This is the most ratchet place everrrrrr!!!!! From the women not looking presentable to the loud disrespectful language used. There’s a place and time for everything and the work place ain’t it! There’s never items in the correct place and they complain when you leave things at the counter. Well if it was I the correct place under the correct prices, things wouldn’t be left at the counter. This place needs to be closed down, and cleaned up! And the employees needs to have some type of class when dealing with the public. Just because it’s in the hood don’t mean it has to be low class.

This location is so ghetto they close in the middle of shifts I have came here multiple times and they're closed be 6pm. This morning I get Here a little before 830 and she tells me she not opening until someone else comes. I asked what time she said I don't know with attitude. At this point this location should just shut down smh

Still Has A Smell To The Store. Organizing Shelves Has Gotten Much Better. But However Still Do Not trust their Freezer With Food In it, it has Broken Down Too many Times And Old Food was Still left over to buy once they Got the freezers Fix. Just Don't Trust It.

This store is the worst they never have cadh transactions only card they close the store whenever they want very bad customer service even the security guard treat peoplle like dogs this store needs to go reported to HR because not one employee is or at least act professional deserves 0 stars they even charge you for items you dont get aand then make returns and pocket the money and when they do use cash they end up saying there is no change and they keep your change

My shopping was great friendly staff ... but 4 boys between 12 and 6 Blk coat. Blue coat, 4 or 5 yo blk coat, blk hoodie and a red puffy coat tried to tried getting in my car ... Sad tht they hav no home to teach them better. Be careful and please keep a look out.

I was there yesterday very rude customer service I had to leave and go to another one I might just start shopping at dollar tree I will not be going there again even though it's close to me They hate people who spend money they don't want to be there period.

Well the staff are helpful, but the stock, the on shelf,I haven't seen but grain sugar and it seems the workers are working with only two/three people, blame it on the pandemic, yeah right overall what do you expect

The cashier was on a personal call the whole time. Had to get 2 voids. The Manager, came because she needed him to complete my transaction.She felt some kind of way, simply because 8 was right. I told the manager, maybe if his employees stayed off the phone and tended to the customers needs thing would go more smoothly for him.Needless to say. Once I got back to the house. I noticed everything wasnt there.The darn work space she (cashier) was working from was a disaster...I couldnt really see what was my product from all the others.But, why should her area be any different from the stores last isle. It looked as if a tornado came thru there.Visiting from Vegas. This store has all thumbs down!

The last four times I shopped at Family Dollar, I came away without the correct change. The only way you come out right is that you use your food stamp card. They rarely have eggs. So, in view of my negative experiences in the past few weeks (and I can't see it getting any better), I will NOT be shopping at Family Dollar any more.

I was trying to call the corporate office. Because the young man was very disrespectful, then a woman came up. Saying I'm a lie when I said he was talking to me like I had a tail. The women didn't even identify herself, so I don't know why she was interfering. Family Dollars 105th & Superior 7:55 pm.I will call corporate office 1st thing in the morning

I bought a earbud for $15, I got home open the box only to find it was broken. Immediately went back to the store the cashier says they can not exchange it, there is No policy posted no where Regarding this policy. Called the Customer service number only to receive Voicemail.This location never have change and they have Nerve to round up so if your bill is $1.25 and you give them $2.00 they keep your $.75. I will longer do business with this company.

There are 3 employees that are friendly on morning shift, while other workers complained huffed and puffed that we had paid for in bread and milk with change, another time same employee complained that they are not a grocery store and we need to stop buying so much food there. Rude rude rude... i had to literally walk out to keep from losing my temper and left my poor husband in there.

Disgusting! ALWAYS dirty! Employees Always sloppy looking- pants hanging off their a@@. Lazy and inattentive. Should've never opened. There is enough foul cheap retail stores on St. Clair. In hindsight, I guess Family Dollar fits right in.
