Nice sized garden area. Indoor plants were healthy if dry. Workers were helpful. Not a good selection of pots in any other color than white though, which was why I came. And there's bus stops right there...and sidewalks!

This store is usually well stocked. However don’t place an online order because the staff in that department are no help. Every time, I’ve had to come inside the store and get them to do their job because they were on their phones. One time I had to walk an employee through, how to pull my order up and check me out. I’ve never worked at Home Depot…

They let me bring my dog and he loves it! I get most of my home goods from there and usually at a fair and comparable price. I love the home depot brands for household cleaners and such, I always save! Its always clean and theres always someone to help. I am there every summer almost every day for my garden and supplies. Pricing on flowers is awesome and at the end of the year you can score beautiful rosebushes and other plants at amazing prices. I also love going for holiday decor and yard decor as well. Online ordering is also super fast and easy!

The customer service here SUCKS!!! They have a problem with helping, or at least make a person feel that way. Instead of assisting me with trying to find a heater. They stood there gossiping and allowed me to keep walking back and forth to ask questions about products. When I asked could someone come assist me no one came.

The absolute worst pro desk. 0 professionalism. I'm standing ready to check out 2 people there 1 standing ignoring me the other sitting down eating chips, turns around sees me turns back around and continues to eat chips, and roll her eyes at me. Finally she asks me to come to her still sitting. Asks if I need a bag I said yes then point to where they are located.

Had information about blue tape Penny opinion. Didn't know you had to ask for a manager an make a scene. The cashier was very rude. The very last area to check out. If she would have been honest an professional. I would have paid for most of what we had. Someone told us about the unsolvable damaged items location an this rude cashier wanted to know who told us. It's nothing here for a penny all this hear you pay full price she said. What yall gone do? She said now guarding the kart as if we trying to push run the kart out the store. Inwhich we truly again wanted some of what we picked out. We shopped for close two 2 hr. We politely left. Went to Lows their customers service excellent discount section was true an prices were far more better.

Can’t use the isles in the mornings when we are trying to get material for jobs. This is apparently when they do the restocking. Bad for business and customer service. This should be done at a later time like at night. Ok back then next day and guess what same thing and it’s almost lunch time

Unfortunately I think the issue is that working at Home Depot kinda sucks. This store is awful. Last visit every single employee was on their phone. I am not exaggerating. Every single employee that I saw was sitting in front of items on their phone, walking with their phone, or leaned over their phone at the register. At the same time they are ignoring customers and generally being in the way. The plumbing aisle seems to have a permanent human fixture that sits in front of the plumbing, offers no help, and when asked for help, will provide none. It’s amazing how this store even functions. If there wasn’t a self checkout no one would be able to buy anything.This is a review written after not writing one the last 20 times of going here seeing the same thing. I think it’s time to give up on Severance and level the whole thing.

Customer Service really leaves alot to be desired. Needed a sawzall blade but couldn't figure out which one for 5/8" steel rods, assistance was called for and I ended up standing and waiting for a good 20-25 minutes, while waiting I went up front and again asked for assistance 2x, still no one came, then an employee (Theresa) was helping an individual down the same aisle I needed help and when she was done with him, I asked her and she helped me right away, then after we finished and she left, I got to looking at angle grinders and found a DeWalt for a good price and bought it also, checkout took a whole 3 minutes to get rung out and walk out the door.

On May 4th at 0900. I CAME TO BUY CARPET FOR MY BASEMENT. While looking through the carpet brackets a unsecured carpet bracket, fell on my foot at full force. The employee standing by me laughed as I was in agony. He called another employee to hurry up and remove the pieces away. No one offered me a seat. They told me to stand an wait for a manager after a bracket fell on my foot! The manager gave me his card and said he would make a claim with a company called Sedgwick. My foot is swollen 😫. I have to take time off work now. I'm a nurse I can't work on a swollen foot! THANKS HOME DEPOT!

Wow! I almost never have been asked if I need assistance in Home Depot, but a gentleman by the name of Walt that works in the electrical department asked me if I need help. I was blown away in shock. I was searching for ceiling fans and he took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was very polite and courteous. Thank you Walt for assisting me.

Big box hardware. Who doesn't shop here. Some folks are friendly and knowledgeable, most are not. Have to carefully pick through lumber as much of it is irregular, knotty or just damaged. Do not place lumber order and allow them to load! You will get whatever is on top of the pile. Today's experience was irritating. Went to self check out, microfiber cloths pack display said new low price 9.98. of course, it rang up full price 12.98. asked the lady at the self check out and she literally said "you must have read the display wrong" . " No ma'am, I did not it clearly says$9.98. Her reply " well what do you want me to do about it? I'm sure you have the wrong display". Sigh... I guess it is probably an unpleasant place to work. A very friendly 20 year old then went and verified I was correct. Thanks to the friendly young worker!

Have shopped here many times, and sure wish there were some alternatives nearby. Today was so much like other visits – truly dreadful customer service, few employees, many that had no idea where things were in the store, check-out people way too busy socializing with each other to be bothered to help out in anyway, including managing the touchscreen or bagging up the six or eight things I purchased.On the positive side, the store did have what I was looking for, and that reasonable prices. Still, I would happily pay more for better quality service.

Still the worst home depot in the USA!!It's time for new management! Ok they have alot of product in stock but the people workers seem to hate being there as much as the customers... of course there are really good workers like the guy in Ski goggles who brings back the carts he's awesome and the really nice black lady who's some sort of manager. But why do so many have such bad attitudes! No need, really. Hope you guys find a new manager asap!

Always at Homedepot. I know where most things are located. Hard to get experienced advice in the evening; save your questions for the day workers! I typically use self checkout for small purchases but I utilize the Pro-desk or Garden center for larger orders/quantities

I don’t shop here, unless I absolutely have to. I abhor the politics of the chairman of the board. I abhor Everything he represents. An era of living in the 21st-century. He wants to go back to the 17th century maybe the 18th century whatever get some more money. It is evident that his thought process filters down to every fiber of every employee who is employed by him. It’s thick it’s greasy and it’s disgusting. And I don’t shop there unless I have to have a part that I’m not willing to travel 20 miles for. And I mean 20 miles.
