generally awesome place - I wish we had a place of this caliber near Akron!

Was redoing a hot water heater element. The staff was very friendly and helped me find the part I needed. The only thing that could have gone better was asking me if I had all the right tools for it. I did not know I needed a special socket for a heating element and had to make another special trip to the store to get it. Luckily I live close to it so it wasn't a big deal. But still kinda annoying.

Ace hardware in Coshocton is basically where you go if your needing correct, honest advice or you need the right bolt the FIRST time. Great selection. Decent staff. Some of the older generation could smile a little more but regardless they always help the customer in a timely manner. Always stocked, clean parking lot and store just be prepared to pay small business prices. Everything here is more expensive but for the most part the advice and selection of quality items is USUALLY worth the extra cash. Super service dog friendly. Definitely better than Lowes, wal mart or home Depot. If your needing advice no matter what the project, start here.

They have the largest ace hardware I have ever been in. Prices seem to be lower than other ace hardware stores and sell all the products you would expect and many things you wouldn't expect. Have a large selection of rc cars/trucks and parts at good prices. Definitely my go to hardware store with very friendly employees.

Ordered an expensive electronic speed control on 6-21, , asked them to ship fast as the race is 6-27……. They sent it first class mail with no insurance…….. ounces around Indianapolis 11 times and has been sitting in Fort Wayne for 2 days!!…….I am thoroughly disgusted and will no be placing any future orders with a company that does business in such a manner!

Went to Ace after spending over an hour trying to get electric wire which they gave us the wrong wire. Ace had what we needed and helped with the extras. I was in and out within 10-15mins. Wonderful customer service 😃

Great hardware store and more, the staff there really know their business, and will go out of their way to help, give ideas, make suggestions, if it's not in stock, they will have it for you very quickly, usually in a day or two, it's my choice for building needs( other than lumber ) plumbing, lighting, electrical, pool accessories, paints and stains, faucets and sinks, grass seed and fertilizer, bicycles, chainsaws and weed eaters, and all the tools you can imagine, if you can't find it here, just ask the great staff...
