Parking lot is a mess. Carts are left everywhere. Some employees smile but others don’t. If they clean up the parking lot a higher rating would happen.

Literally the best save a lot I’ve been to. Super clean everything in stock and the manager at night was so kind and has awesome customer service along with the cashier both females you guys rock we need more people like you in the service industry thanks save a lot !

It was fine shopping but chevk out was not cool. The cashier machine did not print receipt 4 other machines open and manager did not change her over. Not having a receipt when you leave a store could be grounds for call you atheir, which could lead yo police and we know how police think about someone with product and no receipt.

I live within a 5 min. walk from the Save a lot on Harvard BUT... this location is so much cleaner, all but 1 of the employees at this location are very nice, respectful and treat everyone the same regardless of age, gender and most importantly the color of your skin tone!

I feel like my experience here was an inslolt to me I'm there Only cause it's the only Only store close to shop at....workers are VERY rude.... extremely unhelpful and spoiled out date off sits on shelf often with a refused ticket....don't trust it ...some days I feel not going to but I do and never mouth off at a customer so anyone who reads this don't put up with a disrespectful employee as a personal customer there...only store around... people leave frozen food items in the isals alot don't buy anything from there

They Cool. As a matter of fact, I Remembered After I wrote the first review(this is the UPDATE) I 4got 2 include that one day I was not feeling well which is Rare for me. 2make a long story short, I THREW UP & IT SMELLED DISGUSTING and had Large Clumps in it. They was Extremely Helpful & showed care/concern thus assisting me with personal items as I was cleaning up MY mess. Until, their janitor took over. Also, they uplifted me No one made me Feel Bad. So, Again SAVE ALOT-IAN'S,THANK Y'ALL🙌🏿💯 😊We LOVE "S❤VE ALOT"!!!AS USUAL, THE GOT THE BEST PRICES 👌🏿

I'm Happy that there is a Save-A-Lot but the problem is not the food the food is very delicious and great and a fresh quality the problem comes with waiting in line it seems that when you're on the east side all the stores are slower and their less employees when you're on the west side in the poor neighborhoods or shall I say the more urbanized communities it's the same way when you go to the suburbs they have enough staff the lines weight is lesser and is believed that the people who own save a lots need to get it together and stop treating the urbanized communities like they do put more staff at the registers have more selections and just be more courteous to the urbanized communities and stop trying to characterize people by where they live and place more employees and all stores and again I have no problem with the food quality the food police great I shop at Save-A-Lot all the time I just hate waiting in those long lines in the employees they never complain they have very good employees that is another thing that I want to talk about they have very good employees and they never complain was Save-A-Lot up your game baby

I cant believe how rude the manager is. I place my groceries on the belt MIND YOU i had a total of 5 items the most. Manager said “take those items off my belt” ??? The next person was almost finished sooo why shouldn’t i put my items on belt? After i pay, i asked for a bag. Then she tells me “you have 5 items and you need a bag?” OBVIOUSLY I NEEDED A BAG LADY. i dont know why she even questioned me. I ask for a receipt and she even told me no. That “manager” was rude and beyond unprofessional!!! Just so unnecessary. I will never go back. The place looks very dirty and dusty. Also seen green and mold on the steaks. Gross. Grossss. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

When I say my day was made today !!!!! I had a confusing WIC transaction today and when I say the manager (I think she is ) made my day !!! This woman went above and beyond to get me an item I really wanted. I thank you and will return. On top of that she had good peaceful staff, the store was clean, produce and other area fresh and well stocked. Not to mention the lovely blonde hair woman stocking dairy was very helpful. This location had a beautiful turn around!!!!

Well just like Aldi's the have products specific to location, but for the most part, you shop smart and you get more for your buck. The days of running between stores for deals are gone. Gas too high. Employees very helpful and polite.

Well my experience there today was pretty respectfully perfect the cashier was extremely nice very nice person very professional welcome me in as soon as I walked in I bought for Pepsi's onion and a pepper on my way out I was carrying my boxes of Pepsi I ended up dropping one and ask them if I could still get another 1 and they did it's no problem no hesitation but kudos to the cashier she deserves a raise and the manager such a fox she was so hot but yeah it was one experience best of the day

Their produce department is a mess! The overall quality of the store is fair. The need to have a sitting bench for the elderly, nd disabled to sit while waiting for their bus. They use to have one but they removed it. This plce isn't handicap friendly.

This store is terrible never has anything in stock, the cashier's are just throwing things in the carts and don't care about the products people buy like throwing bananas on top of a loaf of bread. They are not staffed properly employees take breaks whenever they want don't clock out this business is terrible the on on Harvard Ave. By Roses Express is alot better.

Good prices and products, but this particular location could do a lot better in several different areas. There is always an extremely long line, and only one or two open registers. Doesn't make sense for a location in this areas, especially on weekends. The store is often in a state of disarray in one area or another, certain items not stocked.

They had 3 aTBone steaks thick cut for only $14 the big hamb roll is only $10.96 alot of good prices and they was stocked up. 2 days ago i went i there and i thought they went out of business all the shelves waa empty. Today would be the day to go there and do some serious shopping

This store had empty shelves in the meat section. They were removing out dated yogurt during my visit. It wasn't crowded, it was clean and neat.

Love that it's open 24 hours and is a great value, cheap, and convenient.I usually only go here late at night (third shift hours) but the employees are always really nice, friendly, and definitely super helpful!!

Customer service is excellent at this location but you have to be very careful to check the expiration date on the products you purchase as quite a few of the products have been well past the expiration date on the shelves.

I was shopping with my husband and I was followed by an employee and a customer for no known reason. Also, I was another employee was staring me down. I that the one place I could avoid being stereotyped was at the grocery store. But I guess not. I will never return.
