Ok, I live over here, so I hope Management reads these. First, you all never have any cashiers, plus too much talk back to supervisors. Just my opinion, I am a boss, and a couple of them would have been fired! More perfessionalism from all would be nice.

I went to pick a couple items for thanksgiving dinner. They had what was needed and more. So of course I got more items than planned. The store was clean and it didn't have to wait long. They have changed managers and have a new work crew but nothing has changed. Same good service and items to choose from. Ty kindly 4 staying the same reliable store.

I'm mixed on stores like this, It's all right if you don't mind eating generic food, It shouldn't cost an arm and a leg plus My first born to buy name brand food.

This store is ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING. SERIOUSLY! I mean the basics like bread, milk etc always are low stocked and are definitely have run out each day. In addition things you'd expect to find at any store wasn't there in stock at all. Every trip I go there I am disappointed. Things I used to get there - gone too. And I found prices were incorrect in produce so be careful. They said on sale on but weren't marked as such. And this is all I have to walk to in my hood....😔

I went in for a last minute item the night before Thanksgiving. Not only were they not crowded, but they had what I needed. The store was clean and organized, the staff was friendly. I took off one star because the cool whip, which I was looking for, and frozen desserts were on the aisle marked frozen meats and seafood.

I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. 😊 I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!

Going shopping here in the morning when they first open up the store is much better.its less traffic,more food and quicker exits after u buy food!!!💪🏾

On Sunday only two check out lines open. The check out lines were back to the back of the store. More time in check out line than shopping for food, and workers stocking instead of helping people check out. I will try Dave's next time.

This was my first time visiting the Save-A-Lot since they had did the renovations and I was pleasantly surprised. They have a more variety of things. This store was very clean and my wait in line was not as long as it usually is. It still was not enough cashiers but not their fault. The cashier was polite and she seemed to know the customers.. she even let me go for one bag, but don't tell NOBODY! ☺️

Save-A-Lot is still Save A Lot I don't understand why the prices are so high eggs milk cheese has gone up super high especially their meats and they don't have really too many selections the same old stuff I don't like how when things giving they didn't have any Stouffers macaroni or lasagna the lines are ridiculously long they never have enough cashiers and they never have enough shopping cart I'm tired of shopping carrying everything in my hands they have security guards in there that are very helpful

Let me start by saying that the staff is A+ and it's always clean. Now, they need more green smoothies less chocolate no one is drinking those. More variety of fruit and veggies. They have 2-3 snack isles and 1/2 of produce. I had to change my rating staff still wonderful but I bought an onion today that was bad.

The merchandise and produce has greatly improved at Save-a-Lot, since the new management took over. The store prices have increased but, the store on a whole is, more visually pleasing..Today 10/25, I attempted to return and exchange a spoiled item from the meat department, my request was denied because I had no receipt and the product was said to be out of stock. The store manager indicated the only option she had authority to offer was; I should take my spoiled meat back home, refreeze it and return with it frozen when the item was back in stock.Also, I was told the item I purchased had been out of stock for 2 weeks, but that is not true because I purchased my frozen item around 10/21.This I have verified, for my own edification; through my bank statement.

Floor staff very rude. Doesn't know where anything is and they're on their phones instead of doing their job. The male cashier's are very cordial and their customer concerns and relations are fantastic. That's the best thing about the entire store experience. It was my first visit there.

Once when I went shopping there, they were selling bad meat. It was brown instead of pink. And when I asked the cashier about it, she simply stated that she didn’t know why they had it out selling it. (Scary)!

I only had $25.00 to shop with. My bill came up to $28.51. The cashier put in $3.51. I forgot the bread and a young women paid for it .99 cents which I really appreciate! I quit my second job which allowed me to have a paycheck coming in every week. When I was receiving a weekly paycheck I was generous to some people in need. I guess this is one of my many blessings from good hearted people! God is good! Yes he is! I know with all my resumes out a part-time job is coming my way soon!

Save-A-Lot store on Kinsman Road have remodeled the whole store and I have a young lady whose black it's the manager during the day she's very professional and always Pleasant to the customer and if you have any question are you needing anything that you can't find she always take time to assist a customer thank you for a brand new store and nice employee that work at Save-A-Lot on Kinsman thank you thank you thank you

I try not to go here too often after the guy was found dead in the vents. Its not the cleanest place so it makes me a little uncomfortable.Anyway, the time you go depends on the experience. Mornings and before 12-1 is the best time to go. You can be in and out. Anytime after that? Who knows what you will encounter. The other day I made the mistake in coming here about 5ish. The cashier was extremely uncouth with her bragging about how she noticed a lady trying to steal, then saying she hoped she could leave early for helping them stop someone from stealing. It was unnecessary because everyone who was in line heard her yelling for security.

Variety is somewhat limited, and some prices are more than what I'd pay at Kroger. Friendly checkout. However, you will have to either bring bags or pay for bags to carry your own groceries to your vehicle.

I personally don't shop here but my employee who I was taking home does. It's a good discount food store according to her. In my travels I Usually find them in less desirable areas. I'm pretty sure they charge you for bags because I see most people carrying there stuff out in boxes.

Lines need to be open no way lines should be in aisles it's 4 people walking around need to hire more workers do a job fair something. Knowing it's in a urban neighborhood people shop around the first every month

I like this store because it's not far from my home. Today's experience was great. I managed to get almost everything that I could remember to buy and was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I didn't even have to wait in any long lines.

Lines are ALWAYS too long. Only 1 cashier no matter time of day. They eventually open another register after people in line have been waiting 10 minutes or so. Then they don't take the NEXT person which is the right thing to do. I watched 3 people leave before me and I was in line the longest. HIRE MORE WORKERS and INCREASE the pay!

This place has a limited selection. Some items availability may change. Produce usually seems fresh. It is a stand alone store. You are encouraged to bring your own bags. You can buy bags for $.11 each.

The store is great. I got there early enough that it wasn't crowded and saved money on the wings. The steaks that were on sale wasn't out for me to purchase so I have to go back later.
