Absolute trash. I put an order in for my father's obituaries at 10 am with an estimated ready time of 530 pm. I get there at 530 and inquire about my order and everybody is looking like they'd seen a ghost. They literally started my order while I was standing there. Ok no problem, whatever. I get the box and take it to my car and open it and burst out crying. They gave me the wrong size, the photo on front was so dark you couldn't even see his face,the "saddle" Staples were literally on the top of the obituary, it was absolutely horrible. Currently waiting on a refund but this is the worst experience at an already difficult time. I'll never go back.

I had been working with Staples (West 117 Cleveland) since 2005 a gentleman named Jermaine took my orders every year everything went fine. Since 2023, you got a guy in there his name is "Brian". He's not capable of the job and the place is under staffed My order from 2023 Never came through and today they told me we can't even process 2024 because editing is no longer available???? What good is a print shop where you can't add or subtract your text?? I felt bad for his employee her name was Dakota she was as clueless as he was. The guy had more song and dances than anyone wants to hear and he was rude and started whining that he was over stressed ... That's who you got running your store man, that guy couldn't run a mop or a broom let along be in charge of the place, and I don't know what he was whining about but there was only three people running the whole store print shop and cash registers ,,,but do yourself a favor lose ,,,,, that dude He's a cryaby and and doesn't get the job donestraight up.In search of a new print shop thanks for nothing. Terrible experience. I went to print a document off of my phone and was having trouble doing so. I asked the lady for help and she talked to me like i was stupid and had no idea what to do. She refused to get management and just told me to wait for the email because my service was bad. Unbelievably unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be returning

Everyone at this location on w117 is nice from the moment you walk in as you walk in ..Manager and Taylor( Print manager )was extremely polite and very knowledgeable answered all my printing questions and made it very enjoyable experience 5 stars my pup and I want to say thank you for the enjoyable experience here will be coming back

Least helpful print employees ever. Just left after a botched job that they didn’t seem to care went wrong. I noticed it was going wrong as printing and tried to cancel but they didn’t even lift a finger or acknowledge me when I asked for help. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The printing people used to be on top of everything. Lately orders are not done in time. Not even outside of the time frame. I've given them 2 full days even though the order was supposed to be done by 730 the day I placed the order (placed by noon that day) and even 2 days later they didn't bother to start the order or they didn't make my full order and tried to charge me the full amount. Very disappointed in this location now.

This store is horrible. I called to speak to someone before I placed my online print order just to make sure that the order was submitted properly. The print dept person who answered the call was INTENTIONALLY unhelpful. It was a complete waste of time, I received ZERO help. I needed to have the documents I printed delivered by courier with a proof of delivery copy returned to me. This is a standard courier practice. These Staples employees came up with all kinds of ridiculous excuses about why they could not allow me to put in a ticket to have my documents scanned back to me. They offer a courier service but don't offer proof that the service was provided- its absurd. Now I have no proof that the documents were ever delivered by their courier even though I paid for the courier service. I offered many rational solutions for every excuse they provided for why they could not send me the proof of delivery documents I needed, but they rejected them all. These people must get paid bonuses every time they refuse to help customers. DO NOT USE the courier service offered by STAPLES- its a SCAM. I paid $14 and have no proof that my documents were delivered. I intend to contact Staples Corporate as well as the Ohio Attorney General

Worst customer care at the printing department, these people act non professional, they make clients look stupid , they don’t help at all I can’t recommend anyone to go to that branch , the black guy with glasses ur an alien to that company.

I have witnessed this store's rapid decline. It's messy on the outside and inside, help at copy/print desk is slack, little to no personality, and act as though pleasure should be all mine for them even to acknowledge me.Sloppily dressed employees, one with his rear end and underwear showing. They just act like it's a bother for them to have you in the store. This scenario has been my most recent of experiences.Up the standards back to average at least, because standards have fallen so far below average...that few realize it...Then, think if you expect at least average...that you are expecting too much. Get it right, people. Won't be returning.

First time in the store, was wanting to use the UPS services. That was my mistake. No one was anywhere except confused customers every where looked for the help of an employee. The one worker I finally saw was handling a break down of a woman who was in tears and everything —about how UPS told her the wrong information. This poor kid had no idea what she was even talking about as he didn’t work in the UPS part of the show. Well I stood in line to walk up to the cashier who says I’m sorry the UPS guy isn’t coming back or I don’t know where he is. He said i suggest you find a different store. First and last time in a staples for me.

I came to this store in the morning trying to print some labels and cards for my daughter's birthday, I came at the time they told me by email that I had to pick it up, and the person who was attending in the afternoon was rude, rude and already racist My English is not fluent and since I couldn't express myself well, he ignored me. I had to look for another customer in the store who spoke Spanish to help me and pay attention to me. After all this, he approaches me and tells me that he doesn't either. They will be able to give me the labels since they did not have paper, they did not give me an option to go through them another day.

I met the new store manager today, Brian, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I've always used this staples and have never had a problem but don't really go in expecting amazing service. Brian was curtious, genuine and seemed really excited about the potential this store has to be better. Looking forward to my next office supply trip to see the improvements.

Don't even both using them if you need something printed. I called ahead of time to ask if I can have something printed same day (it was for 40 single sided invitations - nothing crazy) and the guy said yes if I submitted within an hour so I did. Went to the store to pick up and it was not ready - not even in their queue. I requested she cancel the order since it didn't need it anymore and she said she did. Well she didn't and I still got charged when it got printed and third party service is refusing refund. No one in the printing department does their job and it is very clear.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is terrible in the print department. I come for a simple pick up and end up waiting over 10 minutes behind some long-winded customer in front of me without being addressed at all. The woman working should ask what assistance I need and pick it up instead of small talking with the woman in front of me. Corporate should follow up and train these people. This has happened to me many times here. The awful woman who works here is named Maggie

the girls Maggie & Makena at the printing station are incredibly nice & helpful. sometimes printing things correctly can take hours & is a huge headache & these girls were sooo friendly & patient the entire time. they didn’t stop helping me until we got it right! i will not be going anywhere else to print anything ever again!

Poor service from the print area. There were four people behind the counter and still they have me print my own image's in the self printers. Even when I told them that the printers wasn't working. It only takes them about 3 minutes for them to print my images out. At the end of the day I had to go to the Strongsville Staples and they happily print them for me and there was only one person working there....So with that being said I will not be going to this store again.

This place has really went downhill specifically copy & print. I am a very easy going & easy to please person. I am also a business owner so I understand the difficulties of running a business. That being said I only give reviews when the service or product is horrendous. I always always always have an issue with the copy & print area. On top of them nort being knowledgeable of what they are doing most are rude or just do not give a dam. Management tries but they need to get better employees

This is my go to staples and everyone I’ve encountered there is super nice and helpful. A manager even showed me I picked more expensive paper by accident and got me a cheaper one to save me money. That’s above and beyond for sure, they will help you out with whatever it is

Jermaine is by far the best and most helpful person working at this location.That guy is a strong example of what REAL customer service looks like.I go to this locating all the time and every time I'm there he is always so helpful and knowledgeable. He never seems to have an "off day"... like a lot of people. He certainly puts customers priority first. Kudos to you guys for picking a staff member who makes your team shine. And I was just up there recently and noticed that the staples organization made him a manager... smart move.

They stopped selling the "that was easy" button.Like... what other point is there to go to a staples anymore if there's no "that was easy" button? That's what made Staples worth going to. Now? May as well go anywhere else for office supplies.

Staples print department waits on you like you're their only customer! Excellent customer service in printing section! Although every time I use the services in the print department it is always busy, the customer service I receive has always been first rate. Yesterday was only an exception in that one young lady went above and beyond! Thank you!!!!

We just bought two nice office chairs from the Cleveland TN STORE! They had no rope, twine. Nothing to the them for in the back of our truck! We went to the auto parts place next door all they had was budgie cords. Down hwy 11 the cords broke. Our beautiful chairs were damaged by being drug in the hwyway until we could safely come to a stop. We are so disappointed at the service we received there. No one care anymore. We have bought a lot there, but no more!!!!

Customer service at the fax and copy desk is very unprofessional. Their prices are always expensive when they know it is sold somewhere else for half their price. The only reason I went to this place was to send a fax but after this visit they have encouraged me to get my own fax machine. The only reason why I give them a 3 stars is because I have achieved my ultimate goal using them even though I didn't like the way they treated me.

I just wanted to get some printing done. Dawn the new employee behind the print center was fabulous! She stayed right by my side to make sure I got everything printed correctly. Nice job training guys! Keep her.... she is a catch!
