What is going on at this store? I don't mind what people do in their free time but most managers reek of weed. Wouldn't care but items aren't stocked, or not ordered correctly lines are long, items regularly not priced right and cashier's,if they are even competent, seem strapped and need a manager to press some buttons every two seconds. Manager with a missing tooth is probably the rudest person, even other employees don't seem to wanna work with him, who is one of the people the smell of weed. So disappointed, sad to see a place go down like it has been. There are some people that work well and are pleasant but if I were working under those conditions I would just quit. I usually don't post stuff to store but as a store manager of a different company seems like there needs to be some restructuring.

That so called manager(THE OLDER CAUCASIAN MAN WITH THE HAT) Is a poor representation of leadership and professionalism. If that guy is not arguing with one of the customers he's someone chilling not doing his job, whatever that is. Yesterday I watched him sit while the line was packed and not jump in to help because the other cashier was on break. I use to love coming to this location but he makes this store not welcoming and a headache to shop at. You guys can do better in choosing the leadership in this store. Very disappointing! Don't waste your time, just drive an extra 5 minutes to the Bellaire Rd location, you regret it.

NEVER show up at 8am. It says they open at 8am but they arrive after 8am then they make you wait. 30min. later you are still waiting for them to open. I have waited in line bc the girl at the register is busy watching her phone and if you ask her to do her job she will look at you up and down and be so annoyed to have to help you. The only thing this place has is convenience, but even that is not worth it.

This has to be the worst family dollar in Cleveland, theres never anyone at the register their always outside smoking cigarettes the lines are always backed up and thats when there multiple employees in rhe store. I was their twice today and didn't get anything because the workers where not doing their job's. Ill never go back and im telling all my family and friends not to shop there ive had it...

Sign on door no mask no entry but the employee at the register was not masked and there were 2 customers also not wearing masks. Does not follow covid-19 safety guidelines. I informed an employee of the people not wearing masks and the respond was "sorry about that"

Everything was fine til I got to the counter and realized that a Caucasian male and female showed very negative attitudes towards myself my children and my fiance 4 reasons I cannot explain because I do not know..... we all were very polite my children did not run around the store because I just don't allow it they couldn't even look me in my face and the only reason why I gave four stars is because of the gentleman working in the store was very polite

So many different items to buy from different categories but employees are kind and can really move the line I had a pleasure today shopping at family Dollar I have always been a family Dollar person wherever family Dollar is we will see me thank you so much. That is great

The cashier was very rude. She stood there talking about her relationship problems with a friend. She was the only cashier working and she had a long line about 8 people long. When customers started saying you have a line she ignored them. As we got more frustrated she then said the line is going to move the same if she talking or not. She did not do any work for minutes. She then started cussing at us getting frustrated. That’s when I set my items I was going to buy down and walked out. I come in this family dollar almost every day I will now not be coming back.

It was the worst visit ever!!! the lines where long the cashier was rude the manager was even rude! the price was marked incorrectly and when I asked about the issue I was not addressed. Poor I mean very poor customer service I will not return. It was so bad I'm going to social media about this visit hopefully my followers which is huge will follow my advice and shop at Dollar General Instead of family dollar

The girl with the glitter mask is so rude ALL THE TIME no personality & acts like she has an attitude all the time Told her to have a great day and she said “mm hmm” smh no people skills at all I hate when she’s at the register 🙄

I went in here yesterday 2/7/2019 & Latina (The Women’s Name) would not let me make a purchase because “I ain’t got change in my drawer for dat” ... So that was pretty pathetic
