One of the better Kroger stores in the region. Even though it's not "my" Kroger, I've always enjoyed coming here. It's clean, well stocked, and coming has always been an overall enjoyable shopping experience. I still prefer the ones in Aurora and Harrison over Cleves, but this is a very fine store.

Maybe because I moved here from Columbus where we have more options for grocery stores. Kroger is consistently out of healthier food options, like Jennie O Turkey breast and cutlets, organic and low cal options. Many things at expiration date that look too old to be sold. Need Giant Eagle to come in and give them competition.

I’ve had issues with various Kroger locations for years, but this one absolutely takes the cake when it comes to the worst Kroger experiences I’ve ever had. All but one of the employees in the pharmacy are rude and have an attitude any time I try to fill a prescription, and the wait times are ridiculous and inaccurate. Every time I go in this store I find multiple items that have been expired by several months to even years, and nothing is ever done about it when I bring it to their attention. I stopped placing delivery orders because all the produce they would deliver would be rotten, but after seeing a coupon last week that made it seem worth a shot, I placed a delivery order. 80% of the produce was so rotten it was dripping brown juice all over everything else in the order, and customer service still tried to argue and give me store credit instead of a refund for the items that literally had to go directly in the trash. Oh, and conveniently they cancelled enough items in my order to invalidate the coupon that convinced me to try delivery again in the first place. Woke up this morning, six days after placing the order, to find I had been charged for it a second time, resulting in an overdraft on my bank account, and of course there’s “nothing they can do”. I realize this review is not going to make any difference about the issues I’ve experienced/am experiencing, but hopefully it encourages someone else to choose a different grocery store, because this one needs to get their act together.

For the love of God, put more people working the counter at the deli. There's three people back there, but only one person helping customers. It's been like that for years. You have to wait 30-45 minutes sometimes just to get lunch meat. It's ridiculous!

This heavy set dirty blonde hair lady working the register was really rude and impatient. Like she works in customer service a smile and courteous would have been nice. Definitely going to Harrison krogers next time.

I love this kroger i wont go to any other! The DD r always easy to find. The employees r friendly and helpful. Kudos to the management team there u have a great store

Friday night after dinner stopped in to pick up a few things. The produce section was low on produce. Lettuce almost empty and what was left didn't look fresh . It's big so it's not a quick in and out process

Tried to order wings for a birthday party for Saturday night and was hung on for being rude when the the lady told me it's 39.99 I said yes I paid 40 she's like it's 39.99..ok. Hung up bc I was rude when she clearly doesn't know what a penny meant to me.

Found everything but the receipt. Those self checkouts can be confusing where the change comes out and the receipt came out from a separate machine way up on the left.

Relatively nice store and most stuff is in stock most of the time, BUT! There is this one older woman who is typically at the self-checkout area who has the WORST attitude problem. She’s always huffing and grumbling and rolling her eyes when being asked for help. Even when I say thank you multiple times she just completely ignores me and walks away. Very rude..

I have shopped at this store for about the last 10 years. This morning was my last time. There are a couple great people that work there. I had a full cart of groceries and there were no checkout lines open. (Except self checkout) I asked for one to be open and ruined someone's whole day. Thanked him. No comment from him. Thanked him again thinking maybe he didn't hear me. Nothing again. Left with all the items still on the belt. No such thing as customer service most places anymore.

Whome ever is in charge of updating this kroger should be fired. I didnt think the store set up could get any worse, yet somehow you found a way...2 months later... Still no non-clumping cat litter that costs less than $20.... There are 20 different kinds of clumping cat litter tho.(Clumping is not good for most cats).But only 2 tiny little spots for the $6 bag of regular cat litter, which is always empty.....Great job Kroger.*I did end up finding a bag of $12 bag of non-clumping, but the shelf didnt have a price tag so I had to download the app to get the price.

This Kroger has gone downhill.. It gets worse and worse daily.. Shelves are always empty, can't find anyone at the service desk, deli is always closed before they should be, they never have chicken cooked, more than once I was sold outdated dog food, they took the pop isle down to 1 and barely have any in stock...I've complained to cooperate many times and nothing is done.This should be a complete gut job, rebuild the building much larger and start over with new staff..Only reason I step in here is because it's close and its only if I need something now.IGA, Meijer,Aldi and Sam's get our business!!!Do better Kroger!!

Good service, clean store, great product variety, and quality!EDIT: My boyfriend lives about a mile from this store so we frequent it often, and we are often there around closing time. The woman who works the self-service registers that time of night is very helpful, very nice, and VERY patient! I have seen more than one customer deserve to be removed from the store, but this female associate is always so very nice to everyone and she makes sure to tell you to have a great evening, each and every time without fail that I have crossed paths with her there. I apologize as I don't know her name, but I will say that someone needs to give her recognition and a raise! And hire more quality associates Ike her! Excellent job!

Do not buy lottery at gas station. Always giving you the wrong tickets. If you're not paying attention it's now too late. Why, are you trying to keep winning tickets for employees and friends? Yes you know if winners or not.

Every time I shop here the lines are soooo long. I stood 20+ minutes in line multiple times because they don't want to open more than 2 registers. I'd definitely say they need to hire new managers that actually know how to schedule enough ppl for shifts. I feel sorry for my step daughter who just got a job there.. Almost forgot, they don't ever stick the shelves. Always emtpy!!!

Went in today, and it was super hot. I normally try to avoid this kroger because it's becoming just as cringey as walmart, but the other store I was heading to was closed.The worker at U-Scan was arguing with someone and then kept yelling "I'm about to pop off!!!!" With all that's going on with shootings, it's already stressful enough going out in public, but to allow someone who acts like this, belligerently yelling and then telling everyone she won't get fired because they only fire white people was INSANE. I have a child who is mixed and I'm glad she wasn't with me to hear such ignorance. Will NOT be back at this store. Today reminded me of why I won't. I feel sorry for all the good workers who have to put up with bad workers like that.This happened 06-16-2022 at around 6:30 pm or so.

This store cheated me out of money and a manager named Samantha Bradle refused to do anything except to refer me to someone overseas. I would recommend you do not shop here or if you do be cautious because you will be overcharged on your credit card and told lies before and after they do it! I specifically asked BEFORE they charged me if there would be a fee and was told no. Then they went ahead and charged the fee anyways. What happened to customer service? It is nonexistent at this store. I will be bringing a small claims lawsuit that will be much much more than their fee.

We do all our shopping with the clicklist and even though it is a learning curve our experience is very good. It is nice when they do not have what we asked for that they give us the next more expensive equivalent at the same lower price. We also find that we don't spend as much money because we only buy what we wanted and avoid the temptation of impulse buying that would be there if we were in the store. I have attempted to tip once they finish loading my car and they will not receive it.When someone does shopping for someone else there are bound to be mistakes now and then. It is not an issue of whether or not there may be one or two items missing but the pleasing part is that this morning there were five items missing and as soon as we called Kroger rectified the situation. I've been in business long enough to know that it is not a question of whether problems will arise but of how quickly and painlessly the vendor corrects the problems.

Just tried to get a wing meal,was told they had no sides for the second day in a row and it was almost like the lady was trying to talk me out of buying them because they were a dollar 79 a piece I just wanted some wings and it was not a good experience.
